The only good thing about this trip is that I received my dog. He rescheduled 6/7 times and then had another person take my dog instead of himself last minute and failed to tell me until the driver was almost to me. Had to ASK for pictures of my dog and there was only a total of like 3. Then all the stuff i sent with my dog was scattered around the vehicle and they didn’t know what went with who. Dropped my dog off at 3 am and it was supposed to be 12am. Huge inconvenience. Again they changed plans and rescheduled with me at least 7 times. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY.

Had to cancel service because the driver said evening, then claimed she said late evening, and then turned out on the day of pick up she said won’t be until after midnight.... she was rude on the phone and clearly doesn’t know how to operate a business.. this whole ordeal has just been a mess ______________________________________________________ Driver Response: "This guy was completely rude including hanging up on me. I quoted for a two day pick up window time Told him Friday night/ Saturday morning. He wanted Friday after 4pm and told him if I arrived on Friday it would be late, that I would be coming from CA. He asked me what that meant and I explained late evening/late night. That was acceptable and he booked. There was a delay with another customer the night before which happens sometimes, so in am let him know it would be later than expected. Was being considerate of time zone, so did not want to wake him in the middle of the night to inform him of this. Informed at a reasonable time in am. He was screaming at me on the phone saying he had to be out his house by midnight or pay 1000.00 fee, that I didn’t tell him late at which point I reminded him of the messages and he ended up hanging up on me. I explored other options for him, including calling petsmart for boarding for the night, EVEN offered to pay for it myself that I would pay for the fee over the phone with my card and he just had to be there by 830. After giving me many excuses why he couldn’t do that, he then said his car wasn’t big enough to transport his 67lb dog. I was considerate, not rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t the one screaming and hanging up on people. I always work with my customers within reason, and try to accommodate them the best I can. Unfortunately, you just can’t please everybody." ___________________________________________________

I honestly don't have the words to say how wonderful Cyndi was with my pet. As most of us are, I was a nervous parent and she basically held my hand through his entire transport. I have a large dog that was more comfortable outside of the crate and Cyndi immediately identified this and made it happen. I don't think I could have done a better job transporting him. Great job. Our puppy was not used to new people but did wonderful with Gary. He took him into the motel and since we told him Tucker was used to sleeping with us he let Tucker sleep with him in bed. He does not crate unless your dog is used to crating. He puts them on a seat belt hookup so they are more comfortable. Would rate Gary high and say you will never be sorry if you hire Gary. the driver, jorge was fine, though a little hard to communicate with as he obviously spoke mostly spainish. i verified with iaai rep rachel that the car was wrapped completely upon pickup. when it arrived about 1/3 of the wrapping had blown off thus exposing the car to heavy rains. rachel said it was the responsibility of the hauler to be sure the wrapping stayed intact thus protecting the interior from the rain. the car was dropped off at my body repairman's shop and i have not been able to unwrap it to tell the extent of any water damage. i did take a picture of it before the was unloaded to show that the wrapping had blown off. will be able to inspect it soon to see how bad the damage is and will be getting back with you. This was tough, originally I was going to rate 4 stars, but in the end 2319 pulled out the 5 stars only because I had so much fun searching for his lost driver. And I really can't blame them, I live in a very rural area (almost 2 miles of dirt road before you get to a paved road, I mean really rural) and google maps can't find my address (it drops a pin 250 miles away) and most GPS's aren't much better. The one thing I think he needs to work on is communication as to where his drive is, not constantly but maybe like when they cross state lines, just so you have an idea of the progress. But he is new here and he is learning and I think he will improve. Other than that the puppy got here and it was clear she was well taken care of on the drive here, and over all everyone I dealt with was pleasant, friendly, professional and curtious.

Susan was very accommodating with my schedule for pick up and delivery. Her quote was a little more than most but it was worth every penny. I know she can't always do that but it was nice to have her help me out. Some drivers wanted the money upfront before the job was done but she wanted to be paid after delivery. She was very professional with letting you know what was happening and keeping to the schedule. She would let you know if there was a delay and why she was being delayed. I would definitely use her again to transport any of my fur babies.

If I could rate Patsy with 100 stars I would! Patsy IS LITERALLY A HERO! When our breeder couldn't receive the payment, Patsy went above and beyond to help us get the payment to the breeder, for us to be able to have our so dreamed puppy. She picked him up in Pennsylvania and drove him all the way down to Florida. She stayed in constant communication with us, updating us with pictures and locations. She made it to our home even a couple hours ahead of time, and our puppy seemed very happy and not at all anxious from the very long trip. The entire time she referred to our puppy as our baby, which just gave us that extra trust that she was treating him extra special, and was totally reflected on the puppy's mood when we received him. I fully recommend her, she is very reliable, and 100% trustworthy.

Incredibly wonderful experience. Like his other raters, 5 stars aren't enough for Ronald - 10 says it so much better. Since this was the first week in February and CO weather, bad road driving conditions were to be expected, even though Ronald knew we wanted Alex back with us ASAP, we were overwhelmed that he delivered him in TWO DAYS! In reading his experience but more important, talking and negotiating with him, this is not a new "job" for Ronald but a calling to provide a needed services for Alex, our 22 month old standard poodle, gives the best recommendation and feedback by the fact that when Ronald delivered him, he not only was glad to be home with us, but he continued to go to Ronald for pats and attention, showing how much they had bonded in their 2 day trip. Two day trip: Incredibly unexpected since my husband and I had taken this 1,850 mile trip to visit family in Florida 2 times w/Alex in the back seat and sharing driving responsibilities it was a 2 to 2.5 day trip. His background statement states his love for animals but the Ronald we met wasn't doing this just for money but as a calling to provide his services to the animal(s) and owners in time of need. We shipped Alex from Denver to Jacksonville on 12/21/19. A month later, when we were flying back to CO that same airline refused to allow him on the plane in the exact same crate, new vet certificate, documentation submitted to it. We could not leave Alex in FL without making provisions for his return and new plane reservations for us. Because of WX conditions, we had to change our plane reservations 3x which meant we were changing our commitment to Ronald's services. He could not have been more understanding and willing to work with us. This mode of pet transportation was new to us. Through Google search, contacted many providers. So glad we contacted CitizenDrivers - their certification of qualified drivers and follow-up eased the concern we had about entrusting our beloved pet to an unknown. We appreciate them and RONALD IS ONE EXCEPTIONAL, KIND, CARING, PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL. LORRAINE

They are extremely kind people with great hearts! Our bulldog got back safe and in good conditions. However, updates were not given every 3-4 hours like they stated. It actually took me texting them to get anything at all. I really would have loved better communication to ease my mind. The van was also a mess, but again our dog was safe. Just tips I would have liked to know before sending our dog so I was better prepared!
