No stars. Was going to book for a trip from PA to MA and asked Yvette if she would want to do OH to MA instead. She agreed and I asked repeatedly if this was ok. She said “alrighty” several times. 12 hours before she as scheduled and paid to pick up our puppy she told me she could do it next week. I had told several other bidders that I was all set based on booking with Yvette so this was extremely disappointing. Had booked and paid and then Had to scramble and pay a lot more last minute.

Like the previous two reviews before me. I was supposed to have the dog delivered by the 14th. At first I was understanding, but it was excuse after excuse. My patience and understanding started to wear thin. But what really did it was the fact that I was told last night the dog would be picked up today between noon and the evening. Okay, I have a timeframe, cool. Nope! I get a message around 8am with yet another excuse, and then my contract was cancelled out of the blue, no explanation. Now I'm waiting on my refund, let's hope I see my money back in the next 9-14 business days from Square.

Matt far exceeded any expectations I had. This was the first transport I had arranged and was very concerned about the process. Matt went above, way above and beyond 'duty' in ways too numerous to mention, but the regular updates, the gps tracking, the videos and overall genuine care and concern was outstanding for all involved. This was a very sensitive scenario, reunited two very loved dogs with their humans under very stressful circumstances. It could not have happened without Matt's care and expertise...I am not only happy with his service, I am very touched by his helpfulness and genuine caring. She is not reliable, she also lied about giving me a refund and I was not pleased with her at all. Please be careful if you land up wanting to use her. Innoway I’m glad we ended up using another transporter because it worked out perfect for us. Till now I still haven’t gotten my refund As she has promised! Beware I’m giving her one star but she doesn’t even deserve that! She should be -5 stars

Things were great with Fur De Lis Transport. I appreciated them working with me as I have had so really bad transport experiences. My sweet dog Popeye got to her destination on time and safely my only disappointment was that i did not receive any photos of her or any videos while they were traveling. This is a promise most transporters make and feel deliver. I was told the transporters camera wasn’t working? But don’t we all use our phones these days... any way or all it was a good experience and I will use them again.

Simon did a great job! He transported our dog from St. Louis to Florida! He was so easy to communicate with and made sure Murphy had everything needed to be comfortable. He kept us informed. He brought his daughter with him which was so nice! I knew he was in good hands. He even stole shotgun from her and they let him have the front seat. I would highly recommend him and would be happy to answer any questions as a reference. Our dog has been part of our family for 11 years and we have never done anything like this before. Simon was amazing to work with through the shipment of our foster dog Obi. Obi’s parents live in Japan, and we were working on getting a pet shipper to get him to LAX. With international travel, plans change frequently and Simon was very accommodating to the change of dates for Obi’s shipment. Simon even took the time to measure out every detail of his car to make sure Obi’s crate would fit and he would have room to travel. Simon has excellent communication skills and kept up with me on every step in the process. Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus, we had to cancel Obi’s shipment. Simon was very sincere in his apology that Obi could not travel to Japan to be with his parents, and was not vulgar in the fact that he would no longer be needing him. I have Simon’s information and will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. Once These travel restrictions are up, Simon will be the person I chose to get my dog safely to LA. I had a great experience shipping our 9 mo. old puppy from a breeder in Oklahoma to our home in Colorado. Monique communicated with me the entire time and kept me up to date on the status of the driver throughout the entire trip. A note to anyone new using this website. The website takes a fee for connecting you with a driver. They use a sliding scale and you can find that information on their website. You will pay the driver separately via an app depending on what they accept. The phrasing on the website is deceiving.
