When I initially read the reviews for PC Express, I was obviously quite concerned regarding the trip where a pet was lost. I wanted to give Patrick the benefit of the doubt, and ask the details before just taking what I read for face value. Patrick was honest about what happened with the transport and explained what had happened. I expressed my concerns because we were having our beloved dogs transported from Wisconsin to Florida so that they could be flown to Haiti for our family's big move. Our dogs are our family, like many people's are, so it was a HUGE deal to not have them lost or anything happen to them. After communicating with Patrick I felt confident that he deserved a chance to do a great job for us. I was MORE than pleased with his services. He gave me updates throughout the journey, sent photos and took wonderful care of our boys. He got them exactly where they were supposed to be without any issues & we are forever grateful for the amazing job he did in transporting Hank & Moses. One pet was not doing well and she told me that she didn't think that it would do well with transport. I ended up not having that pet transported due to her honesty with what was going on with the animal. She proceeded with the other as that one didn't have any issues. I recently had K&K Transportation haul a pure breed hunting dog for me much to the concern of the breeder. I am pleased to say K&K proved him wrong. Kala was friendly, curtious and kept me informed every step of the way including text pictures of our new pup. She went out of her way to deliver the pup right to our door step which is off the beaten path even when we agreed to meet her someplace more convenient for her. All at a very affordable price. I really enjoyed working with Jackson. He went out of his way and beyond to make the puppy transaction work for me. The breeder who I got the puppy from did not take electronic payment. I forwarded him the money to take to them to pay so the transaction would work out. He had no issues doing this and is a very trustworthy person. I would trust him 100% with any other animal that I would need transported, plus any monetary transaction that would need to happen as well. He was also on time, responsive, kept me updated on the trip and friendly. Thank you Jackson for getting the puppy safely to me and for doing the extra work of even completing the transaction for me! Bryan and Nicci were exceptionally professional with how they handled the initial coordination right through to pickup and eventual handoff. Bryan was very quick with email/text responses, and if need be, phone calls. They provided very fair, reasonable rate and easy payment method for our dog's cross country trip from Massachusetts to San Diego, California. Since they were in high demand due to their reputation for their strong ethics and most importantly their love for animals, they had no problem delivering on their promises for an agreed upon pickup date. Our dog was treated like a family member during the trip, and was immediately integrated with us at our new place once he got dropped off to us after a week long journey. No anxiety issues at all. Nicci also kindly allowed our dog to play with her family during the trip, and we were given daily photo updates that just put us at ease knowing our dog was in great hands. We have been very blessed to have met the Walker family, and are so glad to have supported a family run business. While we hope we will not have to relocate cross country anymore, we will not hesitate reaching out to Reliable Pet Services for other travel needs in future.
