Daniel was absolutely wonderful with my husky Sadie! And such a very warm, kind person. This was his first time transporting a husky and I was a little worried due to Sadie being very active and hyper. However, Daniel had no issues with getting her to me on time and Sadie was a happy pup! You can definitely tell Daniel did a great job handling her. I love that he kept me updated everytime he stopped to let her eat and use the bathroom or when they stopped at a hotel for the evening. Crystal was amazing. She gave me immediate comfort that my daughter cats was in safe hands. Upon arrival the cats was adamant about not going into the carriage, she sat down on the floor , rubbed his head and gently put him in his carrier. Shawn was very very quick and thorough to respond to my transportation request. While there were many others to reply there's something about Shawn that stood out, a mix of conversation and reviews, I believe. He was able to pick up the dog even earlier than promised, he has sent me pictures and txt messages throughout their journey. Was responsive and overall made me feel at ease knowing my new dog was in good hands. He notified me with an ETA and he arrived on time, I guess that's in the DNA of a military veteran to be punctual. The driver was not responsive, took twice as long as was expected, and brought my puppy to me in terrible shape. She had rashes underneath her armpits from bad leash walking, smelled bad, had poop/vomit in her crate. He promised constant pictures and gave me two of her peeing, during a 48 hour period that should had have been less than a 24 hour drive. Overall a terrible experience.

Stop looking for your trusted provider. I am going to tell you with absolute certainty that Hunter is an incredible provider for your pet babies. Responsive, service-minded, loving, friendly and PROTECTIVE... from the minute we met Hunter on the phone, at our door and during regular check-ins enroute, we knew we made the right choice. From Seattle to New York in 3 days (!!!), Hunter provided our 100lb Labrodoodles with first class service and a comfortable ride. We knew where Hunter and the dogs were the entire route, got pictures, text updates and could track the ride. As scary as it is to entrust your babies to another person, when Hunter arrived last night (right on time), we could immediately tell the dogs were super happy and at ease with their new friend. With a custom-outfitted ride with “built-in” dog bed space, we never had to worry that the dogs would be too uncomfortable to be calm. As Hunter left, the dogs were wagging their tails and seeing Hunter off to his next delivery. I would go out of my way to personally recommend to anyone who needs his help, Hunter is THE BEST, THE MOST RELIABLE, INCREDIBLY TRUSTWORTHY, FAMILIAR AND FRIENDLY driver you could ever want to know. Worst experience: Messages me early to tell me she misread the dates and asked if she could pick my dog up 8 days early. Had to turn around because she lost someone else's pet. Told me originally my pup would arrive Friday, then it changed to Saturday, then it changed again to Sunday, finally it was today Monday my pup finally arrived at her destination. We told the lady multiple times that the harness was on upside down and needed to be corrected, yet we kept receiving photos and videos of our dog with the harness on upside down. She never asked if our dog could be without a leash but allowed our dog to roam freely at a dog park repeatedly. Also she didn't ask if she could throw away our dogs toy but did so anyways, didn't send us a picture of the supposedly ruined toy or ask us if we would want it to try and salvage said ruined toy. She also couldn't find the leash, that was supposed to be with our dogs stuff. Definitely not impressed with this lady and will never be using her services again. Refusal to follow basic instructions and general carelesness over the safety and well being of not just my animal but apparently all of the animals she was charged with transporting not only reflects poorly on your service its inexcusable and needs to be addressed. -----------------------------------------------Driver's Rebuttal: I pride myself on providing quality care and would never do something contrary to a stated expectation. One need only to look at their original trip post to see that: 1. The dog was represented as being socialized with other dogs and on leash / off leash trained and 2. Delivery was still made within stated delivery range. Customer never communicated that she was dissatisfied during transport, which is why this review is such a surprise. The dog was sweet and well provided for while I transported her across country in temperatures that often exceeded over 100°. Since price was a main motivator for client, she was agreeable to the timeline and was compensated with an additional 10% off discount for the inconvenience. Her fiancée, who identified himself as a former dog trainer, and I discussed preferences during pickup and there was no objection with her interacting with other dogs, or going to the dog park. Customer was given daily updates and sent no less than five photos or videos of her dog playing in enclosed areas and there was NEVER a comment that this was not acceptable. (Dogs under my care are only allowed to free play once the ok is given by their owners and their temperaments are tested by me. Puppies and the vast majority of other pets are handled one-on-one and kept separate.) Early on, their dog was not eating during scheduled mealtime, so I was instructed to let her free eat with kibble in her bowl at all time. Because they choose to feed their dog Pedigree food, the artificial color dyes rubbed off on everything in the kennel when wet and required ongoing cleaning. The stuffed toy was beyond a simple wiping off and smelled rancid. Customers are advised that “soft goods” like towels, blankets and toys may become soiled or lost and may not make it through the trip. (Running water is often a commodity, and access to a washer is rare.) There was also only ONE instance of the dog’s harness being upside down, after she had spent an hour playing, and It was corrected immediately. On the day of delivery, I simply asked for clarification on which of the four nearly identical black leashes I had belonged to her. My policy for scheduling delivery is described in my profiles. I can’t guarantee delivery time until about 400 miles out- there are simply too many variables. Unforeseen delays may arise, and they are addressed and communicated. I will be clarifying my protocol for future trips, but safety is always my primary concern. Screenshots of all communication between myself and the customer have been provided to website admin to show the client was fully informed and agreeable during transit.

