Michael Todd Combs & his wife Kelly Combs stole my money. They were hired to fulfill a contracting role for a shipment in Dec. 2019 and requested 1/2 of the total bill up front as a “deposit” on top of the deposit already paid to the host site which advertises their shipping service. I understand that there are travel costs such as fuel and things of that nature so I obliged. After nearly hounding me for the bid and receiving my payment, they have failed to respond to my multiple attempts to coordinate the pick up. As you can imagine, they are also ignoring all requests to refund my money. Meanwhile, they portray themselves as moral upstanding Christians. In fact, their church profile lists Michael as the church manager - LAUGHABLE! (Yes, River of Life Church of God - Fellsmere, FL). These people are unethical and grimy. On top of my deposit, they've now cost me two additional months in storage fees, costs associated arranging a new truck, travel fees out of state to arrange a pick-up, etc... all because they wanted to make a quick buck rather than work for it. By all means, take the extra time to find yourself a reputable shipper who operates with integrity.

My dog arrived fine, no issues there. The experience left a lot to be desired. More communication and some form of "tracking" would have gone a long way. Maybe share location tracking info. A better prediction of arrival time would have been appreciated. There are so many free apps out there (even google maps offers location tracking) that can be used to let people know how far away the dog is. If he had arrived during work hours, we wouldnt even know that we needed to take time off to receive him. An easy fix on the transport companies part. Other than that, dog was fine, happy to be home

Rick was amazing. I was very nervous having him transport my 3 month old African Gray parrot from Napa California to my home. He was right on time to pick him up. He stopped to give him water and kept me posted on his ETA the whole time. When he arrived he came in and helped me get my bird out of his carrier and acclimated to his new surroundings. Sorry this is so late coming... holidays and puppy brain! ;) Overall, the experience was great! Puppy arrived in perfect condition. Pick up was delayed 24 hours (no fault of the drivers) due to traffic of their prior trip. But this was all communicated to me so that I could inform the breeder. Drivers were at the pick up precisely when they were due and kept me informed during the 9 1/2 hour drive to my home... even sent me pictures of our little devil. I highly recommend Yvette and her team (family) who were polite and caring. Would use her again in a heartbeat!

I needed Reaper pick up as soon as possible from Virginia Beach and get him to Texas. Unfortunately, this whole thing had turned into an emergency of sorts. Bailey's Best Care came through big time. From start to finish it worked like a well oiled machine. The driver was great, he wasn't intimidated by the dogs name and they got along great.
