I am blown away by how attentive and efficient Hunter was. He immediately responded to my questions. Also, a huge relief, was that he offered to drive my dog on his own, no other dogs came on the trip. He offered an extremely affordable rate, and he sent pictures and kept in contact the entire trip. I was completely at ease knowing my dog was in good hands! He also had our dog in the front seat, which was amazing seeing that our dog was a new puppy and needed that extra care.. 100% trustworthy!! I purchased an 8 week old Great Dane and David delivered her on schedule from San Antonio,TX to Amarillo, TX at a VERY reasonable fee. He made it a point not to let her potty at rest stops to prevent germs or disease since she has not had all of her shots. Her crate was spotless. He stayed in communication with me along the way. He even texted the following day just to see how she’s doing. I would HIGHLY recommend David!! 10 stars!! We had a dog sent from Detroit to Charleston South Carolina, unfortunately there were some issues. Lou was picked up Monday morning with plans to have him dropped off Tuesday evening or early Wednesday. The transport team had a death in the family and wasn’t able to deliver til late Friday and they asked to have the pick up location changed to Georgia, which after 5 days we agreed to but it was very inconvenient. We understand things so wrong and unexpected things happen but we were told they were half why to SC and turned around when they got the news about the family member. Which to us didn’t make much sense. The big problem we had was having to drive 5 hours to pick him up. All in all we got Lou and he was fine which is what is most important. I can’t say they did a terrible job but I wished it didn’t take 5 days.

We were scared about using a transporter to help us bring our old dog back home. We did not know if we could trust such a service or how our dog would react, etc. We started communicating with Rick from Matta Pet Transport, and no matter how untrusting we were, or how absurd our questions might have been, Rick was patient and understanding with us and our concerns. We hired Matta Pet Transport and hoped for the best. Rick stayed in contact with us and when we met him in person, we felt silly for even giving him a hard time in the first place. He was professional and kind, and the way he greeted our dog was phenomenal. Our dog trusted him right away. Rick really took the time to make sure we were comfortable with him and that our dog was comfortable with him as well. Rick gave us continual updates, texted us pictures, and followed our instructions for our dog’s care. I was very suspicious and uncomfortable with sending our pet halfway across the country with people I didn't know from a website. I was VERY WRONG. They were TERRIFIC! I am so pleased I chose to use them. Chloe was so well taken care of. I highly recommend their service. When they arrived, they took time to get to know her and she was not anxious at all getting in the car with them. During the trip they sent updates and videos of Chloe and they were so good with her; they clearly love animals. I can't state enough how well they did and how confident in recommending them. One of the worst experiences I have ever had!! I was in contact with jas transport and my German shepherd baby was picked up in Watertown ny going to my sister in law in Atlanta. They told me 48 house for delivery. That was fine. He was picked up in ny at 7pm on Tuesday and the following morning they texted my sister in law that they would have baby there by 130. Fine. At 1130 am she received a call that they had a death in the family and were going back to Ohio with the dog. Their time line didn’t add up at all because they told here they were goi g to have him there at 130 so they were almost there when they changed plans. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do to get my dog back. The dog went back to Ohio with them and was there until Friday when he was delivered to Atlanta on Friday. I contacted CitizenShipper who locked them out. I kept asking for pictures and didn’t receive any until they were back in Ohio. It’s not that difficult to snap a picture as there were two adults in the car. These people were not accommodating at all with us and we were fearful for our dogs safety. I paid 500. To be soo upset and worried for 3 days. The woman even call me 20 minutes before the dog was delivered to demand that she get paid stating she had legal rights to keep my dog if she wasn’t paid. Horrible experience and these people should not be transporting animals. My sister in law told me they had 3 dogs so I believe they had my dog and waited to pick up another dog going that way which would have been fine if they only would have told the truth. Do not use them and I hope that CitizenShipper cancels their contract with these people DO NOT USE THEM

The van was air conditioned, he gave her the antibiotics she had to finish and sent videos. A+.

Jackson did AMAZING with our dog Lexi! He went up and beyond of what he had to do with her. We had to stay in a hotel so Jackson with NO problem kept Lexi for a extra night. We recently found two puppies abandoned in Texas. Since we already have 5 dogs and all shelters were full, our best option to finding them homes was to send them north to an accepting rescue. But we had misgivings about sending them up in a large van with numerous other dogs, worrying how they would handle the trip. Then Helene contacted us. We immediately knew she was the person to transport the puppies. She drives her own vehicle, takes one to three dogs at one time, and gives them all special attention. When we met her, she had toys for each of them. The puppies immediately took to her, and she is someone who loves dogs. During the drive north, they made several bathroom stops, even went to some dog parks, and at night slept in the motel with her. They arrived safely to their destination in great shape. For future transporting needs, there is no one else that I would consider using.

Todd was incredible! He drove my 12 week old Aussiedoodle puppy from Ohio to Massachusetts which is about a 12 hour journey. Todd kept in constant communication, sent me pictures along the way, and texted me updates! Todd would stop to feed and let my puppy out to potty - which I simply adored. When traffic got heavy, Todd would send me screenshots of the updated GPS arrival times. When he arrived, my pup was so calm and relaxed! Todd was super accommodating and even worked with me on some last minute adjustments I made. I would highly recommend Todd. He was such a nice guy, I’m sad he was only my shipper! Thank you Todd!!

Ginger drove my dachshund from Oklahoma to Washington and I couldn’t be more impressed. She frequently gave location updates as well as photos of Marley. When Ginger stopped for the night in the hotel, Marley slept in the bed. She got here quickly and was very friendly. The price for such a long drive was unmatched.

Crystal was compassionate, caring, and responsive. She worked with me and my schedule to adjust our shipping location, day, and time. She went above and beyond to make this move stress-free, because, lets face it, shipping a beloved pet is not stress free! Crystal sent me lots of pictures and videos and this was awesome. I did read the 2 negative reviews she has and felt they are unfounded. She texted me when there were delays (there's a human factor here, and I'd rather have my pets exercised appropriately than rushed to the destination). She takes into consideration the family needs, and lets me know in advance when there'd be a delay (i.e.: traffic). I don't feel there's enough room to write an adequate review for this person. She truly cares about every animal she transports, and puts their interests first. GPS for other shippers is an extra charge, so are pictures. Crystal includes this. She was amazing and I will definitely use her again. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby!

Chris and his wife Leticia were great. Our dog arrived here when they said and communication was excellent after we worked out a minor bug or 2. We would absolutely use them again. Their vehicle is tailor made for the job and Chris is a tech nerd, so, we had photos and live streaming of the journey and location the entire way. Don't hesitate to use them.
