Ginger transported a rescue dog that I adopted from Florida to Texas. When we first began corresponding, she promptly answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. She was fair and honest when quoting a price for this transportation. Ginger was dependable. When she said she was going to be somewhere or do something, she did it! Also, she kept in contact with the rescue organization to let them know her schedule. If Ginger needed to call someone, she was prompt in making the call. During the transportation, she kept in close contact with me by texting me with updates and letting me know how my rescue dog was doing. She was a day ahead of schedule and transported our dog in the exact time frame that she stated. Ginger was compassionate and caring when dealing with our rescue dog. He received frequent restroom breaks, walks, and he slept in Ginger's hotel room (on her bed)! Ginger would always text me, when they took a break while on the road. She sent frequent pictures of my dog, as well. Ginger even drove safely through the storms in Louisiana which were the result of Hurricane Barry! When Ginger arrived at our house, our rescue dog was definitely happy. It was evident that he had been treated in a kind, loving manner. She gave me updates concerning our rescue dog and graciously took the time to answer my questions! Ginger treats the dogs that she transports like her own! Ginger was honest, polite, kind, loving, conscientious, and respectful. I would definitely use Ginger again to transport any of my dogs or all 3 of my dogs!

These ladies are amazing. Drove my two dogs from east coast to west coast and even arrived a day early to the final destination! They kept me updated and even took my pups for a run. One of the best things is the dogs weren’t kenneled and were able to stretch out and get comfy in the back of the car. Not only was Hank delivered early, he was well fed and loved the entire trip!! Hank was picked up from a less than ideal place, and the driver was concerned for the other dog that is there, and put a safety plan in to action for her. When he arrived with Hank he spent an hour talking with me and showing me the commands he had already taught Hank in the 2 days it took to bring him to his new home. He had also bought Hank some toys and left those with him as well. I can’t say enough positive things about this experience or these drivers. Thank you from Hank and his new momma. When it came down to the day for them to pick up my dog, my phone number was blocked from her phone when I tried calling, and I had already paid her half of what the payment was. I messaged her through here and her cell phone and no response, checked her profile on here to see if there was another way to contact her and saw her account was suspended. So now she has $250 from me and won’t return it (I requested the money back from her on the app I paid her from, and of course she’s not paying it back), so now I have to report her as fraud from my bank, and from the app which I sent her the money from. Terrible experience for my first time using this.. but the customer support members were more than apologetic and willing to help me which was nice! Other than that, don’t book this lady, she’ll just take your money and disappear.

Rick was amazing with transporting our new puppy from Tennessee to Connecticut! He was able to pick her up a day early and and he got her to us in about 36 hours. We got to follow his updates the whole way which was really fun. He took a picture of her as soon as he got her and he also called me to update me. He stayed in contact the whole time and He gave me plenty of info so I knew my baby girl was safe and in good hands. He was so incredibly kind when he dropped her off with us (much kinder than I would be if I had been doing so much driving) and our puppy was healthy,happy,and appeared well taken care of! The driver required a deposit which I paid. Then he fell out of sight for half a day. My handler in Colorado was freaked out when he called her. She felt he was entirely unqualified to transport my dog. I finally got him on the phone and was not impressed either. He did not even have a leash. He told me he was very fast so if my dog got away he would be able to catch it. I ended up canceling, and he told me on July 2nd he would refund the $75, but he did not. Initially he ignored my follow up requests, and when I finally mentioned I would take further measures he responded to a text. However, he was no longer open.to refunding the money. I believe he is dishonest and inexperienced.

Nothing but 5 stars for Larry!! He was kind, communicative, and cared for our puppy from the moment he picked him up from our breeder in Washington to be delivered to our family in Oregon. During his epic journey, we received several photos and even a video of him taking our pup on one of their pit stops to stretch his legs. Our pickup location was a whopping 6 hours from Larry to begin with, meaning he must have left about four a.m to get to our breeder the time he did. Larry followed all the instructions given to him from the breeder to transport this tiny, young breed. He spent all day being an excellent host to our pup who unfortunately vomited on three separate occasions as this was his first car trip (and quite a long one.) Larry was honest and up front with us the entire time, regarding the unfortunate situation. He made sure to do everything in his power to make our little guy as comfortable as possible. Following the stress of playing doctor and driver..Larry sat through the rainy Portland rush hour traffic and still managed to arrive in good spirits with our Lil Sebastian nestled sweetly in tow. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Demanded a deposit and then the day at the time he’s supposed to pick up I call to see how far out he is and he says he is on the other side of the country. Also says the dog he had at the moment was so bad and I am going to get “rid” of her. I told him to refund my deposit and I would do the trip myself because at that point who would trust him and haven’t heard from him since. Won’t answer texts, calls, messages on the website. NOTHING! Beware Mauricio Mendez is a HUGE SCAM!!! Takes your money and makes excuses. Stay far away!!!

The driver contacted me upon arrival to pick my puppies up. She let me know daily how they were doing and was always very polite. She answered all of my messages, not immediately, which I found comforting since she is driving my puppies, but she always answered me. I do not want her texting and driving, I would rather wait a few hours to hear back then have a fast response and risk an accident. When she dropped the puppies off here I got to see her interacting with the other puppies she was driving to new homes. She was loving and kind and all of the puppies reacted very well to her. Which is important, because it speaks for how she treats them when no one is looking. I highly recommend using NextLevel to bring your babies to you!!
