Unbelievable. Bill contacted me and was booked within one hour of me posting. He told me the day of pickup and actually picked up that day. Ed was incredible with our border collie Bandit!! He drove him from seven lakes, North Carolina to Tulsa, Oklahoma. He’s door to door service was not what I expected. I thought I would meet him somewhere. The drive is an 18 hour drive. He left NC around noon on Saturday and was in Oklahoma around 8am Sunday. This guy does not mess around on his driving. He gets there!! He’s really good at checking in or answering your calls. Our dog had the whole backseat to himself. Ed is very polite, sweet and great with dogs. Bandit wanted to stay with him instead of me when he arrived. I 100% trust him and will use him again. Just a great guy. Just an FYI, Incase he forgets to tell you, he only accepts cash payments. Whatever his quote is, the company will charge a fee on top of what he charges. Regardless, it’s so worth it!! Thank you Ed!!!

Did an amazing job transporting my senior cat Amy from New Jersey to Florida. Arrived right on time and delivered my cat to a family member the next day. Texted me updates and pics of her along the way. My cat is VERY annoying and has some travel anxiety and they were very patient and accommodating with her. Definitely recommend! Driver was friendly but the dog got sick in the vehicle and when he stopped to clean up the dog got loose. The driver was not the one to contact me about him losing the dog the breeder did. He then proceeded to leave the dog where he lost it and then would have no contact or response to me directly so any further contact had to then be routed through citizen shipper. He also lied in his report to citizen shipper about how he lost the dog after telling both the breeder and myself that he tied the leash to his waist he reported to the company that the dog pulled the leash out of his hand. While I am severly unhappy with this transport I would book through citizen shipler again as they did anything they could to make the situation right.---------DRIVER REBUTTAL-----"We were advised that the animal to be picked up was leash and crate trained, he was not. The dog was not socialized at all. It was clearly ill and had explosive diarrhea in the vehicle. The dog was being cleaned up before further transport when the incident occurred. The dog's leash was attached securely to the transporters belt while the crate, vehicle and animal were being cleaned. The dog began twisting and pulling and reacted so intensely that he pulled the belt off of the transporters pants and when the transporter grabbed the leash and belt, pulled free of the transporters hands. After trying unsuccessfully to catch the dog for 30+ minutes, the transporter contacted the breeder to come to call the dog out. The breeder was unable to get control of their animal. The breeder's ex-husband became confrontational and instigated threatening behavior. Due to this, for the safety and well being of other animals being transported, the transport was canceled and the situation was left in their hands."

Baileys best care was great, we had them pick up two puppies that we had purchased in Texas and bring them home to us in Southern California. They were extremely infomative and took care of the pick up details with the breader. They kept us informed on there journey and arrived earlier than anticipated. I can tell that our puppies were very well tsken care of during the journey. Thank you very much and i would most definitely recommend them to anyone.
