Eternanda was simply amazing! She rose to the occasion immediately when she heard that Tux was a rescue puppy from Puerto Rico, delivered by SATO project to New Jersey and she gave us a great price! David and Tiffany were a godsend for us. We had our 8 month old Boxer puppy shipped through them from MN to CA. David was able to deliver her in little less than 3.5 days. Tiffany was detailed and an excellent communicator prior to pickup. David showed up on time on the day of pick up. You could easily tell that he really likes dogs and has a lot of experience with them. He sent us texts and videos throughout the journey. He went through some stormy weather too with no complaints. Our dog seemed happy when we received her. I would not read too much into the one bad review, as it could be an outlier. Would strongly recommend them to other pet owners as well. Initially, we were looking to have her shipped via ground transport, as we were sure we couldn’t afford to have her flown in. This company’s extraordinarily affordable quote indeed left me wary. You know what they say—if it’s too good to be true.... I needn’t have worried one iota, however, as the entire experience was top notch! Ivy was flown to us in hours instead of spending days on the road, and for far less than other companies were charging to drive her here. First, I have to mention that all communication with Tony and his business partner Toni (no kidding) was handled both professionally and courteously. From the initial quote straight through delivery, Tony kept us in the loop with flight times and meeting points, also letting us know that throughout the day of travel his precious cargo was safe and sound. Our little one arrived this afternoon, after an early morning start, happy, healthy, safe and sound. Tony seemed as excited to present us with our baby as we were to receive her! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We trusted them with our little fur baby, and they stepped up to make the experience one that gave us complete peace of mind. Ronald is a ROCKSTAR!! I posted my listing and he just happened to be almost to the destination for his current pet transport, which also happened to be less than 50 miles from our new Persian baby. His offer was THE BEST price I was quoted to transport our kitten from Colorado Springs, CO to Dallas, TX by almost $100. Since it was such short notice, he even went out of his way to accommodate us. He drove through a major snow storm and arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. He communicated with us only when he stopped and made a point to say he doesn't text and drive so I wouldn't worry if he didn't respond right away. Even with some mixed reviews I opted to give this transporter the benefit of the doubt, this was clearly a mistake on my part. The transporter said that he would schedule a date after I had booked the trip which I did and he did indeed give us a date. As the date approached he said that there was bad weather and he would not be able to pick up on the day he had said. He never got back to me with a corrected pick up day and all communication ceased. For someone that promotes timeliness and communication he sure sucks at it. I attempted to ask when he would have a date or if I needed to find someone else to transport my dog. Needless to say I’m still waiting. My recommendation is do not use this POG ass POS.

I would give them 10 stars if at all possible. Jesse was awesome. I had her transport my daughter's dog from Oregon to Missouri and unfortunately they got caught in a snowstorm in Wyoming. They were stuck for three days and the whole time she kept me appraised of the road situation and sent pictures of my dog. Tobias, my dog, isn't a good traveler, but she made him so comfortable that he didn't need medication to travel. Anyone who cares that much deserves a 10 star review. Thank you Jesse and CCAD. There is nothing more precious that my 4 fur-babies. I recently moved over 800 miles and due to logistics, I had to search for someone to transport them that long distance. I found Citizen Shipper and Marana Cottier (Emi).There are not enough words to say how grateful I am for her and to her. She transported my 3 cats and 1 dog along with her dog, Chewy, with love and safety through bad weather, highway delays and detours. Erica and Dave were excellent!! They transported my new puppy, all 2.1 pounds of her! She arrived happy and healthy!! I was very concerned due to her small size, but I didn’t need to be, they took such good care of her. One thing I was most happy with is “no paws on the ground” for such young puppies. So no worries about her catching an illness during transport. They fed her, gave her plenty of water and she slept well. If we could give Christopher a 10 star review we would. His services and understanding greatly exceeded our expectations. Our (very large) puppy needed a ride from our Brooklyn apartment to my mother’s house in Florida and Christopher arrived at the exact time he had projected (which is pretty difficult when dealing with New York traffic) and kept us updated while en route. He generously worked within our budget, allowed us to also send all of our puppies items without a fuss and shared some laughs with my mom about the hiccups he and our pup met along the way when they arrived. This transport was extremely last minute and because of Christoper it was stress free and our puppy arrived just in time. We are so grateful he made us an offer. Incredible service.

Hello, if I could give negative stars I would. He kept asking for more money, which I thought was sketchy, and then he assured me he would be there and bring me my babies on time and he ghosted me moments after I booked him! He did not respond! I then had only a few hours to find someone new because I thought I had someone to deliver them and had made arrangements to get the little guys when he was available. He lied and then lied some more. I should not have trusted someone that didn’t even have a single shipment yet. ?

I have been using Citizen shipper since last year to transport shelter dogs from Texas to West Virginia. This was by far my best experience. The driver sent messages and pictures daily to let me know how the dogs were doing. He stopped frequently to let the dogs strIetch their legs. The dogs were not confined to a crate, instead allowed to ride like passengers. I highly recommend King's Transport and will use them again

SHAWN SHINES!!! Shawn was AMAZING! My Dad ended up in the hospital on the EAST coast (South Carolina) & we live on the WEST Coast (Northern California). I recently broke my ankle & have another medical procedure pending so I could not travel to get my Dad's Pug myself & pugs are on ALL of the Airlines, "NO FLY List" like Frenchies because of their small muzzles. SHAWN was one of the lowest, CITIZEN SHIPPERS bidders, with the HIGHEST rating and was the Company that could get to South Carolina the soonest. I was pretty concerned about letting a complete stranger, into my parent's house, all the way across the Country to pick-up my Dad's, "Best Friend." Shawn couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. A neighbor let Shawn into the house and Shawn even remembered we wanted him to bring the pet steps. Shawn answered all my texts promptly and allowed me to track their progress via GPS on GOOGLE Maps. He even let Boomer (Pug) ride in the front seat in his dog bed instead of squished in a crate. He took Boomer into the hotel rooms in the evening as some drivers leave the dogs in their crates, in the Van's overnight (TERRIBLE !). Crystal was the nicest person ever and she took such good care of my mother in law’s puppy! She texted me every day and kept me updated with pictures and videos of him to show how he was doing. If I ever need to have another puppy moved across the country, I know who to call! Definitely go with Crystal if you’re stuck between shippers because she provides safe travel while comforting your animals like they were her own and at a really good price as well! If I could give her more stars I would! Definitely would 100% recommend!

Puppy was delivered and driver was reasonably priced. He was friendly and communication was good. The only negative was the breeder gave him shot records to give us, and he forgot, he promised to mail them, and we never received them.

I can't say enough about Sara and Jim, two very compassionate souls, they brought my furr baby in style and comfort. She had her very first experience of being able to roam inside their vehicle versus being in a crate or kennel and she loved it. She was treated like a queen. They kept me posted during the trip from Lakeland to Fort Lauderdale as to their ETA and sent me pictures during the trip, all showing me how content my baby was. Shawn was WONDERFUL! We purchased two boxer puppies from a breeder that needed to be transported from MO to CA. He was awesome with responding with any question I had and was great with giving updates with location. He took them out to use the bathroom, gave them their food and water, and sent pics when he could. He got them to our house very fast and safe. I would highly recommend him.

My experience with Bubba E. was awesome. She continued to update me when she was traveling to my state from the other side of the country to pick up my dog. When she did arrive, my dog Hunter immediately warmed up to her. She spent time getting to know him and chatted with me, asking if there were any specific things she needed to know about Hunter. When she was ready to hit the road, we went out to her car and Hunter hopped right in!!! Bubba kept us updated on their travels which included pictures of Hunter.
