Did not fullfill the agreement to delivery my dogs to me. Had to go get them at 1am. Refused to take food for my dogs on the trip. Had access to harness, leash, and collars , but choose not to use them. Overall it was extremely stressful and I would not recommend it to anyone. I was told she had a SUV , but she delievered them in a car. Large dogs in that small car was not communicated to me. I paid a lot of money for my dogs to be safe and comfortable on that long trip and I dont feel like that was accomplished. Never again.

He was too big to fly in the cabin and a breed that is not allowed with the luggage. Shawn instantly responded to my message and timed our dog's arrival to our new house perfectly. Justin, who works for Shawn, picked up our dog and got him to Ca. and then Shawn brought him the rest of the way. Justin kept us abreast of their progress each step of the way. She even kept me posted on how he was doing along the way. We have an Australian Cattle Dog who has not traveled much and so I was so worried about how he would behave. She was so sweet and showed so much patience with him. If you want your sweet doggie to be in the best hands, then you should choose Kandice to take him. Our puppy experienced some health issues en route and Craig brought it to our attention right away. I booked a 4 cat transport from Rancho Cucamonga, CA to Cedar Park Texas to be picked up on July 22nd. Sean was real nice and friendly and answered all my questions, since this was the first time I have ever booked a transport. I think Sean just overbooked. He showed up early, which was a plus, but I was expecting plenty of room in the back of an SUV for a large crate for my cats. He came in a mini van full from top to bottom. He had four small crates for my 3 medium and one fat cat. Sean mentioned his earlier delivery to San Diego was delayed by customer and my cats had to ride in the small crates for about two hours until he could get all the items out to make room for the large crate.We had sold our house and needed to be out by 10 am and it was 8:30am and we did not have a choice but let them go with Sean. The cats were delivered to a pet resort because we would not have the keys to our new home until the 26th. Shortly after the cats were delivered, we received a call and email from the resort. They were not Happy with the small crates the cats were delivered in and two of the cats were soaked in their own urine. I had to pay and extra $30 for the cats to be bathed. I was really impressed with Sean’s 5 star rating and I really hate giving this review.

The communication prior to the pick up was great, but once the pick up happened it was another story. When my dog was picked up, the transport van broke down. It took approximately 10 minutes for them to get it to start. The transporter sent someone else to pick him up which was fine but was to notify me once he arrived. I never received notice. I received no pictures nor updates which I was told I would during the trip. If I requested an update he eventually got back to me. I was told they had to rent something last minute to do the transport, so I understood the first day but not the others. I also shipped my dog with a box full of his things, raised feeder, and a vacuum cleaner. Upon his arrival, we were told that when he dropped another dog off the owner took my dogs feeder. Which was a $35 feeder but he gave us a $20 discount for this. The biggest issue was that my dogs tail had been damaged. Which we were never notified of. It appeared he could have been bitten on the tail but the transporter said has been nibbling at his tail. Thought that was weird as he never nibs on himself accept for the occasional itch. Took him to the vet they had to shave his tail and put him on an antibiotic due infection. Overall, I didn’t get what we discussed and I was really disappointed in my service. There were a number of things which could have been handled better during the transport. But he did make it there with most of his things and some tail damage.

Brandon made sure to take time to meet him and reassure us that he will be taken care of greatly! He made sure to give him all of his attention and made sure he had everything he needed! I knew he would be extremely careful and sweet with our new 8 week old toy bay Aussie. After booking with Michael he was in touch with me the whole trip every couple hours with update texts and pics. He brought her to us all the way from Illinois to Maryland about an 18 hour trip. He was right on time with his timeline and did not disappoint when je pulled up and we seem our new baby!!
