HE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I was so nervous about my Cozmoe going on a long trip. Coz knew something was happening because that morning he acted a little weird. My driver showed up and was so compassionate and understanding. He got to know Coz a little bit before they took off. He kept in contact with me during the entire trip!! I had text messages and a video of my Cozmoe. Coz was actually delivered a day earlier than expected. I have never heard of this service that transports dogs before. His car is outfitted to transport dogs too!! The best service ever!!

Jaleesa showed up on time. She kept me updated and sent pictures. She truly went above and beyond. When there was a flat tire that caused a delay which created an issue with being able to catch the next leg of the trip to get here, she worked with the receiver & the transporter to try to solve the issue, even driving further than originally agreed upon to try to meet in time. Unfortunately, there ended up being an issue at the border, which meant that there was no making up the time to meet that transport. However, she hung out there until late in the night when we all finally managed to work through a way to get the pup across. She deserved a tip. Unfortunately, since I was operating from a vast distance, I was unable to add to the cash on hand that I'd already sent and had a friend change into USD during business hours to give to her. And my country does not allow us to use the other methods of payment that she had available. :( So, I hope this review helps her get more trips (& hopefully they'll be smooth for her - she deserves it). Huge kudos to Jaleesa. And many hugs from afar for taking such good care of my pup. <3
