After reading her raving reviews, viewing her photos, and our back and forth texts & responses, I knew Gina was the perfect driver for my little rescue dog, “Blue.” Gina was prompt to pick “Blue” up and spent at least 15 minutes with us before their 15 plus hour drive from Kentucky to Florida! Gina and “Blue” played ball and were such fast friends that instead of kissing me goodbye he was still too busy kissing Gina, “Hello!!” Gina text updates and sent me pics along her road trip. She’s a scam!!!! Never got my dog because she lied during the whole thing!!!! I paid what I owed her then she started demanding even more money???? Now she’s driving around the country with my poor 9 week old puppy!!! Won’t amswer any of us and tries to lie about the whole thing even though we have proof. She won’t evem give me my money back!!! Her reviews are most likely fake on here too!!! Don’t trust her unless you want to lose money and not get your pet!!!

I booked based on a specific date that they led me to believe would work and made it clear I was going to book because of the availability of my date, they said it was doable, then after I payed to reserve transport they said it wasn’t. We worked out another day but communication was still unclear, vague and ineffective. When I expressed my concerns I was told “Relax” and “lol the driver owns 13 dogs I think he knows what he is doing.” Being spoken to in that manner in conjunction with the unlear communication style made me feel very uncomfortable and I ended up contacting Citezen Shipper to have my fee transferred to another driver who was polite, prompt and friendly.

I had major anxiety and didnt even know this was an option to transport my pup. With one days notice I had an opportunity to get my son his dream dog as his service dog ...... no time to provide a kennel or leash they picked up our bulldog, sent multiple pics and stayed in touch the entire time! Noel and Matt were great and very caring. They did encounter quite a bit of traffic in LA which put them several hours behind schedule and offered to pick up the pup the next morning rather than after midnight, but we said it would be fine for the late pickup. We were in constant communication the whole time. They arrived around 1:15 AM, came in to introduce themselves and got the pup and instructions. The pup was delivered around midnight that night. The receiver wanted the pup that day rather than the next morning. The pup was happy and well cared for. I would definitely recommend Noel.

I had a difficult time communicating with this driver. It wasn’t until I emailed the organization did she respond back to me. The route was planned differently than what was told which resulted in a big delay in me getting my dog. She said she had a break down and maybe that was the case but it resulted in another delay. I missed a trial because of it. The dog was taken good care of, that’s the only silver lining in my experience. Maybe a good person but my experience just wasn’t the best. Maybe someone else has a different review. So read all hers, not just mine

If you need a transporter I would definitely choose Liberty Transport. They arrived exactly on time for both pick up and delivery. Absolute don’t worst experience! Highly recommend to NOT go with this service. You’ll waste your time! And likely be scrambling last minute like me. I booked this service a week ago with an original request of 7/1 - 7/4. The person was messaging with said they could do 6/27-6/30 several times. Finally I was able to make arrangements for this to work and I booked. He thanked me for booking and paying immediately. I heard nothing else from him over the next week. Then 2 days before he was supposed to pick up my pets I messaged him asking what time he was going to be at my house. His response was I can come tomorrow. I made special arrangements to accommodate the 6/27-6/30 date. I am unavailable to receive my pets before 6/30. He said numerous times it was his error but to fix he said to cancel or have them shipped 6/26. Also on their Facebook page it says they are delivering from Florida 6/27 - 6/30 AND another post saying 6/31 in Miami. June has 30 days so that’s probably 7/1 but for some reason that now won’t work for them.. to say that this has been a huge inconvenience is an understatement.

Craig helped me ship our dog Brady from FL to OR when we were in a real bind! Brady loved him, he took great care of him, allowed us to track his car via gps and had a live feed camera in the car so I could peak at Brady when I wanted to. My favorite thing about Craig was he sent me several texts a day along with photos. I rarely had to check in on Brady as Craig had already given me updates. 5 stars for sure!