I'll admit, never having shipped my cat when Higgins anywhere before, I was pretty nervous JetPetz contacted me. I had no idea how he would react or behalf traveling with a stranger. Jude was absolutely amazing. He was calm, reassuring and professional. He kept in touch with me, sent pictures and made sure my cat made it from Columbus, Ohio to Seattle Washington. When I landed in Seattle, he was there waiting for me, and even offered to come with me to the rental car facility to help me load the cat into my vehicle, as I had quite a lot of baggage. I’ve booked with Citizen Shipper several times now (as I am a TICA Giant European Maine Coon Breeder), and I have never been happier with a shipper than in my experience with this transporter. We were really nervous about daisy getting from Wisconsin to CA but we were in a pinch and needed some help getting her there. Fredo responded quickly to our post and picked her up the next day. Fredo kept us updated everyday and brought daisy with him everywhere and even bought her bones selling the way. She scheduled pickup of my dog and once I paid my Citizens shipper fee to connect with her. Things went south. She would text reply with irrelevant replies about how hard it is to drive across country and when I would ask if we were on schedule she would tell me I would just have to be patient. I had a breeder preparing to have a dog pickup up and no way to let them know if we were still on schedule. She flat out did not plan accordingly and was 2 days behind. Then instead of just being honest and saying I need to push it back 2 days (which would have been just fine) she just kept saying irrelevant things about her failure to plan. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t trust with my animal. Cancelled and looking for refund of my $65 fee. Deb did an excellent job. She arrived for pick up right on time and dropped him off at my sister's house the day and time she promised. She sent pictures and text updates along the way. She picked up our 100lb dog in a van that she had reconstructed specifically for pet travel. Our pup had a great experience! We will definitely book her again if we need travel in the future and would recommend her to friends if they have a need for pet transport. NO REGRETS!!

David was responsive, on time, friendly and did an awesome job bringing our cat all the way from Illinois to Massachusetts. He knows how to treat animals well. Wow! Jen and her husband are the greatest! Like alot of other people on here this was the first time i've ever even heard of pet transport and was really weary going into this. But then Jen appeared all my worries and crazy irrational thoughts vanished. I was also her first long trip, from Lafayette, Indiana to Ashland Oregon. She keeped us updated with pictures and videos and she has this GPS link on google maps and your automatically linked to her phone so you can see exactly where she is. It really is almost like being in the car with your pets. She has a brand new SUV that is spacious and comfy, I hated the idea of our dog being stuffed into a tiny kennel in a huge van with a bunch of other animals. Jen is the exact opposite experience, she treats your pets like her own, free in the backseat (only if you want that of course) and my cat was happy and content in a nice big and spacious carrier with food. Jen is the best hands down, I will recommend her to everyone I know that needs a service like this. We are forever grateful to Jen for bringing our babies home!

I would not recommend this driver. I had Zack cerulean pear pet transport to deliver two puppies for me. One to California the other to Washington . He pulled up on time presented well. He drove a hatch back car which had one large dog crate in it just enough room for my two puppies. He told me he was only transporting one other dog this trip and it would go in a different kennel which I did not see in the car. Few days Prior to this trip I had taken my puppies to the vet for full health check fecal vaccinations bordettella vaccine as well as 2nd puppy shots so they had 2 sets of vaccinations on board prior to shipping. I supplied Zack who did not ask with copies of all my vet paperwork same as if my puppies were taking a flight. I also supplied Zack with food , collars and leashes for the puppies. The first puppy arrived to their forever home 3 days after leaving. The puppy was totally healthy the family informed it did smell like dog feces and was extremely thirsty but was totally healthy at its vet health check upon arrival. My second puppy that went to Washington was not so fortunate. I received a very disturbing phone call that the puppy was vomiting and lethargic from the receiving family . This family rushed the puppy to the vet . I called Zack in the mean time who told me the puppy became sick day 5 the morning of arrival. He gave it a bath and delivered it. The family informed it to smelled of feces. I was never called by Zack and told my puppy had become ill on day 5 when per Zack it first showed signs of illness. The puppy was admitted into the vet hospital by new family and diagnosed with coccidiosis in Washington and required IV’s and week stay in vet hospital . Zack would not answer the phone . In text he told me he transported 6 dogs on this trip and none of them had seemed sick and he is not insured or bonded to assist in Covering vet cost. I was so angry and felt lied to as in begging he said one other puppy would go on the trip. He Has not answered the phone or returned calls since to me or the family who received the puppy. The puppy thankfully has fully recovered. But Zack practices of pet transport are obliviously not clean as my puppies smelled of feces on arrival , very thirsty and one puppy became very ill. Requiring a very large vet bill for healing. I have dealt with messages from the family daily wanting justice for this puppy . Zack has not offered to even do so much as refund the shipping cost to assist toward the vet expense .
