It was the first time I used a service like this and I was skeptical as any parent would be. Her references had great things to say! Kristal was very attentive and responded to all my messages immediately. She went above and beyond to keep me informed while making the long trip sending messages and pictures of the pets. The dogs loved her! She came to visit us a few weeks after she bought them and they were all over her asking for hugs and kisses. 100 % recommend.

ADL advertised that it is fast, door to door, and has a main priority to provide cordial and outstanding customer service proclaiming to believe that communication is key to good customer service. That was not my experience. We gave them a window to pick up a car in the Boston area no earlier than December 20, and stated that we would not be available to accept it in Palm Springs until January 3. They called to pick up the car December 20, and I asked for a one day delay, which the subcontractor was kindly willing to do. I had to drive the car to him, where he had a flat bed truck to load the car and take it away. There was no reason the flat bed would not have been able to come to my door. After handing over the car, I was told that if I had any concerns, I was to contact the subcontractor, and given its telephone number. While the subcontractor was very nice, they could not confirm the whereabouts of my car. I began having emails, phone calls and texts with them on December 30. While the subcontractor was very nice, are no point could it confirm the location of my car. On December 30, they told me the car was supposed to be on an earlier transport but that transport did not happen. They could not give me firm information about when it would be shipped. It was not until I complained to CitizenShipper by writing a bad review (I believe it was January 5) that I got a rude and threatening call from ADL demanding that I delete my review. It was at that time that I finally learned that the car was enroute, and would be delivered January 7. The car was indeed delivered January 7 to our door. It was undamaged. However, I would never use ADL again because it was not fast, it was not door to door service, and there was no cordial or useful communication. __________________________________________________ DRIVER REBUTTAL: Dear Donna, we are truly sorry to hear we did not meet all your expectations. As per your review, our transporter and team were cordial, flexible with your schedule and the vehicle was picked up and delivered on time without any damages. Unfortunately it seems this negative review comes as a result of our team providing you with factual pictures and GPS location your vehicle was headed across New Mexico towards destination and not sitting at the pickup location in Massachusetts as you kept insisting it was due to a faulty GPS on your car which was giving you a bad reading. We truly recommend fixing your car’s GPS so you don’t have to put any transporter through this uncomfortable accusations again in the future. Unfortunately even though we try extremely hard.. it is not possible to please everyone :) __________________________________________________

A 15 hour straight trip normally but the service neglects to give you the details of drop off n pick ups. With all the scams, pet abuse, dog fights, puppy mills, a lack of knowledge causes anxiety for the expecting fur parents. But, our driver was knowledgeable and caring. She had 3 dogs going out to TX and 4 dogs coming back. She had to take her time feeding, walking, and rest for herself.

John transported our rescue dog from a shelter in Daytona Beach all the way to Massachusetts and the experience was great. We had to leave Florida on a flight before she was ready for pickup, and John made arrangements with the shelter staff to pick her up. He was in constant contact with us the whole trip, sending updates and photos along the way. She was delivered to us next day. I would definitely recommend using him for any animal transport and would use him again if I ever needed his services. Highly satisfied customer.

Our first driver never showed up and we were grateful to get Fetching Fido on short notice. She couldn't come until the day after we left, but I was able to get a family member to introduce her to our dog. Unfortunately, our dog refused to let her put a leash on him and it was decided to cancel the shipment. Communication was excellent with Fetching Fido and I know if the shipment had taken place that our dog would have been well cared for. He is in the kennel now, where we probably should have left him in the first place. I regret having put the shipper through this unpleasant experience.

Claude was an absolute champ when it came to helping me get my dogs to Chicago from Long Island for the holidays. He was able to make a round trip safely both ways and picked up/dropped off on the days we agreed upon. He was even able to make the trip from New York to Chicago in one day which was ideal for our holiday plans (such a hectic time of year on the roads too). Can’t thank him enough as he sent us updates along the way and I knew he was always putting our dogs needs first (making stops, breaks and feeding them along the way). Each time I was reunited with my pups they were both in great spirits, they even hit it off with Claude’s precious pup, Cherokee, and gained a new friend along the way. We will definitely consider re using Claudes services in the future since we had such a wonderful experience. Thank you Claude and Cherokee! Safe travels and looking forward to seeing you both soon.

Richard's wife is dealing with text messages ( always respond really fast in 10 minutes) and sending the pictures during the trip. Richard is the driver and who takes care of the puppy. He took all my stuff with dog even though they were a lot. This is my first time to move my pet with Richard, and of course it won't be the last time. Yes. Mr. Kenny p is a scam artist. Do not use his service. I booked him through citizenshipper. He asked me to pay his through cashapp 1/2 of the payment before his arrival to pick up my dog. When I told him I did not want to do that - he was upset but I said I would send $50 of the payment for gas. He never never showed up- and did not refund my $50. Complete fraud. No shipments. No reviews. There should be a better vetting process on citizenshipper.
