Scheduling with this company was nothing short of a hassle. We scheduled for a specific date with Melinda, on that date, we never heard from the driver, we had to call and text multiple times and no response. I ended up finding a number through my email that wasn't my scheduled driver but someone else who worked for the company. She was great! Her and Scott were the most reliable and ended up driving my dogs to me, past schedule, but they got the dogs to me safely. I'd probably use a different company if you need a specific time and date.

David and Joel were awesome! Very prompt and communicative. My cat is fairly old and I was worried that she wouldn’t handle the trip very well but everything went great! I had a puppy shipped to a buyer in Louisiana. Thankfully, they were flexible as the puppy was picked up late and delivered late (these things were not communicated, I had to reach out to investigate). My buyer was upset because when the puppy arrived he reeked of cigarette smoke and because the in route pictures she received (2) showed the puppy off leash in high traffic areas. Shaun from Baileys Best Care was empathetic- he acknowledged he was using new drivers. I had to continually ask for updates from Shaun and the drivers (who went silent for long periods). I later discovered Shaun posting on a Facebook asking anyone if they’d be up for driving a puppy. When I agreed to the terms of delivery I understood Shaun, his wife or daughter would be providing the service - they did not. It concerns me that random people are being recruited via Facebook (how can they be vetted? Why are they not making accounts themselves? Do they have felonies, clean driving records?). I was hoping for the top notch service noted in other reviews (and paid more in hopes of it), but this experience was lacking. Shaun assured me he would coach his new drivers- but I am not so sure you can fix what I experienced. Just confirm that if you are booking this service that it is Shaun doing the work- not a random driver that makes poor choices.

Clint and Merika from Sparks transport assisted with our rescue move and I would give 20 stars if I could. They made the trip from Arizona to Detroit with 14 week puppies and 5 adult dogs. They provided everything necessary to make the move as easy as possible on all the dogs and arrived ahead of schedule. They were is constant communication and took amazing care of all the dogs, most importantly, the week old puppies. I will refer them to everyone I know!!

I had just the best experience with this service. I was very apprehensive about anyone taking my extra large breed and dealing with the fact that he still has puppy like behaviors. But Melinda was amazing!!! She kept me in the loop form her ETA on pick up to pictures during the drive and ETA of drop off time. I felt so informed that I couldn’t feel anxious. She took her time to let Mozart sniff her out so he was comfortable With her and then let the other dog in her trip come out and let them get completely comfortable before she left so that I wouldn’t worry. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shipper to ANYONE LOOKING for someone who is willing to take the time to relieve your anxiety when it comes to transporting your beloved pets!!!!

Claimed to be headed to the destination and even gave me a time of arrival for 5:30 pm even after I suggested rescheduling due to him not making the original time set of 4:30. I waited around and after I finally decided to reach out he took long to respond then claimed to have been caught in traffic and being rear ended. The seller drove two hours to meet him with my kitten he never showed up so it was time wasted and I ended up looking like a liar after telling the seller the driver would be there around 5:30. I am very disappointed, I gave this man a chance being as though he was new but I was let down and I understand things happen however he wasn't good with communicating If I didn't reach out to him and then mentioned how it was unprofessional he wouldn't have told me he didn't make it to pick up my cat and I would've been waiting around longer than expected--DRIVER's RESPONSE: I find this review harsh and riddled with lies. I was able to make this rebuttal due to a complaint I put in that was excepted. I gave my full attention to this individual and her request. Commenting to her every chance I could get. This website is not a fb messenger so it's not as easy to see the messages coming in. Also when driving you're not suppose to be texting. But I was stopped and stuck in traffic so much I was able to. Also when driving service can get rather bad. The second lie is that her client drove two hours out of there way to get to the destination point. Even though the destination was a home address and was then told she will be leaving for work from the address. This review is slander and untrue. Drivers please use caution when dealing with this individual.

