She was honestly so amazing. She accommodated to my needs on short notice and was so extremely friendly. She truly holds a great place in my heart for such a hard time going on with our family and relocating our cat to a family member. Emi was more than I could ask for! She was amazing with my kitty! Usually kitty runs and hides when people come into our home. But not with Emi! Kitty came right up to her and started purring and talking to her like she knew her for years! I was very nervous about kitty traveling. She hates riding in the car even for a 15 minute drive. But she was very calm with Emi the whole trip. She sat right next to chewy(Emi’s dog) the whole time! And I thought she wouldn’t or didn’t get along with dogs! They were like best friends. I loved the fact that kitty was not confined to a carrier/crate the whole trip. She had free range of the car! Emu sent me photos and videos everyday. And text me at each stop. I would never go with any other drivers but this company. Sweetest people I've ever met, even got my sweet baby to me early. Deployed for 2 years and now my puppy is back home. I was very nervous about having my tiny fur baby transported form Louisiana to Boston .I had never used a ground shipper before. I chose Chris even thou he didn't have a lot of runs with animal. Well I made a fantastic choice. He kept in touch every morning after breakfast and bathroom breaks and also at night before her bedtime.She is a very small scared chihauhau and needed some extra attention to feel warm and safe. I was very apprehensive about getting a puppy from MO to PA. The breeder provided the name of a service that would pick up our pup and drive her to us, but that is about a 15 hr trip and would mean staying over night with a pup that had just left it's only home. I didn't really like that idea and was trying to find a better solution when Flying Pets contacted me and said they would fly her in the cabin. A relatively short flight was much better than a 15 hour drive and the price actually a little less than most offers I had. Communication was great and things could not have gone any better. Thanks Rok for taking care of Molly and getting her to us safe and sound.

Harrison was hired to move my household from OK to FL. I was very nervous about going with this alternative route to the big name movers. He was on time but his helper was late arriving to load. He hires local help, therefore he has no knowledge of reliability of the help. Communication was good throughout the move. He arrived as scheduled at the destination. Everything appeared to be protected nicely and arrived in good shape. His helper in FL was a bit lazy and I ended up helping Harrison myself. Overall, I am pleased with the service that Harrison provided. I would consider using Giga International again.

Hi, PPT was "AWESOME". We had a strict pick up date that had to be met and she was able to pick up our little white German Shepard puppy at 10:30pm on a Saturday in the middle of Amish Country then drive over 400++ miles to deliver, which she did on Sunday by 11am. Brave woman, indeed! Puppy was taken care of very well. One of the best things was she kept in constant contact with us, we knew where she was and knew her eta, even at 2am to let us know she was pulling over for a little rest, again amazing communication. She sent us a picture of our puppy upon pick up. Even after driving a VERY long time, after dropping off puppy she got back in her car to head home, totally blew us away. Crystal was amazing! I had to arrange transport for my boss's son's pets from Chicago to Los Angeles. The pets were a 50 lb Husky, a Bengal cat, a gecko, and 3 snakes. I did not think I was going to find anyone up to the challenge. Crystal responded right away. Hunter is a great as the rest of the reviewers said! From the moment we chatted/met I knew our dogs would be in great hands. Hunter's communication and friendliness is outstanding. We truly appreciate the check-ins, photos, and getting our dogs across the country really quick! I also initially chose Hunter based on what cars he offered. His was totally appropriate for our 2 medium->large sized dogs - filled with cushions, space, and cool air. My dogs don't seem to dislike car rights anymore thanks to him!
