We highly recommend Mac (aka Pat)! He's awesome! We needed to have a puppy delivered at a specific time to a hotel in Pittsburgh so that my friends could fly him to us in AZ. After reading comments, we contacted him and felt that he understood what was needed. Mac delivered the puppy on time, along with papers for the airline and kibble from the breeder and, as others have reported, he updated us before and during the trip and let us know when the puppy had been delivered to our friends at the hotel. He made it so easy for us to arrange the trip and then kept his commitment to us on the delivery time. We couldn't be happier with him! Christopher was absolutely amazing. It was the Thanksgiving holiday and I was desperate to get my basset hound here (Virginia to Texas). At a moments notice he agreed to pick up my dog, and delivered her here on Thanksgiving Day. He kept in constant contact with me updating me throughout the journey. He went out of his way to make my dog comfortable as she gets very anxious. I am forever grateful to him and when I told my ten year old daughter I was doing a review she immediately said “give him the highest rating possible.” Words are not enough to express my gratitude to Christopher. Steve and his family made our guys, Cato a 2 yr Newfoundland and Jackson a 4 yr old cat, very comfortable during their drive and temporary stay while we completed settlements and moved from PA to GA. While we were missing our guys, we were provided updates and photos showing how comfortable and at ease they were in the temporary situation. Their daughter Gracie was enamored with Cato’s gentleness and has even offers to sit for us in the future. This is a good family owned company and God help me if I ever move again, I would not hesitate to reach out for their assistance.

I’m only given them 1 star because websit is forcing me too Note: I am writing this review in real time. I’m sharing my experience as it happens. From Detroit MI to Charlotte NC This is the first time I’ve used a service like this. I was getting my family members dog who couldn’t take care of him any longer. I checked reviews and prices. I talked to Felicia, she was talking a lot but not listening. I thought it was weird how she started talking about a bad review she received, without me even bring it up. I was told that was all a big misunderstanding. She said the other reviews are more accurate. I honestly do not feel the 5 star are real reviews. I was satisfied in the beginning with Felicia, my dog was picked up on time, she sent a pic, we talked over phone. I even asked her how can she do all that driving for only $300, I thought their price was very reasonable REMEMBER YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR,, We were discussing how to send payment, she first said send through pay pal, (I didn’t have an account) then she said Venmo (never heard of it), I asked her about Zelle or cash app, I prefer Zelle, she preferred Cash app.. so I sent it through cash app, I also sent $30 extra for my dog need (for a collar and leash) she lied and said color broke She made some comments over the phone that I did not appreciated. I think she felt comfortable because I’m a black woman the same as her. She said I only suggest pay pal for her white customers. Then said, you know how white people is. I didn’t like that comment cause I’m mix with different cultures including white. But I felt vulnerable because she had my dog at that time and I didn’t want her to mistreat him. 1st ETA was in the middle of the night no time giving 2nd ETA 5:30 AM 3rd ETA 9:00 AM This is a little bit of our text 10:24 pm Me— According to GPS, you'll be here around 5am? Felicia — Yep that's correct Not including stops though Me— Oh ok Me— How is ____doing? Felicia — Very well. He likes to ride I see Me— Yes he does, I was wondering how's he dealing with such a long ride Felicia — Sleeping lol 4:14 am Felicia — We pulled over to nap so it will be around 9am now Me— Ok Me— How is ___doing? Felicia — He is doing good still. No issues at all. Mostly sleep Me— Is he eating and drinking water I'm very worried about him, Felicia — Yes he has been eating since I got him and using the restroom and definitely water Me— Do you mind sending me a pic? Felicia — I promise I would let you know if something was wrong . Just took a little longer because of rain and also dealing with death in family but I assure you he is fine. Her husband was in car, it only takes 1 person to drive. I feel they made him ride in a cage that was way to small for him, so they had to stop and let him out before taking a pic. She assure me the cage was too small so he wouldn’t be put in cage. Once again I will keep my mouth shut because she still have my dog, it’s now 6am, 9 am no dog 9:30 no dog 10:15 finally got my dog He smell like weed and crap. And this old leash around his neck choking him that I almost had to cut off DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE !!!!

