Wonderful experience! I had a lot of pet rats that needed to be transported and I was nervous that no one would take transport them, plus my 3 cats. We figured out a date and they let me know when they were coming. Lovely couple and they are both very sweet ❤ They are extremely professional and want what is best for you and your pets! My cats were transported in a very roomy vehicle. My cats, who are usually nervous on road trips, came home and they are acting perfectly fine! This was my first time having to find ground transportation for my GSD (Toby). I was very hesitant at first and asked Crystal many questions before I even booked the trip. Crystal was very informative and made me feel like I was making the right decision for my pup. She was at the pick destination right on time. I felt bad because my GSD is very vocal (hes mixed husky) and he expressed that the whole first day of his trip. I appreciate Crystal's patience with him. Every day she would send 2 videos and pictures of how my boy was doing and he seemed so happy after the second day. He even got to hang out and play with other pups along the trip. Having the GPS tracker also kept me at ease. I was so relieved when I saw that they entered WA and were only a couple hours away. My Toby seemed to build a bond with Crystal, he even gave her a hug upon arriving lol. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone who needs their pup transported. Ship Love was great with transporting my pooch. Harley is an 87 pound Golden Retriever that is too big for the airlines to transport. Distraught I frantically searched for a way to get him from North Carolina to Montana, and Ship Love was the answer. They provided great communication and flexibility throughout the process, and most importantly got Harley moved to Montana happily and healthily in a matter of a few days. I would definitely use them to transport again.

I was very surprised with my experience compared to ALL of the reviews I read. I still gave 3 stars because my cats arrived safely, AND the rate was nearly half as much as the rest of the bids. With that being said, you get what you pay for. There was almost NO communication until two days before my pick up date, although I booked 2 months in advance. I reached out a few times then was told I’d hear from them closer to the pick up date. I literally had to message a few days before and ask if I was getting duped for them to call me. When the driver arrived, although very nice, she and her vehicle were filthy and wreaked of pet urine, etc. When they got to their destination, she complained about how my cats cried the entire trip and she got no sleep??? Wtf. When asked to leave the “disposable litter boxes” they provided, which I offered to pay for, (which were actually just small throw away baking pans???), she was fuming stating they were hers. When she retrieved them, they were FULL of pee and poop. Couldn’t have been cleaned the whole 4 days. Were they REALLY going to reuse them? Or she didn’t want us to see how poorly they were taken care of along the way? In any event, my cats arrived safely, and (Mostly) on time and that’s what matters. Word to the wise - they have lots of drivers and I’m sure every experience is different. I’m sure this can’t be the usual experience, or they wouldn’t have such great reviews...Certainly not what I expected.

Yvette was an exceptional and patient puppy transporter. Her communication was excellent and her price was fair. Yvette was flexible when there was a change in scheduling my puppy pick up by two whole weeks. At the last minute my puppy benefited from staying with the breeder for two extra weeks while being administered medication for a minor medical condition. Yvette was understanding and agreed to pick up my Ginger 2 weeks later. We recieved a picture while being transported as well. Thanks Yvette!

This guy!!!!! He is a miracle/ life saver. I was scammed by someone else on this same site he picked up my dog LAST MINUTE because the other people said they would “get rid” of my dog :( I explained everything to him and he told me you’re in luck I’ll be in that area at this time. I was overly ecstatic about this I would be getting my baby home. He communicated with me (he prefers phone calls) picked up my baby axel. Trusted me and my word on telling him axel didn’t need a crate and is so so sweet he will be off at first or timid but he will warm up to you and will know you are safe person to be with. An Axel did he had nothing but great things to say about axel it was amazing I was so overjoyed. I had a lot of issues with the people who had him, Ronnie heard me out and just listened to me when I needed and went into action it was amazing I 1,000% recommend everyone to use him he is such a sweet soul I’m so happy I was about to choose him. He doesn’t ask for money upfront he gets your dog and brings him all issues aside, once Ronnie is booked and made a commitment to you nothing will stop him and I respected that from him. He deserved more down time at his stop but he wanted to keep going and get the job done. If I was allowed to give zero stars, I would. I booked We Haul It Transportation to bring my friend’s cat from MA to me in MN. She was already bringing a dog to CA and was going to drop the cat off on her way through. We conversed through calls, texts, and the citizenshipper website and I thought we had worked out an arrangement. Multiple times she changed the day that she would be picking up the cat and then finally said that she woukd for sure have him picked up that friday at the latest. Friday came with no call or texts and no answer to my calls and texts. I still have had no response and it shows she has seen my messages on the website. Very sad this happened as we waited a week+ trying to work things out with We Haul It. It’s not a good way to conduct business. Please beware if you book this company.

From Arkansas to Texas he was delivered in a timely manor and despite the weather he was still walked every few hours with picture updates on request. She told me her “boss” required me to pay her up front $100 I had no issue paying that because I have the money to pay her but she was excuse after excuse on why she couldn’t pick up my dog from these other people. Now I’m out $149 and no dog. Which I should also say he is my emotional support animal and the other people threaten to get rid of him if he wasn’t picked up ! I’m 35 weeks pregnant I cane to this site for HELP she DID NOT HELP ANYONE BUT HERSELF. If she tells you her phones broken it’s a lie. She will also block you from texting or calling her ! She is SUCH A FRAUD ! ALL I ASKED OF HER WAS OPEN COMMUNICATION! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM ! Be careful !

Poor and unacceptable. My puppy was delivered 3 days late and in poor conditions. He smelled an was hungry and thirsty. He was also exposed to possible detrimental exposures during his transport. Hopefully he does not contract parvo.

It was okay. My dog was safe. But he was off schedule by a few hours and delivered him late. When I asked for a time frame to have him picked up or delivered I was met with “you’re on my time.” The only thing I would change is maybe the attitude towards situations and being able to estimate time a bit better.

I read the reviews and still decided to give them a chance. I booked with him and once I did all communication stopped. Scary thing is I provided my address to someone who flaked and stopped responding to any and all messages! Luckily, I was able to change shippers... please be aware of the lack of communication from this driver!!!!!
