Michelle was so awesome!!! She kept in touch with me and let me know where she was, what my pup was doing, and how my pup was holding up during her journey. She was on time bringing her to me the Saturday of Fourth of July weekend, which is not an easy feat. It was obvious my dog had a great time with her, and I was happy that she was able to be in a car interacting with someone instead of a crate in the back of a van. Dennis is a very nice guy and takes great care of the animals he transports. If your dogs are traveling in the RV, they will travel in style and be free to roam instead of cramped into a crate stacked on top of other animals like some other transport services (unless they prefer that). He takes his time and won't guarantee pick up or drop off times because he wants to ensure he drives safely from place to place. Expect a few hours delay with pick up and drop off times depending on location (cities or traffic prone areas, bad weather, etc.), he is responsive to texts/calls for updates on arrival times--if you prompt them. My dog arrived safely with all the things she left with and did not seem overly stressed from the travel which I believe is due to how she was able to travel more freely. The only other option I would consider would be private travel to make it quicker.

Can not thank Clint & Marika enough. Transporting my sons English Bulldog while he is in military training and I had a driver cancel on 4th of July for a pick up on the 5th. I reached out to Marika and they were able to get her on the 6th and had her from Colorado to California the next day! here Even earlier than the other driver was going too! They sent pictures throughout the day, let me know when they had stopped and when she was tucked in for the night, made sure she was comfortable and had her toy puppy! Scott and Della were a huge lifesaver for me in getting my cat from Portland to Kansas City. They had a nice big crate for her so she didn't have to be in her carrier. The job was completed, I did get my fur baby home with me but it was a very stressful situation. When we first started talking to see if she was the right fit, she said she always travels with someone to help her with her trips, that was a lie, she was alone. I lost contact with her for about 12 hours because she pulled over and fell asleep, last text I had received before not hearing from her was that she didnt know if she would have enough gas to make it. She just doesn't seem well put together, seems like she has a lot of personal things going on that interfere with this type of work. When her car got repossessed, it unfortunately had my dogs blanket that she never left with him:(

I contracted this company to go to Massachusetts for furniture and deliver it to El Paso, TX. I was happy when Jaime offered to accept my quote since I didnt receive any prior sure commitment and was almost going to give up. There was some delay in the pickup and delivery but I was told that could happen and given the format of the business it's to be expected. The furniture was delivered without any damages and the driver was helpful in unloading all seven pieces.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY, DESPITE HIS GLOWING REVIEWS!!!!! One star is too many for this "man". We hired him through CitizenShipper to transport 3 of our 4 dogs from Bossier City, Louisiana to Ames, Iowa. From the start we received a strange text from him about some issue he had in Colorado. He was late picking up our dogs from the kennel but he did finally pick them up. The girl at the kennel would later tell us that she got a weird vibe from him. He was supposed to have our dogs to us on Tuesday, July 2. He then said he was going to pick up a friend in Oklahoma, which isn't even on the way. Then he said he was going to be a day late because he was staying at his friend's house for the night. During this ordeal, he said his a.c in his truck went out on him and he was going to have it worked on. He kept sending us messages with excuses as the days went on. Finally on Thursday, July 4, we received a disturbing phone call. It was the friend he stopped to stay with. She said he left our dogs and his in a hot truck all night. His dog died from this and ours were in bad shape. We immediately left from Iowa and drove 10 hours to Oklahoma to get our dogs. Two were in bad shape so we got them to the vet. One of these two dogs might still make it, but one passed away earlier today and there is a warrant for this guy's arrest in Durant, Oklahoma. It is now my duty to make sure this guy never transports any living beings ever again. Or anything else, if I can help it. I hope he rots in hell.

I will be fair. I got some issues with the transportation because the kennel was too big for the car, but the driver was in constant communication and resolve the issue the best she can. I was surprised when the driver told me that my dog was out of the kennel without problems and was gentle with her. Sam was a great choice for our special needs dog, Maggie. Our Maggie is blind and Sam & Theresa were very attentive to her needs. They picked her up in Chicago Sunday afternoon and delivered her to us in San Diego Tuesday evening. We kept in contact and they sent several pictures along the way. This gave us complete peace of mind and we felt Maggie was being well cared for. Very friendly & thoughtful. Highly recommend !!
