Dropped off my puppy THREE DAYS LATE. He was sick like physically ill when he finally came (not even the worst part). Luis rarely answered his phone barley bothered him called maximum 2-3 times a day since he was traveling with my 7 week old I don’t believe that to be too much especially since he added 3 days to the journey. After delaying for 3 days he finally called said he was an hour away so I waited an hour when he didn’t show up I got a little worried. He did not answer the phone I called and texted like crazy and finally, 7hrs later he showed up without a warning. On top of that he was rude as if it was my fault that he was sick and therefore had to keep stopping. If you are sick do not sign up to travel across country with a puppy! -----------DRIVER RESPONSE--------------First i do and will admit i was 3 days late and do understand her frustration. However the 2-3 calls a day was everyday not the last 3 days. Everyday she wanted pictures and if you look at my reviews you will see i do communicate with everyone about my location and even allow a few to track me. This young lady would call at 11pm midnight and even up to 3 am thank goodness that only happen once. Being was one the way to Florida. The breeder warned me that she kept calling them 3 and 4 times a day. I told them her and her boyfriend i had gotten sick. On the day of arrival i spoke with him letting him know i was 3 hrs away than an hour away and when i arrived at the appointment i communicated with him.

Hunter just delivered our GR puppy from MT to NY and we could not have been happier! 10/10 times would use him again and highly recommend him! This was the buyer and I’s first time using this service and we were both skeptical but Hunter made the process really easy and worry free for the most part. His price was also very reasonable! He had the best reviews and the lowest price between all the bids we got. He was very clean and respectable looking and was willing to stand and talk to me at pickup without rushing me because I was sad and a little nervous to leave our puppy with a complete stranger. I should mention that he called me the night before and talked to me about the entire process and answered my questions with patience as well. The kennel he put our puppy in was freshly cleaned and an appropriate size. He did have a couple other pups with him he was transporting in the same direction. Along the way Hunter sent us photos and updates on our puppy each morning and night. He responded to our texts promptly as well. He made regular stops for the puppies to get out and potty and stretch their legs. He also has a tracking app we were able to download and watch his progress along the trip and that was great! The only stressful part on both the buyer and I’s side was there was some back and forth on the drop off place/time and Hunter’s timing for drop off was a little off. Although we don’t blame Hunter for the timing being off because it’s hard to gauge exactly gas stops/road conditions/puppy potty breaks, etc. Everything was figured out and we proceeded smoothly to getting our puppy to his forever home! ❤️
