Mona was very nice and friendly, her car was super roomy and clean. My dog Russell immediately took a liking so I knew he would be safe with Mona, she sent daily updates with pictures so I could know he was doing okay. After another company canceled last minute we were pressed to find a transport for our baby in a rush. We relocated from NY to Florida. I am so thankful we found all paws! They gave us a very fair price and a window of time that worked perfectly for us. All delays (because of traffic and what not) were clearly communicated. During the trip they provided a tracker so I could see where they were and texts daily and at my request. She sent pics with every text so I could see her. Our dog arrived safely and on the day discussed. She was very well taken care of and happy! We would highly recommend their services and will def use them again if needed!

Rosie took great care of our dog, Dozer. Having never did this type of thing before, we were most definitely concerned with the process and how Dozer would react to this experience. Come to find out, we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Rosie had tremendous communications from the very beginning of the process to the very end when Dozer was delivered at his new home. The pictures she provided showed Dozer had a great and relaxing time throughout the journey. Come to find out, we had nothing to worry about at all. I can’t recommend Dennis Kane highly enough! He transported our large pet family (3 dogs and 10 cats!) from Kentucky to Northern California. He communicated daily and sent pictures and videos along the way. When my elderly JRT had an unexpected medical problem, he stopped and took her to the vet. His caring and professionalism can’t be beat!

At the end of the day, my dog was transported safely, and seemed to have a comfortable trip, which is what matters the most. I would say, though, that my communication with the owner could have gone better; I had to ask for specifics and schedules repeatedly, and often didn't get answers promptly. Fortunately, the person who was receiving my dog on the other end of the drive was able to be flexible, and nothing went too far awry. There were a few times, though, when I felt nervous that the service might cancel or drop out, because the date kept changing for my dog's pickup. I did get a 10% discount because of all the rescheduling, which was very nice. I would recommend this service if you have a flexible timeline.

He was awesome! My dog had pure breed border collies and they are worth a bit of money. I raised them from the moment they were born and of course I got attached. Of course I couldn't keep them all so the next best thing was to ship one to my brother who is a few states away. Needless to say I was pretty worried about shipping my baby! Every where I contacted wanted an arm and a leg to ship. Rick gave me the best offer on shipping! His price was extremley fair! We had some issues on the pick up date, but he was very willing to work with me and reschedule on top of keeping the quoted price. He talked to me the entire time so I got to know him a bit which made me feel a lot better about choosing him. He arrived on time and once he had my fur baby he kept in contact with me the entire time. He was awesome about me blowing up his phone to check in my puppy, he sent me pictures all the time and took great care of my puppy! He also kept in contact with my brother as well, he sent him pictures everytime they took a potty break. He also made sure that my puppy was set up safely in the car. He's a super nice guy and great to work with, my whole experience was a good one. I was extremley nervous about shipping the puppy but everything turned out great. I would recommend him to anyone shipping anything but especially animals. It's hard to find someone who will care for your animals the way you would but he really took great care of my pup. He made good time and got to my brother's when he said he would. I will only go through Rick now for anything that needs to be shipped!

I had never used a flight nanny service before and was very nervous but they made the process so easy and stress free. Todd was a life saver for us and our boy! Todd was very professional and very helpful; cared for our German Shepherd in the same way we would have cared for him ourselves. Todd, not only transported our pet, but he ended up driving him back for us when the airline would not let him fly because of the temperature change. We were in a real bind and Todd stepped in and helped us(went above and beyond what we hired him to do), not only did he drive our pet back home, but he arranged kenneling for him, and met our family at the airport with our pet upon their return home! Todd is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend him for your transport needs!

I cannot say enough good things about Rick and the job he did. This was my first time transporting a pet anywhere and going 1500 miles did not help my anxiety. Hunter was beyond an amazing transporter, He was consistent friendly, and on time, Hunter did a perfect transport from Philadelphia to Arizona with my American Bulldog who can be aggressive, about 16 hours into the ride Uno was relax going for several walks, Hunter went over and Beyond to buy Uno a special treat when he wouldn't eat anything, I could GPS the whole ride and got some amazing pictures of his trip, I would recommend Hunter service to anyone who asks, Hunter is the best! Jani was incredible, she was extremely responsive and professional. From South Decota to Washington Jani brought our girl home. Jani told us a time and date and she was true to her word. Each day, during our Pointing Chocolate labs travels Jani notified us of how our puppy was doing and included pictures. I’m not sure I have enough room so say what I’d like to say. Hunter picked up my sons dog in San Diego Ca. That was the ONLY THING THAT WENT AS PLANNED. That being said, I couldn’t be happier and more grateful that Hunter had our Marley. Through everything that happened he brought to me a happy, well cared for dog. Even with a hurricane baring down on us... he pushed on and got Marley here. He even offered to get us gas, food or anything we were struggling to find on his way into Florida. She drove very far for me picked up a cat for my son .. Had our pickup meeting point in Coral Springs and she came to a place that was abit farther for me because i was running behind on my arrival time .. When we arrived she was very loving and caring with the kitten and even cut his nails perfectly for us while she was with him . Rosie was amazing!! We weren't able to bring our dog on the plane at last minute. She picked up our dog the next day and drove him straight to us. She picked him up on Thursday from VA, and got him to us on Monday in CA!! She took him to dog parks and beaches all the time. If you are looking for a caring alternative to a commercial pet shipper, Cheryl is a good fit. She will treat you pet like her own, provide lots of breaks and walks and communicate with you along the way. Her fee was more than reasonable and she kept her commitment to ship our pet with Hurricane Dorian hanging over her head and holiday weekend traffic near its peak. Now the bad news: When we booked the trip from Michigan to Florida, she said our pet was the return leg of her trip and "at this time" would be traveling directly to Florida with no other pets in the vehicle. Several days later, on the morning of the trip, and with deadlines in place, she told us she would be picking up our dog in Michigan, then driving on to NYC to drop off a puppy; and then off to Florida from there. This resulted in 55 consecutive hours in the vehicle for our dog.I blame myself for not staying on top of the situation but I would make this recommendation to anyone shipping with any carrier.....make it your business to get a commitment on exactly what the route is and how many other pets with be traveling, especially if there is only one driver.

What a huge blessing to have such an amazing lady transport our dog. We needed our dog to be driven from Olympia , WA to Sun Valley Idaho on Labor Day weekend. We met Emi at a local park. She bonded with our dog almost immediately by making her feel loved and safe . She had her car all set up for comfortable travel. It was 2 days of driving and the transporter stopped for walks and potty breaks and sent us pictures and video throughout the journey.
