I booked my dog's transport after seeing such great reviews and the pix on line. Dennis told me he had to come for a funeral and would take my dog to Texas. The communication was terrible. I asked him to call me when he was near so i could be ready. He never did...showed up 2 hours later and have another dog in the trailer. He then said he was going to dinner with family and would be leaving the dogs alone that night for about an hour. He told me he would keep me up to date on the trip...facetime and send pix. I think i got two calls in four days and one pix. The trailer is nothing like that seen in the photos on line. He told me he would be there by Sunday weather permitting and then it got pushed to Monday night because of health issues. He had a terrible cough and then he hurt his knee reaching over my dog. This was the worst four days and i did not rest until i hear she made it safely to Texas. Then he left a box of very important docs in the trailer and had to return the next day. He was not happy with that but that was his doing. I also gave a nice tip on top of the price. I would not recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Noah’s ark transport. I honestly don’t know if it could of been any better. We were in constant contact the whole time with updates and pictures. I have never done a dog transport before but we bought a puppy from PA and didn’t really have a choice. We did hire the best team out there tho. I would highly recommend them to anyone 100% trust worthy people. Just know when you hire Noah’s Ark they will bring top notch service. It was a pleasure working with them.

Phelicia was nothing short of amazing. She arrived on time in Colorado in a snowstorm, picked up our two dogs, and proceeded to drive across the country through severe winter weather to deliver the dogs safe and sound in 2-1/2 days. She checked in regularly with progress reports and always had a cheerful, positive attitude. It’s not easy entrusting your beloved pets to a stranger you find on the Internet. But Phelicia took all the worry away. She’s a true animal lover and a wonderful person to boot. She is highly recommended by me and my family :)

Phelicia is wonderful! She is efficient, professional, kind, and has a sincere love for animals. She took very good care of our two cats Midnight and Sassy while transporting them from our son’s apartment in Guthrie, Kentucky to our home in Boulder, CO. She was very responsive and checked-in regularly to update us on their travel status. The girls arrived safely and promptly. This was my first time using this particular website however I have used other services like this and I must say Mona and the entire Platium Pet Transport staff were wonderful. We purchased our new goldendoodle and needed it to be transferred from Arkansas to Texas and they picked him up on time and communicated with us along the way. They even called the following day to check on us cause our puppy got a little car sick on the ride coming down to Texas. I will tell you these ladies exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again and will be recommending them to everyone.

David moved a large, heavy, and very expensive custom set of table & chairs from New Hampshire to Florida for my family and I. He was flexible with the pickup dates after our table maker asked for more time and our items arrived in the same condition that they left the pickup location in. He was helpful with getting the items into our home. I found him to be straight forward and reliable. I would use him again and recommend you do the same.

Leann was great. She had a really comfortable car environment for my dog. She sent continuous updates with pictures showing my pup enjoying herself on the journey. Horrible service. Do not use her. Dogs are soo crammed and stack kennel on kennel in a van. She texts and drives with the puppy. Texted me updatss wrong puppy and then at arrival did not give me items breeder gave to her. Your puppy isn’t ensured so if anything were to happen to your furbaby she doesn’t cover the cost. Exceptionally, rude and accused us of having another pet owners bag. Nothing, but a towel and toy were given to me. I would not entrust my baby with her. I would give her a rating of zero stars but I am unable.

If you are looking to move your pet across country, Matt is your guy! He provided me with his location and the ability to track it before he picked my puppy Troubie up. He was thoughtful and notified me if there was any delays. He brought my dog to me in a timely matter. He kept up professional communication and sent me several photos and a video! My dog was a rescue from the south and he had no prior leash training. When Troubie arrived to me he had already learned quite a bit of leash manners. I’m addition to the training he also removed a tick he found on him for me! Matt was super awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
