I was really happy to learn about pet transporters when I was trying to re-home my sons dog. I didn’t really know these companies existed as I never needed one. I found Platinum Pet Transport and was very pleased with the communication I received through the app. We agreed on a price and dates and all was set. We were assigned to Mona who was the driver. Mona was good and I know she kept Jager safe. I was told that they would deliver the dog Tuesday evening and that turned into Wednesday morning as she ended taking another dog to drop of as well. Ideally I didn’t want that for my dog as that kept him in the car longer than I expected. It worked out fine but that was my only concern that I had. Mona was very sweet and I know she loves animals and she was great with Jager. Thank you Mona.

We put the deposit online the day before and paid the balance at pick up. Jeff picked up the dog exactly as planned, and kept us in the loop with regard to traffic and timing.. We recently had Jet Petz complete the pickup and transfer of our new pup from North Carolina to Austin, Texas. My wife and I were so nervous about going with a fight over a driver and WOW am I happy we did. They went far above and beyond what we expected and were super flexible with us and went out of their way to help us work with the breeder on collection/pickup. Without them we would have had to had a driver drive 19HOURS with the pup when they were able to do in a fraction of the time.. What made it even better was how unbelievably sweet the actual transporter was.. she was kind and friendly and had absolutely everything under control.. She seemed so happy to help and she was far beyond what we expected. I can't recommend this process/company enough. It was the same cost as a driver (still don't know how they do that) and was waaaaay better. 2/26/20 This is the first time I have ever left a review on anything. I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful experience we had with Tina. She was on time picking up our 2 cats here in Oregon and many times throughout the day she would text us and give us updates on our cats, traffic, weather, and when she is bedding down for the night and starting to drive off in the morning. She sleeps in the truck with the animals that way if there are any problems she is right there to handle it. Tina always made sure they had fresh water and food. She even gave them some toys to play with, which ended up in their water and she gave them some treats. She arrived as expected and gave us minute by minute when when she was close so my daughter could be outside of her apartment in S.C. to receive her cats. The cats were treated extremely well and seemed very happy when the arrived. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with her service and would definitely use her again in the future. Thank you

Couldn’t be happier. My last shipper cancelled on me 2 hours before the scheduled pickup and that was after a month of planning and coordination. I was in a desperate situation because the breeder of the puppy we were getting didn’t want to wait much longer, I was at risk of losing our pup. Per Citizenshipper, I re-entered my proposal. After my last experience I didn’t trust anyone, but luckily for me and my pup I decided to give Troy and Carnegie a shot. He was able to act very quickly and was very reasonable in cost. Matt is tremendous. I know all the good reviews seem too good to be true...they are all true. Matt transported our beloved German Shephard mix from Colorado to California. He was very understanding to our sweet dogs age and nervousness. He stopped periodically so he could get a walk and go potty. He had our dog safe, happy and healthy at his destination ahead of schedule. I can not recommend his services more. We were very nervous to hire a stranger and vetted him all we could. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Benton Enterprises is extremely professional. I had my 70lb pitbull picked up in NY and sent to Miami, while I was in Puerto Rico. I could NOT be happier. I had a live location on Bruce from start to finish. Without prompting I had received the live location, photo and video updates daily, all forms of ID from Luis, and reassurance from him that felt honest and genuine. As active duty personnel can tell you, transferring can be a real pain and sometimes can go completely awry. Without Luis and PCSmyPet I'd have broken down from the amount of stress I had going on with my PCS from Italy to California. But he saw my plea here on CitizenShipper.com and immediately empathized. As he is prior army, and his wife sung active still, he completely understands the stress and headaches of transferring. I can't giver her all the praise she serves. We will definitely call for her over and over. So I you want your dog, cat or what ever transported use her and her crew.
