EMI was amazing! We had to emergency PCS from Hawaii and our dog got denied flight because she wasnt acclimated properly to her new crate. We were extremely wary of getting ground transport through citizen shipper, and especially with a stranger. That all changed when we met with EMI. She knew the process better than we did, and was ready the moment Nala arrived. She gave her an amazing meal of chicken, and even had doggie pedialyte ready for her! She made it from LAX to our front door in Colorado in just under 48 hours! Her price was fair and it was definitely worth every penny!! I wouldn't use anything or anyone else to ship any of our pets ever again! EMI was friendly, supportive, and we knew where she and our pup was the whole way! If this is a new experience for you or your family and if it seems weird or foreign, know you are not alone. However, know that Emi is your best bet and will give you the best service, support, and quality care for your pet. Again if you are new or have done this a million times use Emi. This couple is very compassionate, reliable, and flexible! I was super nervous transporting my 3 cats across country, but they patiently answered all my questions to put my mind at ease. William transported my cats from VA to CA and was even able to take care of them extra days when I got into a small auto accident. I was SO relieved to know they were in good hands. They texted me photos and updates regularly. I did notice that two of my cats strongly smelled of pee when I got them back. But, overall, I encourage others to book SWCTS LLC because they really care about animals and have a passion for their work.

I would not recommend this driver. Multiple issues that I will do my best to explain: 1. Communication: The Driver did not talk to me as the Customer in a respectful manner at all. I honestly felt bullied and made to feel like a thief. The Driver and I arranged to pay half on pick up and half on delivery. The Driver picked up my Dog late and once the dog was picked up, she requested I send her half the money. I was currently at work and was not able to attend my phone at that time and let her know that I would send the money after work. She did not like that answer and started blowing up my phone, telling me to pay immediately. Since she would not stop blowing up my phone, I told her I will send the money in 2-hours when done rounding on patients in the Hospital, she continued blowing up my phone and calling me names such as liar. Eventually, I had to drop everything I was doing, head to my office and send her the money so she would stop blowing up my phone. On my Dogs trip, I only received two texts with three-pictures each for the entire journey. Lastly, one of the reasons I used this Driver is because I requested my Dog to travel alone as they are in training and I don't want my Dog to get hurt or another Dog to get hurt, I was told that my Dog would be the only one traveling but I come to find out that the Driver brought their own dog for the entire trip. If I had known this, I would have never selected this Driver for my Dog. 2. Tardiness: The Driver was late on picking up the Dog and delivering the Dog. Keep in mind, we all have busy lives, so if you are to give me a time, I will make arrangements to be free at that time but if you give me a time and deliver hours after that time, its not fair to the customer because I took off the day of delivery and ended up waiting all day and finally received my dog at 11:30 PM. 3. Lost/Stolen goods: I have been in contact with my Friend in Seattle who was giving the Dog to me. They packed all of my Dogs belongings including a Feeder that cost up to $200. My friend specifically told me that they were outside saying Goodbye to my Dog and saw all the belongings including the Feeder put into the vehicle. On Delivery, the Feeder was not delivered and the excuse I received for where my item is was basically summarized to, I don’t know. Lastly, I asked the Driver about their other bad review and was told, “I’m not sure what happened.” Even though the Driver has other good reviews on their site, not sure if they are real reviews, I would be VERY careful in selecting them for your pet as the quality of care is below standard.

They where friendly and personable.

Chris is very reliable. He brought me my mastiff I'm rehoming from Florida to Washington. He has great communication. He corrosponded with me through the journey here. He was very reliable when it came to feeding and walking my pup. I never asked for pictures but he would have sent them to me if I had wanted. Chris picked my boy up in Florida on a Friday morning, as well as a friends dog and Told me he'd see me probably Sunday. I was thinking 9 days out........... Nope. He actually meant in 2 days. If it hadn't been for the snow storm in Colorado he would have made it. Understandably the bad weather slowed him down so he could deliver safely, which is more important than speed. We absolutely LOVE Charlotte! We could not of had a better experience. We were hesitant to use a shipper to bring our baby english bulldog all the way to Montana from Oklahoma, but we are so happy we did. Charlotte sent the sweetest pictures of him the entire time when she would stop for potty breaks, sent messages on the hour at stops and treated him like her own. When we went to pick up our little guy he didn't want to leave her, it was obvious he fell in love with her. If we could rate her more stars we would.
