Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to experience her service due to her canceling the hours before pickup. In all fairness to her, she texted at 8:41pm that she had a family emergency. Upon repeatedly calling and texting her that I would need to know from a professional level what was going on so that I may relay the information to the pickup point. She referred me back to citizenshipper as she stated there are many other persons. Here is the deal, I sympathize with her and told her that I hope all is well. But as a business person to not even state tomorrow will not be good, maybe I can get back to you once I know the status of the emergency would have been a better (professional) response. Life happens which I understand, but professional courtesy means everything. I honestly did not expect to be told go look for someone else so bluntly. The good, she was quite responsive prior to canceling and seemed to be most accommodating. To future clients, I would state give her the opportunity because my experience was out of the norm.

This was by far the best driver any one could ask for!! I have a very difficult 7 yr old Vizsla, he is very timid and scared of most people. Stacie assured me she could handle him. She was in constant contact with me before the pick up to let me know when she would arrive and during the two day trip. I received pictures and updates on how he was doing through out the trip and even photos of him at the hotel laying on the bed looking peaceful. The guy drove from his hometown to Texas two weeks after my dog was delivered to give his sincerest apologies and paid me for damages done to the pet Taxi we had broken by a secondary driver of his. This guy is awesome and is a man of his word! I would highly recommend Bill for any Transport! (I’d like to add that bill was not my transporter. So he was not at all at fault for the issues that came about, however he claimed responsibility!)

He didn’t let the puppy out on the ground to play but inside the vehicle and the puppy went on potty pads to keep the dog safe. Our puppy shipment was delayed a day due to the shipment before ours not going through property. When that shipment failed to be on time, Della made the decision to abort mission and go ahead with our shipment instead of delaying yet another day. She drove 26 hours in 2 days to get our pup to our home, even though we met late at night and she was exhausted. I feel like Della had adequate communication and always answered questions in a timely manner and with honesty and positive attitude! After the previous shipment failing to go through, our puppy shipment was way out of the way and probably not worth the time or $$ to her, but she stuck to it, didn't back out, and came through like a champ and I cannot thank her enough for that!

This service was great. Taking my pet (and other's) across the country the representatives were always willing to respond. There were some technical snafu's that got in the way, but reaching out to them got a quick response which put me at ease. Additionally when there were changes about who to contact for delivery, they easily received that information and applied it. If there was any negative was the "moveable" dates, which all make sense. The date of pick up went from a Sunday to eventually a Tuesday (I believe) and they even asked if I could wait for Thursday. Additionally due to other deliveries my day and time shifted on the receiving end as well. Still understanding what they do, and the fact that they are very communicative, and took great care of our pet, I recommend this group.

Overall it was an awful Experience. They were very nice but it took many extra days to receive my cat. They kept telling me that the flights were getting delayed and cancelled, which happens, but shouldn’t happen on every single flight. Nico texted me an update but called me by the wrong name, which I felt was very unprofessional. The communication wasn’t very good. But my cat seemed like he liked Nico and he was treated well. This might have been a fluke experience but I wouldn’t suggest anyone to use them. ___________________________________________________ DRIVER REBUTTAL: We have apologized for the inconvenience of travel during a busy weekend. Unfortunately there was only so much we can do when it comes to planes. We made sure your kitty was safe and loved so he wouldn’t be scared. We also offered a discount which was ignored. We make sure every customer is informed of the possibility of delays and cancellations since flight changes are always unexpected. We pride ourselves on communication and care. As for your name, we had saved the name in our contacts incorrectly and quickly realized and apologized. The lack of communication I believe was a misunderstanding. When on the plane, communication is not an option. We sent photos of the ticket and mentioned the time we would get there when there was finally a secured slot.