I chose Luis because he has 5 stars. I booked him and was excited for him to come get my little pup. Anyways when he shows up, my husband said he didn’t arrive professionally . If that’s the way he takes care of himself, it was difficult to imagine the way he would take care of my pup. He also refused to let us take a photo of his id. He doesn’t understand that I have no other information on him other than his first name. If something happened to my pup I’d have no other way of finding him. He told us he didn’t want to let us take a picture of his ID because he didn’t want to get his identity stolen. While that is valid, we aren’t paying to have our pup shipped across the country so we can steal identities. My husband told him that if he wasn’t willing to do that, he wouldn’t get my pup to transport and shut the door. Minutes later Luis tried calling and texting me telling me how ridiculous that whole exchange was. He needs to understand that my dog is my child and I would never let my child travel with someone who I didn’t know and wasn't willing to share their ID with me to make me feel more comfortable.

What are great experience I had this this driver. Like most everyone is scared to get scammed and lose money. I will say I was the same person. Nick was very cooperative with payment plans and did NOT seem like a person who would scam you. He was able to pick up my dog problem free. He was the ONLY person who had a reasonable price.Everyone who contacted me was way too over priced and Nick was the only one with a fair price. If I had to deliver another dog HE WOULD BE THE ONE I CHOOSE AGAIN!!! I cannot stress enough that Nick is a amazing person. I had scheduled with Monique to pick up 4 Police Dogs that were being shipped internationally out of Miami International from Texas. The dogs were scheduled to fly out of Miami International on 11/20/2019(Wednesday) on a 10:00 a.m. departure with a 7:00 a.m. check in. This flight was an amazing deal because it was a Nonstop direct flight to their final destination and would cost us $1,600.00 in cargo / freight charges. We had arranged for Monique to come to our facility to pick up the dogs on 11/18 (Night 9pm - 11pm) or early morning 11/19 (12 am - 8am) I heard nothing from Monique letting me know that she wouldn't be able to make it to the facility to pick up the dogs due to complications with another shipment that was on route. I learned she wasn't arriving at 9:00 a.m. when she replied. She was very apologetic about the situation and wanted to try to make it right. So I wanted to give Monique and Perry's Pets another chance. So I rescheduled for the flight to be done next week 11/27/2019 (Wednesday) Monique was very response and understanding going through this process. The airplane I have to send the dogs on only flies 1 time a week and there's very limited airline carriers that have the capacity to ship dogs to the final destination. This flight wasn't as good as the first since they had to make a stop on the way, but required additional logistics and admin fees because we had to get an International Transit Permit Issued as well as a host country travel permit to allow the dogs on the plane. The freight/cargo cost were about the same. Monique and I agreed that she can come pick up the dogs at 11/26/2019 at 2:30 a.m. the last correspondence I had from Monique was on 11/25/2019 @ 3:00 p.m. confirming her ETA. I left Monique several messages and phone call to confirm arrival times I messaged her at 3:20 p.m. , 11:40 p.m., 12:15 a.m., and 12:21 a.m. I called at 12:14 a.m., 12:16 a.m. 1:15 a.m. 1:49 a.m. 1:58 a.m. Monique did text later from her mothers phone, to let me know that her and her employee had been in a very bad car accident with a semi truck where the other driver had fallen asleep at the wheel, and both were hospitalized due to this, and her phone had been lost in the accident.

