Worst decision I’ve ever made was hiring Alexander Savage & Assoc. I put in a request to have a recliner shipped from San Jose, CA to the LA area. Mr. Savage put in a bid and I paid the $49 fee to accept his bid. After the fee was paid all I received was excuses and promises. The recliner was never shipped and now Mr.Savage is just ignoring my attempts to contact him. Save yourself a lot of wasted time and money by staying away from his company. They do not cooperate or do the job they bid on.

I booked David on Friday late afternoon. He said he would be able to pick up my puppy on Monday or Tuesday. He asked that I send him a Text with pickup and drop off details. I did as he asked, he also received it from citizen shipper. He then told me he would call me on Sunday to let me know time on Monday for pickup times. On Monday I called him to verify the pick up for today. He said he never received the text. I then resent the text and he magically got it then. He then said it would be Tuesday. Tuesday comes along he says he can't because of the weather but will do it Thursday or Friday. Wednesday morning I get notification he has declined my delivery. All he had to do was acknowledge that he forgot my delivery and let me get a new shipper instead of delaying me. Very unprofessional and very disorganized. DON'T LIE TO YOUR CLIENTS!!!!! HE CANCELLED ON HIS SHIPMENT! I believe his profile says he never has. I choose him because of this.--------------------------DRIVER'S REPLY------------- his review omits certain facts and misrepresent the agreement. After being booked I did call Dylan and asked his pick up and delivery address to texted to my phone . I never did hear from him . I left two text messages , that I needed the information to be able to schedule. He called me on Friday around 4 pm as I was driving on a congested highway, told him could not text but please calm me . He did call me about an hour later at which time told him that I had no info , he said he had send it but not received any acknowledgement. I requested that he send it again , which as I received it , I acknowledged it. I told him that the storm of the previous week had delayed some pickups and I had just cane from Wisconsin /Chicago area Wish had his info to do the transport. At that telephone conversation I also told him that it will be a while for me to go back to that route since they were expecting yet another storm . Mr . Dylan wanted me to do the transport NOW .. again explained that I was on the east coast, would not be able to Transport till the following week after the storm had cleared. At that point he was belligerent. I wrote to Citizens Shipper to see if there was any other driver that could be found to help with this transport. As we were not able to find one the Transport was canceled. I am very sorry to Cancel it but unfortunately there is nothing, anyone can do against it. Our job is to Transport pet’s whereas we get compensated, there is no compensation when we Cancel. So, it is not our interest to Cancel but rather to accommodate as best as we can given the challenges of weather. However, impugning once integrity is not only wrong , it is pretty shameful.

They brought both my pups all the way from Georgia to Arizona. They are very hyper and playful dogs and they were able to handle them both together. If there was a delay they would send my husband or I a message letting us know. We did get a few pictures upon request. They did provide GPS but once they got to Texas it just stopped providing a location but they did keep my husband updated. My pups came home very happy and energetic as always.

Other shippers try to do more than one shipment at a time and varies the delivery time. Janet provided constant communication throughout the journey. We had a little difficulty, initially, getting a definite pick up/delivery date ironed out but there had been mechanical difficulties before our trip and Richard was working out a combination ride with 2 other dogs coming to CA. But they picked up on the designated day, giving updates about traffic and needing to move pickup time back, and delivered within 3 days. It would have been sooner but they hit a winter storm that slowed everything down. The dogs were happy and adjusted immediately to our apartment. That has to be in large part due to Richard's care of them over the 3 day trip. So much stress went into researching how to get our dogs transported that we are really glad it went so well.

This was a joke. Gave over a month in advance for pick up. The night before texts me saying he could not pick up because he was makeing another run and told me his co worker was picking up the dog up for him. Pickup time was at 10am did not pick up the puppy till 8pm. So obviously the dog was late. After drop off the co worker said I snorted him money because the main guy gave him a higher price then he gave me the first time.(a screenshot of the agreement cleared my name). the puppy is safe and good. ___________________________________________________ DRIVER REBUTTAL: "Justin failed to disclose that I had to wait on someone else to make first pick of the litter before I could pickup. True he did book a month in advance, but never told me any timeframe for pickup. When I reached out to the breeder to arrange pickup, I was told that I had to wait til the first pick was made by another purchaser, then Justin could pick his. The breeder said that they could only give the puppy at 10am which was to late to pickup and deliver the same day. Justin had already said he wanted it delivered Sunday as in the screenshots provided. Pickup was done Saturday evening to allow the other purchaser to pick their puppy and Justin to select his. Delivery was Sunday afternoon made by a employee of mine. Justin had agreed to pay for the transport prior to delivery, and I had told him to wait til closer to the date to pay. Justin then reached out asking if they could pay cash on delivery instead, knowing it was quoted at a higher rate than paid in advance. I agreed to do COD as shown in the screenshots, which was $82 higher. Justin only paid for quote for paid in advance, not as cash on delivery, fully knowing the price difference. I found Justin to be deceitful and manipulative and the screenshots show this. I have no problem if someone does not like the way I operate, but to flat out lie is uncalled for and will not be ignored." ___________________________________________________

The only positive thing I can say about this experience is that my dog got safely transported from point A to point B. The person who booked the job was not the person who transported the dog and this was not made clear to me until 24 hours before departure. The person changed flights 3 times over the course of planning this transfer, two of those times happening in the last 6 hours. I didn’t receive confirmation that the dog had been picked up, or what flight they were coming on until 90 minutes before they arrived. The kid who brought him was sweet but inexperienced and said he had only done the job a couple times before. I’m relieved my dog is ok but actively happy that this is over.

I am relocating from Houston to TN and needed transport 5 cats. I was very nervous and did a lot of research. Stacie was very personal and let me know she also had cats, which for me was a big plus when compared with the other services. So, I hired them and on Stacie often followed up, and texted and talked several times before pick up day. On the day, her and Candice came home at the scheduled time, helped load the cats but you could them both love animals and I felt instant relief from any concerns. We talked quiet a bit about each cat personality, so they could understand the likes and dislikes the TN they went. They drove the 14 hrs drive safely and delivered my babies safe and sound the same day! This was something very important to me to reduce their stress for an overnight stay. I received several updates texts throughout the trip. These ladies were wonderful to my babies and I was very Blessed in having found them - you can be confident your babies will have the best of the treatments- they are in good, loving, caring and responsible hands! I needed my two Frenches transported last minute due to a change in work schedule. Benton responded quick, and made it happen he transported two of my babies from Miami to NY. He was very attentive, sent me pictures of my fur babies walking every couple hours. He kept a strict timed schedule and was surprisingly able to deliver my babies the next day! When there was traffic delays he kept me informed and stayed on the phone with me once he got on my parents street until my babies were safely in my mothers hand just to make sure that he was giving them to the right person. He took away all of my anxiety and was awesome. I didn’t have a good experience the first time transporting my babies a couple of years ago and have been sketchy since then, but he made it so much better.
