My experience with CCAD was awful. Things had been running smoothly the first 2 days with fast text replies and photos of my pet upon request. However things started getting shady once Jesse had stopped replying when asking for updates on expected ETA. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, there was not a set delivery date. I just wanted them to travel safely for the sake of my pet and for their own. My wife and I stayed up ALL NIGHT waiting up for her, worried that something had happened like a serious accident. She did not deliver my pet late night or even early morning. She delivered my pet late afternoon at approximately 3:30. My pet was so dehydrated when he went inside he drank so much water until he was puking it up.---------------------------Driver's Response------------------------ Like Bryan had stated the trip started off good! I communicated with him on a daily basis no matter what. I sent pictures on request his dog was happy and healthy. When we got to the checkpoint on i40 going into California they wouldn't let us through they told us we had to turn around and go a different way! At the checkpoint they advised us to take 93 and go back toward Phoenix which is which is what we did! If anyone has ever been this route you already know you dont have phone service and your also having to backtrack nearly 500 miles so that's an additional 10 to 12 hours on the road and yes I had given him the timeframe late night early morning but that was before we had to end up turning around. And the dog was far from dehydrated! He did the same thing when he was with me he would drink so much water he would puke. I know because I had to clean it up out of my suv several times. And if my service was so bad the dog wouldn't have tried to get back in the car and Bryan certainly wouldn't have given me the 100.00 tip that he did. His dog was delivered safe and sound just later than what was expected do to having to turn around! Read my other reviews and you'll see the service I provide. The whole thing was he was upset that I didn't get there at 8 in the morning which was not my fault!

When we picked up our puppy we were also given a written daily account of when she was walked, fed, etc. They were not the lowest quote we obtained but seemed the most experienced and the most professional and they were worth every penny we paid. Christopher was BEYOND incredible!! We had never worked with a transport service, but needed to get our 2 male cats down to south Florida from Central NJ. Christopher drove a well maintained and spacious minivan and provided the big crates as well! He kept us informed with pictures along the way and did the drive in an incredible time! He stayed overnight at a nice hotel where he set the cats up with food water litter box etc to be comfortable for the night. I can’t say enough about his transparency and professionalism. Chose David to pick up my dog on April 10th due all of his great reviews. I was contacted and told he could not make it on the 10th and would come mid-day on the 11th. I was fine with this because he said it was due to weather, and that is not something that he can control. I texted and called several times with no answer. Until I send a text asking if I need to find someone else to transport my dog. His reply was just a simple, "yes". No apology, nothing. No notice to find someone else. Extremely unprofessional and disappointed with this. I'm not sure where the communication breakdown happened, but I do not recommend this person for transportation.

They are amazing people and the perfect transporters for anyone’s special doggos (or anything else!). They sent pictures, videos, and even video chatted with me along her entire journey! They also provided her with treats to feel at home and lots of snuggly pillows/blankets so my little one felt safe. Not to mention, they also share their location with you so you can see their progress in exact time. But the main thing that is just so special about them is that they really consider your pet family and they do everything to get them to you in record time. We all know the urgency that comes with seeing your little one for the first time and they understood that and got my puppy to me in 2 days from Pennsylvania to Colorado! Amazing! Their communication is also top notch. From start to finish they told me the plan in detail and that really meant the world to me. I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for Amanda and Hezee. Donna was awesome from start to finish. She went above and beyond communicating with us before during and after the transport of Tucker. She showed up precisely on time to pick up Tucker she took social distancing measures by wearing a mask and keeping a distance. She had a comfortable area set up for him in the back and made him feel comfortable. We were able to track her trip all the way up to his drop off with my daughter from Georgia to Massachusetts. She took pictures along the way during their breaks. I highly recommend her and would use her again.

I don’t know how to express the satisfaction and comfort that came along with Chris bringing our buddy home. I’m nearly 40 and this is my teenage son and I’s first dog. A Bernedoodle puppy. He had to travel from central Wyoming all the way to the South Carolina Coast. Someone special from my hometown has a litter and Buddy had to be my dog.