No stars! DO NOT USE! DO NOT! I gave her healthy, happy puppies. She delivered lethargic, dehydrated, filthy, flea infested pups. She gave me one picture during the entire trip! She had no ETA for any of her stops (I had 3) and arrived days later than first stated at those stops. SHE DROVE TO HER HOUSE AND STAYED THERE FOR OVER 18 HOURS WHEN SHE HAD PUPPIES UNFED IN HER CAR! The trip started out with her picking up 5 hours late. She picked up the pups in a small car with another person in the passenger seat. She said she had another stop along the way in Pennsylvania and would go straight through. She said that passenger was her tandem so it would be a quick trip. The original kennel was clean and large for all of my pups. When it came time for to check in, it was crickets. I had to call multiple times and text non stop in order to get any response and those responses were not updates but 'I'm getting closer, I'll be there soon'. To my question of 'where are you', the response was a curt on 'the road'. I finally demanded to know what was taking so long since she had puppies that needed food/water/cleaning, she finally admitted to 'I went home and switched vehicles and crates... I'm in a van now, the pups are in a crate not the kennel... I had other pickups and stayed home since last night...I'm leaving in the morning...' I have been informed by the folks that received my pups that they were severely thirsty to the point of extreme dehydration. I was further told that one of the recipients did not receive any food because the transporter 'ran out of food on Saturday' (as per the transporter). The transporter left with a brand new bag of Nutro puppy food that was just purchased that morning and a second bag that had 3 additional extra large bowls of food in it. How did she run out of dog food!! To make matters worse the pups smelled like kennel rot and 2 had urine rash from being cramped in a crate designed for a pug and not 6 pups! A trip that should have taken 36 hours max, took 5 days! These pups were rescues that were use to being held, petted, fed, cleaned and given water. She did none of those things. She should not be driving puppies let alone dogs anywhere. Please save yourself heartache and headache. DO NOT USE!!!

Sam R transported my 2 10-week old Chow Chow puppies over 2,000 miles. He was wonderful with them, and very kind and patient with their new ChowMom, me. He took care of them as though they were his own. He fed and pottied them at appropriate intervals. They had one 'potty accident' in their crate. He cleaned it without hesitation. He sent me pictures and regular updates throughout each day. He never left them alone, sleeping in the transport van with them. Without complaint he had to take a 200 mile detour due to ice and wind. My new furbabies arrived clean and healthy. I would contract with him again in a heartbeat.

Who then needed to come back and pick up the rest of the puppy supplies because they forgot. Then when she texted she would come at an intended day.... She came three days late. Pick up Wednesday.... Promised drop off of Saturday. They showed up Monday... And again later Then What said. My puppies showed up smelling like pee. Their underbellies were wet from pee and their leasss soaked... smelling like pee also... Their noses were completely dry and I immediately took them to the vet after and they said they could tell they havent been cared for. Furthermore.... Their crates werent delivered (worth over $140), one dog showed up without a training collar (worth $23), 2 bags of treats and 2 vitals of meds from the vet.... gone. When questioned she threaten to come back with a police escort to get her remaining money. After I confronted said shipper about the state the pups were in and she said "I will not be showing up until I get a police escort since you decided to slam the door in my face and be completely ignorant. I do not work for the site they are just a third party company so I won't get kicked off especially against false claims."

This has been the most amazing experience I have ever had. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had on citizenshipper.com and I have used them many times! They made a bid with me for $270. I paid them $200 before the trip only for them to tell me they needed an additional $220 towards the trip or else they could not go to the pickup location even though they were ONLY 10 minutes away! MIND YOU THEY RESIDE IN THE SAME STATE!!! Once arriving at the pickup location I get a call from the breeder complaining that they were smoking inside the vehicle with my pet (a tiny 1lb yorkie) and had to request for them not to. The breeder also started that they did not have a crate to put the puppy in which I could not believe!!!!! The transporter notified me with a text and a photo that she received the puppy at 10:34 am! After that I only heard from her if I contacted her! She never sent me another photo/update of the puppy or her ETA. I had to requested her eta when the time she gave me was passing by!! When she finally arrived she requested $40 additional dollars! She was unorganized, unprofessional, and dippy!! I would NEVER use or recommend her to or for ANYONE!! Please be careful with this Alleged Transporter!

Our dog Marshall had a great time with them and even spent a day with them and their dogs on their ranch halfway through the trip to buy us some time.
