I wrote a great review because he did an amazing job with me. Referred him out to others only to get burned. The day before pickup he stated he got a flat but would be a bit delayed in getting the dog. The day of pickup he never called and confirmed with the pickup location, did not pick up the persons calls or answer text messages. He was a no call, no text, no show even up to the day after. Not sure what this was about but was highly embarrassed to had recommended him. Would state he is a hit or miss at this point. Hopefully he is okay because the person has yet to hear from him.

I was really impressed with how quickly Jon got my dog from my second home in Az to my home in Pittsburgh, Pa. He even hit some bad weather on his way to pickup my dog but still got her to my home in Pa on the date he said he would. First time I have ever had a pup shipped and it was great with LV he was so kind my puppy sat in the front seat riding in style, he mad great time so that the puppy was not on the road no longer than he needed but be. So my name is Thomas, and I was extremely nervous and worried about getting a puppy that I had paid for from Marshfield, MO to Bakersfield, CA. After talking with the Breeder she said she just wasn’t comfortable sending the puppy via plane so I immediately started looking into either driving there myself or paying someone to drive the little guy over to me. I was extremely worried for trusting a little puppy in the hands of someone I didn’t even know, and nervous that the person could give me a lot of issue instead of great service. Matt however took care of all that, as soon as we agreed on the price, conditions, and dates Matt not only kept in touch with me but the Breeder as well until the actual date of service arrived. A day before the pick up he shared his location with me and allowed me and kept it up until he actually delivered him. He also sent a bunch of pictures to show me how he was doing and let me know he was being taken care of on the journey. I only wrote this review because when I was looking a driver I didn’t know who to choose and not many were available and the few that were didn’t have many or any reviews. Just know Matt is a stand up guy and is great with the animals he delivers and rest assured knowing you little ones are in good hands

I had never shipped a pet before so this process was all new to me. They were easy to work with and very responsive. I was updated the entire trip and was sent pictures of my pup. They were on time for the pick-up and he arrived pretty close to what they had said. The only negatives (depending on what matters to you) were that they said his create and belongs could go with him. When they arrived for pick-up they said they did not have room for his stuff and it could not go(over $250 in supplies I had to buy again) and it took 5 days for him to get to Alabama from Michigan. He spent 3 full days in the New York/Virginia area (which is not even on the way) before they headed south. He did arrive healthy and happy. If I had to do it again, I would use them.

I recommend Cory as he delivered on his word. Nonetheless, I have some comments about the whole situation as I believe it could have been better. This was the first time I contracted a service like this. In the beginning, I didn't know which one to chose from so I decided based on reviews and quotes. Jet P gave me the best quote and he had good reviews. So I decided on Jet P. The whole process for me was something completely new and to be honest, I was expecting a little more help and advice from them. I understand their job is to only transport the puppy but I would assume you want to make it as smooth as possible for both parts. At first, I also decided on Jet P because initially, they said they will deliver by Dec. 25th, so it worked perfectly for me. It was not till I paid the fee at citizenshipper and started talking to Cory that he told me it was not the 25th but maybe the 26th or 28th. Everything started to be a little more complicated as I was trapped in between the breeder and Cory trying to get this whole thing set on a date and time. Finally, Cory asked to talk directly to the breeder and figure stuff out, which he did and he managed to stick to his promise and delivered on the 24th. The puppy arrived safe and sound as far as it looks. There are some things I would suggest Cory improve so people feel more secure of whom they are dealing with and to make his business better: 1.- Pictures and videos of him and the dogs while in transit or in the flight or waiting at the airport. There are no pictures anywhere so at some point it got me a little nervous to trust someone I haven't even seen in pictures. He agreed to share his ID with both the breeder and me (just before the pick up of the breeder, a little late and because I asked for it) which made everyone feel more secure about the situation. Maybe he could have done that since the beginning. Or video chat or something. Get to know the person who's gonna be in charge of your puppy. 2.- There's no website, social media, or any other way of contacting this service. He told me the name was Jet Petz, which I googled, and there is a bunch of different information regarding that name and animal transportation. None of which was related to Cory. So, another flag for feeling a bit insecure especially if you don't know the person. 3.- It would be nice if Jet P would let you know in advance all the specifications that THEY need for the flight. Like for example, vaccinations the puppy has, and any special needs from the puppy (I was concerned about Parvo), accurate size and weight of the puppy, etc. None of this was asked from me except how old was the puppy. All this shouldn't be a surprise for anyone in the whole process. My puppy was apparently bigger than what we thought and barely made it into the crate he brought for it. As I said before, it was the first time I did this (and that was the first thing I told Cory when we started talking) so it would have been nice that with all the experience he has transporting dogs, to give me a list of things he needs before the transportation and things he recommends asking to the breeder (or whoever is sending the dog) before the pickup. 4.- More active communication. He was very responsive and answered every time I contacted him. But I was the one bugging him. He never sent me a message beforehand to keep me posted. I was expecting a message when he was at the airport waiting for the pick-up, one when he got the dog with him, (would have been nice to have a picture or even a video of the pickup to see the dog is being received and is safe and sound), when they were waiting for the flight, once they are on the plane, when they are about to land, and when they are ready for pick up. Of all of these, I had to be the one asking for updates and pictures. He delivered when I asked or contacted him, but I believe I don't have to be the one asking all this. I obviously recommend him as I know him now and he delivered as promised, answered me every time and treated my puppy great. I just hope, out of this review he can make his business better and make other people as happy as I am with my puppy.

