If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT use this pet transport company. They are a scam. I booked them in advance and put a deposit down, it’s been 3 months and after multiple attempts phone calls and text messages they still have not refunded my deposit. And have stopped answering my texts. I booked Stacy V to transport my four large dogs from Colorado to Las Vegas. The day arrived for the transport I did not hear from them so I called and she had the excuse of not being able to make the trip due to being in the hospital with food poisoning. This caused major stress because I had no one to transport my dogs on moving day. They steal your money and do not refund your deposit if they don’t show up. My husband called them and I have sent multiple texts requesting my refund back and still no refund. This is a scam do not use this pet transport company. I was very disappointed by how unprofessional I was treated. This caused major stress to my move and my dogs. After this horrible experience I will never contact a pet transport company again.

Kayla is absolutely amazing. She brought Kobe, my lab mix pup, from Chicago to Watauga, TX DFW area. She provided a high level of professionalism and plenty of updates. It was nice to receive pictures and videos along the way. She was even able to make other recommendations for pup care. She’s the best. I would recommend Jean Ann to anyone interested in humanely transporting their beloved pet. She transports only your pet per trip in a completely contained playpen in the back of her 2020 Jeep. Your pet has room to move around but is still safe. Much better than being stuck in a cage for such a long journey. She stops every couple hours to let them out and get exercise and to play with them and then sends you pictures and updates. Her services are also very reasonably priced. Jean Ann also has dogs and cats of her own so she knows how to lovingly handle such precious cargo.

Superior Pet Transit provided outstanding service in June 2020! They picked up our furpersons a day before the movers arrived on June 12, and delivered them (in excellent condition) to the Wexford PA boarding facility to await our arrival. Regina sent photos and/or texts every day. They drove them from Culver City, California to Wexford Pennsylvania because (a) we are elderly and could not transport them across country ourselves; and (b) because COVID made flying with them next to impossible. Among other things, it would have required taking them out of their carriers at the airport - which would absolutely have been a disaster. Superior Pet Transit was the BEST part of our 2500 mile move. They even provided the carriers, fed our pets the food we provided and delivered the extra supply to the boarding facility. And they are just great people.

Big was fantastic. It was my first time getting a puppy from a breeder and certainly my first time using citizenshipper. My first shipper was not responsive after booking a month out (all I wanted to do is confirm once a week that it's still going on) and I was in full panic mode because I was out of option for affordable price. I'm so glad I bumped into Big. He's very responsive, respectful and kind. He reassures me alot (I've never met anyone off Citizenshipper so it's nerve wrecking to have someone carry your baby for hours). When we finally met each other, I didn't have enough hands to hold the puppy food and folder and my corgi pup so he offered to help me carry it up to my unit. He's an expert (knowledgeable about Parvo etc so he keeps everything super clean) and knows what he's doing with your pet! I'm just super glad I chose him and would save his contact info for the future.

Melody was so awesome with my new kitty Savannah Blu. She loves animals and they love her. My little one was picked up from Brooklyn NY and was delivered to Stratham NH.
