This was my first experience in acquiring a Pet Transport, and I did get a lot of responses. But...there was one response that just gave me such a good feeling. I can't say enough good things about this pet transport-Ginger. In her profile, she mentioned "If your looking for someone who will cram a lot of animals in my vehicle" (something close to that wording.. she explains than I'm not the one for you. That alone told me a lot about this woman already. I have been working with horses and dogs all my life, I know the responsibility, tiring hours spent on the road, it's hard earned money, and well worth it when you have a pet transport like we did. I had a 4 year old very tall Harlequin Great Dane I needed transported back to my dear friend and breeder in Texas. So, to be honest after accepting her bid, we talked on the phone and made arrangements for her to come to my home. When Ginger got here, she came in and it was great for her to want to visit her a few so she wouldn't be as nervous. Ginger was so kind and caring, because of her size, she wanted her to be totally comfortable so she laid down her back seat so she could lay down comfortably and not have to put her in a kennel; and she only transported her on this trip. Ginger sent me pictures of Chumani throughout their trip to Texas, and even a pic of the map and where they were at that time. I was amazed at her kind heart . If I ever need a Pet Transport, Citizen Shippers, Ginger, Pitts AniMobile Transport will be my ONLY choice. My friend in Texas was also very impressed, and she uses pet transports often.

Gary was absolutely amazing! He was very attentive, dependable, responsible and calming. This was my first time letting my dog travel alone without me, and all the way across the country. I was a complete and utter nervous wreck, very anxious, and definitely a worry wart. I asked a billion questions and then some and in doing so, Gary remained extremely patient with me. He constantly reassured me that my dog would be well taken care of and safe. My absolute favorite aspect of choosing Gary over all the other bids I received was the fact that he specialized in one on one travel. I didn't have to worry about my dog being locked in a kennel for hours a day, for several days during the drive next to other dogs. My dog was able to receive 100% care and attention from Gary while riding comfortably. Thank you very much Gary for getting my baby boy safely across the country. First i want to say that Melinda is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. I was so nervous about using this service but once I met Melinda, my worries went away. You can tell she is very experienced as soon as she meets your pets. Melinda was very thorough throughout the transportation process. She had a tough job taking my 3 dogs across the US but she was excited for the adventure. She sent many pictures and updates daily. You can call her anytime as well which is nice. She takes her job very seriously and LOVES on your pets so much. My dogs missed her when she left so I knew they had a great time. It was like a mini vacation for them as they traveled with her. I booked A2B Transport to ship a puppy for me. On the day the puppy was to be picked up, this shipper never showed up. I reached out with several text messages, as did citizenshipper support personal, and none of my or their attempts to contact this shipper were successful. I was able to book another shipper, but of course the puppy arrived at its destination several days later than I had promised the buyer. Thankfully citizenshipper did allow the deposit I had paid to A2B transport to be credited to the shipper I booked. This all happened about a month ago, and I was never offered any explanation or apology by AtoB Transport. I am a gracious person and have never given a bad review to anyone, but this was so unacceptable to me. Had they reached out with some sort of explanation, I would not be writing this review. Hopefully no one else who uses this shipper will experience what I did.

He was very responsive. I edited my review because the problem did get fixed. My misplaced items were sent back to me. The agreed times were still hours later each time it was time. But he did try his best and was extemely quick to respond and kept me updated. I would give 5 stars if it was not hours late each time it was time and if i did have to wait ao long to get my misplaced items. Overall it was a decent experience. I understand things may occur and i may have just got unlucky. He was also open to talk about the price. 3/5 is still positive. If it was just the lateness then 4/5.

Rosie was wonderful. We would definitely use her again and highly recommend her to anyone else who needs to transport their pet. She was on time or early for both pick up and delivery of Maci, our Shih Tzu who we needed to arrange at the last minute to ship from Las Vegas to South Florida. It was obvious that Rosie loves animals and we felt very comfortable leaving Maci in her care. She stopped at dog parks and for treats along the way and Maci arrived after about 4 days on the road in good health and spirits. The transporting vehicle was a minivan which seemed very cozy and comfortable for the animals. I believe there were only one or two other dogs on the trip, including Rosie's own schnauzer.
