Out of the multiple driver listings to search through, I picked Gina Miller out right away! After reading her raving reviews, viewing her photos, and our back and forth texts & responses, I knew Gina was the perfect driver for my little rescue dog, “Blue.” Gina was prompt to pick “Blue” up and spent at least 15 minutes with us before their 15 plus hour drive from Kentucky to Florida! Gina and “Blue” played ball and were such fast friends that instead of kissing me goodbye he was still too busy kissing Gina, “Hello!!” Gina text updates and sent me pics along her road trip. I put all my trust with a stranger and by the end of “Blue’s” trip, I felt I put all my trust with a true friend! -Thanks, Gina!!!

My sister and I posted the transport request for Lola, and within minutes received responses from four folks. We chose Shawn because he had awesome reviews (high customer satisfaction), had a high number of transports completed (experience), was a veteran (service to our country means a lot to me), and offered a competitive rate (fair & reasonable). Let me just say that I would echo every single one of the awesome reviews. Shawn was prompt, professional, friendly & communicated with us the entire time he & Lola were en route. We knew how she was doing every step of the way. Additionally, it was clear from the way Lola had bonded with him & missed him when he left, that Shawn had taken good care of her during the two-and-a-half day trip. Shawn was a key member of Team Lola & if ever we have another opportunity to transport a furry baby, Shawn’s our guy. I would highly recommend him. Thanks for everything, Shawn!

Absolute don’t worst experience! Highly recommend to NOT go with this service. You’ll waste your time! And likely be scrambling last minute like me. I booked this service a week ago with an original request of 7/1 - 7/4. The person was messaging with said they could do 6/27-6/30 several times. Finally I was able to make arrangements for this to work and I booked. He thanked me for booking and paying immediately. I heard nothing else from him over the next week. Then 2 days before he was supposed to pick up my pets I messaged him asking what time he was going to be at my house. His response was I can come tomorrow. I made special arrangements to accommodate the 6/27-6/30 date. I am unavailable to receive my pets before 6/30. He said numerous times it was his error but to fix he said to cancel or have them shipped 6/26. Also on their Facebook page it says they are delivering from Florida 6/27 - 6/30 AND another post saying 6/31 in Miami. June has 30 days so that’s probably 7/1 but for some reason that now won’t work for them.. to say that this has been a huge inconvenience is an understatement.