This woman delivered my dogs one bleeding from both elbows and both totally dehydrated come to find out she was giving one pepto bishop with out my permission and said she had upset stomach I feel the real reason was to bind dog up so she wouldn’t have to walk dog and let them do their business I would be careful using this woman I dont see how one woman can transport that many animals 1500 miles fuel her truck and give the animals the attention they need ___________________________________________________ DRIVER REBUTTAL: "First off the gentlemen making these accusations was not the customer. He did contract the transport and only paid the fees. His ex-wife was the person actually responsible and paid for this transport of these two senior dogs. These dogs were picked up on 11/27 heading from Weeki Watchi Fl to New Hampshire. Both of these dogs were elderly dogs so I took my time taking them up which ended up being 3.5 days. Before I picked them up on 11/27 their gentleman was already being combative with me and made me feel uncomfortable enough that I almost walked away from the transport. During the pickup it was conveyed to me that one of the dogs had high anxiety and to take extra care with her. I also noted that they both were very overweight and the the yellow lab had raw hots spots on her front elbows. As I left to head north I did gas up and at that time I checked these hot spots to make sure they were in tacked and her skin had not split anywhere. She was good at that time. I stopped often for these girls to get them out and moving to help with the other pups anxiety. I did encounter problems with this pup in that every time I gave her water she drained her bowl more then once and then throw up all the water she drank. By the second day I consulted my vet tech who is on call for me and with vet approval gave her some pepto bismal to help settle her stomach. Both dogs were not eating which is normal but there was concern that the black lab was not keeping water down. I continued and took my time until the third day. At the time of the transport I had picked up other pups mostly puppies. The weather in New England was going to be severely deteriorating in the next 24 hour period so I pushed in to get all the dogs in the transports delivered into their homes for their and my safety. The only change that involved is we didn’t stop as often as I would have liked to. Within two hours of this delivery this gentleman began to harass me about his dogs. Dogs that no longer belong to him and which he didn’t pay the transport for. he accused me of not walking the dogs, that they were bleeding and constipated . I made corporate aware of the situation and after he made a complaint they did investigate the situation. I also put them in contact with his ex wife and she was fine with the transport. She stated that “ she knew the transport would be a little rough in the girls because it was a long drive and they were senior dogs” but she was fine with how everything turned out. the bleeding was from the hot spots that were already there and one has become irritated which would more then likely have happened on a three day car ride. Constipation is also common especially when the dogs are overweight to begin with and are in a confined space and can’t move around as much. The dogs were offered food twice a day and water every time we stopped for gas. Pictures were provided that the dogs were given water. In the last two months this guy has continued to harass me enough that I had to block his number. He has continued to complain about a no existent situation that he didn’t pay for and the customer who did is fine with the transport. If you would take the time and ready all my reviews you will see that I am very good at my job. I provide the highest quality of care possible while transporting your pup." ___________________________________________________

Luis was AMAZING. Kept in constant contact throughout the entire journey and the videos of my dog on his walk breaks were wonderful in anticipation of his arrival. The transport van was very well taken care of, very clean; which was impressive considering my delivery was cross country. I was very unhappy . Nicole was rude and I asked 3xs where they were and she only told me once I feel I had a right to know where my English mastiff was. I didn’t realize she was going to make several stops , she drove my dog around for 2 days before I finally got her. I had originally told Nicole I was going to pay cash $550 she never said she only accepted cash she was just happy I said I was paying cash but then decided to pay check so I had a receipt . As she was leaving said we agreed on cash well we hadn’t I had just said I was going to pay cash was that ok , I informed her I needed a receipt she didn’t have one and left with the check . About 30 mins or so text me saying she didn’t accept cash and would be back with a receipt but never came back. I would not recommend unless you don’t care how long it takes or how long you want your dog stuck in a van I feel 2 days was crazy and she new I didn’t realize she was making several stops or she would have told me where she was. I had said I could get her a lot of business from breeders but that was before I new she was going to have my dog for 2 days the dog was picked up Friday at noon and arrived Sunday at 1030 she wasn’t the only driver her aunt also drives with her . I make that same trip in 15 hour by myself . I wish her good luck just inform people where you are going with their animals and when you are being paid don’t be rude that’s how you are making a living