Harlan did a great job transporting my new Afghan hound from Montana to Los Angeles. He did all the things we asked him to do for our hound and was friendly and responsible. I recommend him to anyone looking for a responsible transporter. I deducted one star from the top rating, because Harlan does not have a GPS device on his phone and a hands-free setup or headset to talk on the phone while driving, when necessary for directions. This caused him to pull to the side of the freeway several times to talk on the phone. He also had to rely on maps and my instructions, which caused him to go 30 minutes out of his way and back track and thereby add an hour to what was already a long trip. This would not have happened with a phone with a GPS feature, which I thought they all did. I suspect, because Harlan is fairly new, he will address this issue right away, in which case he is a top five-star driver.

I have never ever had to use a pet shipper before, but this woman went above and beyond all expectations. She was very professional and took extra special care of my loved one during transportation. And she picked up my three-year-old German Shepherd in Denver Colorado during a snowstorm and drove carefully and slowly the exact same way I would’ve done if it would’ve been me. My dog was delivered in fantastic condition and healthy, and I think even enjoy the trip a little bit. She kept me well-informed during the trip, and I cannot say enough good things about her. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, I would rate her about a 14 or 15

This driver is superb!!!! She is an excellent driver. She drove through torrential rain, slush, ice, hail, and a snow storm. She took me along with my dog so my dog was not stressed. Also, she allowed me to load her Explorer with some boxes and personal things since I was moving from Las Vegas, Nevada to Bend, Oregon. She is so very friendly. My dog just loved her; he sat in her lap while I went in to get my lease signed and my apartment keys. This is truly a wonderful woman. I would highly recommend her to anyone. There are always hiccups when you're transporting an animal. Because they're ANIMALS. In this case, it was the fact that my very young cat had never been in a car for that long before — so he only wanted to hang out in the driver-side floorboard. But, the ladies handled it creatively and humanely even though it added time to an already long drive. I super appreciate having my (now named "Biddy Boy") furry friend here safely all in one day. You can rest assured your animal will travel safely and in style with these gals.

ROSIE IS AMAZING! 2 dogs + 2 cats all the way from Colorado to Florida!! That's over 2,000 miles. She kept us informed and sent pictures along the way. Her love for animals is very obvious. I cannot say enough great things about her. We were quite uneasy having someone transport our animals and I am so happy we made the right decision in hiring Rosie to transport them. Patrick was amazing with my dog! I was horribly anxious and frankly afraid about the idea of having to ship my Jaxx half way across the country with a complete stranger. But after several conversations and many messages back and forth, I decided to do it. And I am so thankful that I chose Patrick. He treated Jaxx as if he were his own, he was professional, courteous, and on time. Jaxx actually arrived early. Patrick sent me many beautiful pictures of Jaxx and some of the places they stopped all through their journey. He also had his service dog in-training with them which turned out making it a lot easier for Jaxx even though he's under socialized. I hired Rick to transport an antique I purchased in CA for delivery to PA. Although it was a small item, I didn’t want to risk it being damaged by shipping it. I’m a collector and have hired private transports of this kind in the past. By far Rick was my BEST experience to date!! From the start there was clear communication (pick up at the auction house) and he even sent me a video of my item in its working condition. He continued to send a friendly update every evening with his travel process. Considering the distance, I recd the item quickly. He even estimated the day and arrival time EXACTLY (within 5 minutes!!). Unbelievable! I know Rick frequently picks up and delivers pets. Typically that would make me nervous as a pet owner myself however, experiencing Rick’s methods, I wouldn’t hesitate hiring him to transport a pet for me. *HIRE PAUL!* Wow... what can we say... We would give 10 stars if we could! Paul was AMAZING! We could not be more thankful for him! We had a transport scheduled with another driver who was completely unreliable and AWFUL to deal with. He never showed up on the day of our scheduled pickup. Miraculously, Paul saved the day last minute and took our dogs all the way from Monterey, CA to Southern Illinois in less than 2 days!! This was our first time transporting our fur babies and we were terrified, but Paul constantly reassured us and gave us so much peace! Our dogs fell in love with him immediately! They also got car sick a couple times on the trip and he never complained! And he didn’t mind when our German Shepherd took over his bed at the hotel stay. Lol THANK YOU, PAUL!
