Ceclia was great ! She brought my 10 month old collie puppy from Nevada Mo. to Manteca, CA. Oginali arrived excited and happy, ready for her new forever home where she is training as a diabetic service dog. I got good communication, regular updates and pictures during the early February trip. Would request Ceclia if I was to ever transport another animal.

AMAZING! They were so informative and communicative during the transport, sending photos and updates on the journey across the country. They were so helpful while we were scheduling. They thought of factors that I never would have thought of, proving the quality of the care from when we started planning until when my dog was delivered. My pup is also a massive German Shepherd, they had no hesitation handling her and loving her along the way. She was even sad to see them leave when they dropped her off. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. 10/10.

If you need something done on time, this is not the driver to choose. His feedback sounds like he's careful handling things, though I can't comment on this as my shipment was never completed. When I booked the shipment, he said 1-2 weeks which was fine with the buyer. After 6 weeks, the buyer said enough waiting and asked for a refund. Due to his stalling, I lost the sale of a very specialty item which will prove difficult to find another buyer, especially out of season. If negative stars were available, that's what he'd get.

Genice and Jeff made this whole experience smooth with no hiccups. From pick up to drop off. Even when there was threat of storms, they took extra precautions. I had them drive Piper as a surprise for my significant other and they were in on it. They kept me updated with texts, calls and pictures. I was hesitant about pet traveling but I will use this company every time I have to. Thank you guys so much.

Hunter picked up my new puppy from PA and drove her to CA. He sent me photos once a day and responded to any questions. Lois, picked up my brown patch tabby persian girl as planned and delivered the same day. He kept in contact throughout the trip. I would recommend Lois to deliver you cat or dog. I am a show breeder of Persians and I would use Lois again.

I just received my Boston Terrier puppy today from Cory. He went on a few hours notice and picked up my baby and drove her all the way from Texas Sunday late afternoon to here in Virginia first thing this morning (tuesday, so 2days time.) Melissa and Cory are awesome. They both were quick to answer any questions I had, no matter how weird some of my questions probably were, within a few mins time. Cory let me know when he picked her up and sent me pictures of my little baby and then kept in touch every couple of hours keeping me updated on their progress. I was nervous to ship my puppy by ground through a company I found online, but ANY fears I had were quickly squashed once I started talking to them. They both love animals and my little pup rode in the front the whole time. Luckily she had a traveling companion and they snuggled most of the way. I even bought a bag of food from Cory that he fully believes in and sells. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs to ship their "furbaby" and wants them well taken care of, loved, and spoiled the whole time.

Simply outstanding! I would give Mona Leashes10 stars if that were possible! We are so happy to have found Chelsie through Citizen Shipper. Since flying our dogs is never an option; what a relief to find someone so capable of accommodating two large breed Irish Wolfhounds with special needs and medication! Even when I was stressed that we had to change our route very last minute after already receiving bids, Chelsie was always very professional and so pleasant to work with, that it really helped put us at ease. Within minutes of confirmation, Chelsie started making arrangements and left immediately to pick up our beloved dogs and delivered them safely and quickly. Both of our Wolfies were immediately comfortable with her which is not always the norm with new people. Both are over 120# and can be intimidating even when wagging their tails! She does appear to have a special connection with animals. Both of our dogs were kept happy, and loving life during the trip. Chelsie even provided large non-slip pet steps to help our arthritic dog, Cormac, in and out of her vehicle. Chelsie kept us up to date on their progress with real-time GPS and a remarkable little “Pet Cam.” She arrived right on time as scheduled. The overall experience working with Ricardo was phenomenal. Schedules aligned to where he was able to pick up Jack the next day after submitting a quote. He was prompt with the pickup and sent me photos and updates along the way. Jack can be a bit anxious, yet he looked very comfortable during the ride and when Ricardo dropped off Jack, I could tell that Jack was very comfortable with him. The absolute best. He did a wonderful join taking our German Shepherd from Los angels to Washington DC. The dog is a nine month old puppy so he had a lot of energy and Claude was able to handle him effectively. He took the extra time needed for stops and walks to make sure the puppy could feel as comfortable as possible on The long journey. We wouldn’t use any other service, we knew the dog was safe and sound with Claude the entire way. He sent lots of photos and kept us in the loop from start to finish.
