I honestly could praise this man for days! After accepting Johns bid we chatted on phone for 10/15 minutes and I felt completely at ease with my decision. We arranged a pick up of my sons dog and John kept in touch with both of us via Texts, and live videos every step of the way. When Ryker arrived and we met John in person we knew our beautiful boy had been well taken care of. He had an incredible touch with animals. He picked up on several characteristics of Rykers in under a day of being with him. I have co parented this beautiful boy with my son for the last yr and I can honestly say I know he felt completely at ease with John easy going manner. My husband and I spend the spring and fall and Ga. we are so happy we found someone who will transport our boy down to us. Thank you John for being You! Be safe and we will be in touch. ❤️

When I received my transporter Luis' number, after booking through citizen shipper, I called and he answered right away. He was professional and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had with confidence. I was given an estimated time and day of pick up and delivery of my pet. I was relieved when both pick up and delivery were completed right within the window of time I was given. My dog Tank was picked up on Sunday March 15th, I was a little uneasy (to say the least) throughout the duration of his travels due to the Corona virus and all of it's related chaos, as well as the fact that I'd never used a dog transporting service like this before. Turns out I couldn't have been happier! Tank was brought to me by Saturday March 21st in perfect health and wellness. (He picked Tank up in Northern CA and brought him all the way to Northern New England!) Luis was always reachable or returned my messages in a timely manner. He shared his GPS location with me through the entire trip, and regularly texted pics and videos of him walking and spending time with my dog Tank. Best of all, not once did Luis give me any reason to doubt him or his competence in responsibly caring for and managing the needs of my 101 pound love of my life, Tank. This was my first time using this service so needless to say I was a bit nervous but Kayla was an amazing transporter and she truly put my mind at ease. She updated me every few hours and sent many photos of my pup who always looked happy! She kept me aware of his mood as well as how much he was eating/ sleeping/ drinking. Could not have asked for a better chauffeur for my pet- it was very clear she loves animals and took care of mine like he was her own.

Beth seemed very nice. I was disappointed though, that initially I was told my new puppy was going to be picked up and dropped off on the same day, which is part of why I chose Perry's Transport. As it turns out, the puppy was picked up late at night and not delivered until 6pm the next day. A feel that that may have caused her to be a little more anxious than necessary. I also wish I had had the transporter's phone number so I could have communicated with her myself.

Simon was fantastic! He delivered our new puppy, Rosie, to my family and took great care of her along the way. He made sure to ask me before picking her up how I would like her to be transported (I chose to have her loose in the car, since that's how she would travel with us) and when they arrived Rosie was fast asleep in the backseat with his daughter. The breeder didn't provide a collar or leash, and Simon thought to stop ahead and pick those up so he could safely take her out for potty breaks. They even stopped to give her a quick bath after she got a little car sick! Simon was very responsive and transparent throughout this process which was very reassuring. He was also very accommodating--his schedule allowed him to complete the job earlier than I had listed, and we were very happy to have Rosie home a day sooner than expected! Due to the long drive and time change, it was after 1am when they arrived, but he called ahead to make sure that was alright and even offered to stay somewhere overnight if the late hour wasn't convenient for us. I could not be more happy with my experience with Simon; if you want your dog transported as though they were driving with you, Simon is the right choice.

Emi is a ROCKSTAR! We had boarded our dogs near our home in Carlsbad and had only planned to travel for a couple of weeks, but Covid-19 changed everything. We reached out to Emi and she got back with us immediately; Subsequently we coordinated with our kennel to have our 2 Labradors picked up by Emi (with her trusty, super cool sidekick, Chewy) ASAP. Immediately following the pickup (of which we received a video), Emi took Cami and Rosco to get fitted with harnesses (their collars and leashes we not at the kennel) and then the road trip to Steamboat Springs began. We received regular updates from the road, along with pictures and travel progress- even from their hotel room in St. George, UT with all dogs spread out on a king size bed. The entourage arrived the next evening happy, well fed and well rested. Emi, along with Chewy, will be our "go to" pet transport from this point forward. Supreme quality, prompt, professional, caring kind service!
