She brought my Sheltie pup Griffin from Michigan to me in North Carolina and he was so calm and happy when I finally got to 'meet' him! Be careful. This person won’t take good care of your dog. My dog spent a week with her and when I seen her. She was so skinny and her bottom was full of dog pop. They don’t clean up there cages and she can’t even keep up with your dogs paper. She’s not texting me back and without my dogs tags. I can’t take her anywhere. The worst dogs mover!!!!!!!!!!

I was very happy with the service I received using Pet Travel with Love! Loretta showed up at my house to pick up the puppy to be delivered. She was very sweet and you could tell she loves animals and cares for them. I felt like my puppy was going to be in great hands. On route she fed, watered and took the puppy for a walk. Tammy was wonderful . Our dog was lost and ended up in a shelter in Boise Oregon Tammy went to the shelter to pick up the dog and drove 11 hours to get him back to his family the same day. She called and sent pictures all the way. The dog was frightened at the shelter but Tammy had him sitting in the seat and looking out the window. She was great!

Thankful that Nicole transported our new fur-baby from Indiana to Michigan when I was unable too. That being said communication during the trip wasn’t the best. Sure the roads probably weren’t the best in spots but the ETA kept changing. For both pickup and delivery. First said she would be to pickup location between 11:30-12:30.. didn’t arrive until 2pm. Then told me she would be at drop of location by 9. No communication of delay, I had to message her to ask where she was. She then said 11 ETA.. 11 rolled around and still no arrival. I had to reach out again to see what was going on and she used the roads are slick and she was driving response. She didn’t arrive until after midnight and wasn’t even driving. My puppy also smelled of cigarette smoke on arrival. This was my first time using a ground transporter and not sure I will again in the future.

Driver was friendly, was great with keeping in contact. However, it appeared as though everything went wrong. A car accident, sickness, other pets to transport. We asked for our pet to come home Thursday and finally got him Sunday at 3 am. ______________________________________________________ DRIVER REBUTTAL: "Though we appreciate the three star review, I was kind of confused by it. Due to the customer’s implied urgency of getting his dog out of the home he was at, I gave him the option for pick up on my way in through his area versus on my way back out which would add an extra day onto the trip. This was explained and was agreed upon. We do quote a two day window for pick up and delivery for road/weather conditions. So instead of Thursday/Friday delivery it then became a Friday/Saturday delivery because of the earlier pick up day. The accident on the way was actually a semi tire blow out resulting in metal debri being thrown at my vehicle and being unable to avoid it I had to drive over it causing major undercarriage problems to my vehicle. Got it towed, went to pet friendly hotel, was up and running in a rental early next am. Yes, I did become very ill with a severe upper respiratory infection that did not hinder my progress on the road because we have two drivers and yes there were other pets being delivered because it was a shared transport which customer also knew. Through all this we were still able to make delivery within the timeframe given and offered due to the late hour to deliver early am for his convenience but he still wanted his dog at 3am which we obliged. As always our priority is to our passengers safety and comfort while our commitment is to providing excellent customer service." ___________________________________________________

Tammy is a very professional, reliable, caring, and awesome transporter. She is a very compassionate transporter and you will not regret hiring her. With her experience in transporting dogs all over the world you will not regret her services. She kept in touch from the time the bid fee was paid until my dogs departed the airport. I was so impressed how she dealt with transporting 2 of my dogs on a short notice from Oklahoma to Dallas fort worth Airport. This was my first time using a transport company to transport my dogs to the Airport to fly into Hawaii. Hawaii has really strict quarantine policies and she was aware of all of that, and she made the whole process so easy and worry free. Her expertise in dealing with the airports and what is required by the Airlines is amazing. She knew exactly what my dogs needed and even went to the airport early to make sure my dogs check in process would go smoothly. She gave me updates from the time she picked them up from Oklahoma until she reached Dallas airport. Not only did she call me but she also sent me pictures of them when she picked them up. She stopped to give them water and food and took them to potty. She took pictures of them while they were being checked in and called me when she was checking them in to inform me of the whole process. She stayed at the airport until they departed and also followed up with me until my dogs landed in Hawaii and passed through quarantine. Tammy is a very reliable and dependable transporter. You will not regret hiring her for all your pets needs. She will see through it that your dog is comfortable, has food, water and is being walked to stretch their legs and go to the potty. I highly recommend her services!!!!!

This was such a great experience! I was very nervous about any type of pet transport but our transporter Alan, did an amazing job! Alan provided the shortest timeframe, for our new 9 week old puppy, to be on the road. Alan was very accommodating with our tight schedule, working with the dates we needed and also the breeders schedule for pickup. I really appreciate the regular updates throughout the trip. Our puppy arrived calm, happy, and confident. Our puppy was clearly well taken care of.
