THIS ACCOUNT IS LOCKED FOR A REASON! The reviews will tell you what you need to know. I booked them back in September to ship my puppy on Nov 1. She once reached out to me randomly because she needed $50. I sent it to her and deducted it from the fee. This was about a month ago. Then she didn’t make it to the pick-up location and didn’t even contact me to let me know she wasn’t going to make it. I had to contact her and ask where she was and she claimed they had brake problems and that she wasn’t going to get paid until the next day. So she asks for another $50, and get this...then she asked if I could get her A HOTEL ROOM for the night! Sarah is very irresponsible and didn’t do the job she was paid to do. So yesterday on Nov. 3rd, I contact her to see where she is at because she promised to be there that night. She didn’t respond to me for over 24 hours. At this point it’s been 3 days since my original pickup and I’ve given up on this driver. I called my bank to get all the my money back and thankfully CitizenShipper credited the fee I paid to them to use on my new driver. Don’t use this driver. Save your time and your money.

My wife and I were really nervous, but after a day or two, we soon realized our fears totally unwarranted. Genice & Jeff were great, not only with courteous, friendly updates, but with timing - he was 2 days early. If you're looking for a pet transporter, these guys are the best! Jasper wasn't affected at all by the transport and he's adjusting perfectly to his new home. The only suggestion I would offer is to have a hyper-link to registration certificates and the bonded insurance. This would help tremendously since most peeps seeking a pet transporter are new and have no idea of where to look for these important credentials. Oh, one more (after completing this survey), there should be a link to upload pet pictures from clients. We'll for sure call again if needed - Highly recommended!! Have a blessed day :)

He went above and beyond when it came to driving my 8 week old Giant Schnauzer puppy from Ohio to Quantico Virginia. He got him to us almost an entire hour faster than projected and kept us updated on his progress. He told me that he always does his best to get his client's pups to their new owner as quick as possible because he knows how hard it can be on puppies during road trips. I currently reside on a Marine Corps Base and accidently gave him directions to a closed gate. I was able to get him rerouted just outside the other gate and he didn't even bat an eye! Avoid this shipper - incompetent and dishonest! When I put the shipment out to tender I specified a range of dates, the shipper confirmed that they could deliver inside this range. They then came back with an estimate that included 1 day outside the range - I reclarified with them that I would be out of state on that date and they confirmed that the shipment would be delivered inside the originally agreed range. I kept asking for updates and was told I would receive delivery confirmation once the shipment was loaded (I never did). On the final day of the delivery range I received a call from the actual delivery operator (i.e. the organization coordinating the delivery) notifying me that delivery would be next day (i.e. outside the range agreed and confirmed by ADL). I tried to contact ADL logistics, but they did not answer their phones or respond to texts. At great inconvenience I made arrangements for someone else to receive the shipment (a neighbor). I then got a text from the vehicle operator saying that an additional $50 (above the original agreed price) would be required (cash on delivery) or they would not make the delivery. My experience with Stephanie exceeded my expectations. Originally I was so nervous about getting my puppy delivered that I assumed going with a local pet delivery company on this website would be my best bet. However, I quickly learned why it’s better to go with an independent bidder. And here’s the reason why: 1. At first, communicating with the company itself was quick and easy, but I didn’t realize that was ONLY to get me to go with them. 2. Once I got a driver assigned to me, I noticed the lack of communication. 3. The most upsetting thing and the final reason I turned away was because They couldn’t even give me an approximate timeline!! I understand the drivers are bringing other dogs so they are under a busy schedule.. but business is business. If I am paying to get my puppy delivered worry-free, I want to not only get a quick response each time, but to have the best service from start to finish! Stephanie did just that. From day one, she told me the route she was going to take, and asked for the timeline that worked best for me. She communicated with me and my breeder throughout the trip, and sent picture updates once she got my puppy without being asked. Honestly, if you don’t pick her for your pet’s driver, you are wasting your time and money! She is reliable, trustworthy, has seamless communication, and everything you want in a pet delivery service!! Bill is a reliable person, I highly recommend him for your needs, he informed us about much we weren’t aware of, regarding our baby boy, Whits’ veterinary care and the paperwork that the breeder needed to have at time of pick up. He also provides much kindness to families, relieving anxieties that arise during this new beautiful phase in their lives, a new pet is a family member , he understands and reassures us that, those are his values as well!! Our baby boy Whit was safely, transported from Indiana to our door step in Massachusetts!!! On time! Rev. Bill provides a crate for each pet and a harness, however do make sure if your pet needs a crate upon arrival to have one, as well as your own harness as those stay with him. A refreshment would be a nice gesture for Rev. Bill (individual choice) to provide. During the long ride, rev. Bill contacted us and he offered GPS to view the travel in real time! He took stops to nurture our baby boy, fed him and held him, potty stops etc. Our boy arrived as is normal, tired. However, once he arrived in our home although so tired He immediately gained energy, gave us many kisses and he ate and slept well. Rev. Bill, We Thank You from the bottom of our hearts for being apart of this joyous experience with us! You are a wonderful, dear person, I wish you many happy healthy travels, bringing joy all the way to families & pets. Whit, in just 2 weeks has grown! He’s a big eater!! They picked up our 9 week old puppy Pennsylvania and delivered him to Pembiba North Dakota within 24 hours. They had tandem drivers. It was an awesome experience!!!!
