Sun-Run was a wonderful helper in my time of need. He kept constant communication, took safety precautions, in order to keep my fur baby safe. I am giving a five star review for a few reasons. The cost was reasonable, in fact quite fair given the comparisons I made prior to hiring SWCTS. The delivery timeline was also adhered to as we initially discussed. I might have preferred a little better communication at times, but overall I was kept up on the progress of the transport. The people involved all seemed polite and caring, although from time to time it was confusing as to whom I was communicating with,...the actual drivers, or their service. But, my pets arrived healthy and safely, so I would tell anyone who is considering hiring this service that aside from what I mentioned as needing just a little 'tweaking' to ease concerns along the way, you could hire with confidence. Just a note to pet owners: It's up to you to be certain your animal is in the proper travel carrier/kennel and give specific instructions. The drivers don't know your animals like you do. I believe they do their best, but being specific helps you, your animals, and the transporters to have the best travel experience possible.

My dog is 9 years old and has separation anxiety, so I was really concerned about using a transport company to send him across the country. I chose TCE Xpress because they have a lot of experience with dog transports, and I couldn't have chosen better. They really pampered my dog. He was allowed to just hang out on the back seat in the car, and in the hotel they let him sleep on the bed. From the texts I got it appeared that they really liked him and that in return my dog protected them and wouldn't let anybody near them or the car. The communication from the drivers was excellent. I got daily updates and pictures, and when I texted them I got a swift response. Their time estimates were excellent and they picked up and delivered as promised. I can't recommend them enough, and if I had to ship my dog across the country again, Donald and his co-driver would be my very first choice.
