Dennis Kane was the absolute best! Our dog Scooby has special needs and Dennis treated him like his own. FaceTimed with us and updated us throughout the trip. Scooby road shot gun with Dennis the entire way and they were so attached to each other by the end of the trip. Dennis took all of Scooby’s belongings and was super flexible. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone.

She was fantastic! My dog welcomed us with a full body wag. He was so happy to see us. (what happens when he's gone for 6 months with family and friends) I literally found her yesterday morning and he was here the next day (afternoon) I was able to see her movement on a live GPS so I always knew where he was at all times. He is a senior dog too. (10 years old) I definitely would hire her again in a heartbeat without a second thought if I needed transportation for any pet. She is amazing. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! I am a breeder of Havanese pups. I booked Cherisse for a transport to my clients in Knoxville, TN from Marion, AL. Approx a 6 hour drive from point A to point B. I have always enjoyed a good experience from whomever I hired from this site until now. Roadside is app driven so you have to wait until the app generates your info. I am a busy breeder and like to speak to someone directly, especially for confirmation. My clients are very important to me and I like everything perfect. I called and spoke to Cherisse who informed me that I would be sent info shortly. I waited and then called again. I then received the info without a time. Again, this is not how I like to work. I understand the ETA has to be flexible, but I need a point of reference. To make a long story short the day before pickup I was told my pup would be picked up late evening, then on to Michigan after which the pup would be delivered to Knoxville. This prompted me to call. My questions: where will you sleep with the pup(s), how many hours in the car and why not Knoxville first. I was told by by Cherisse that she made a mistake because their were two customers named Deborah. I am Deborah Lee for the record but I do answer to Deborah. She assured me my pup would be picked up early in the day and transported directly to Knoxville then they would continue on to Michigan. The day of pickup we spoke via phone again and the itinerary had changed, AGAIN from early to between 8pm and 10pm. Ok I said as I truly felt stuck because we had already paid 1/2 up front and the fee for CS. A little later I received another call from Cherisse saying they would be picking up the pup earlier as originally planned. I was pleased because: a) I did not want my clients to receive their dog in the wee hours of the morning. b) I had hurt my back (but no difference to me as I have other pups on the ground). Early was approximately 5pm. I answer my door thinking it is Cherisse and it is another driver named Lisa. She had no information whats-so-ever. She didn't even know what the balance was. However, she presented nicely so off went my pup. Hours later we (the clients and I) found out she had taken the pup to Huntsville, AL (3 hours from me) and was awaiting Cherisse to pick him up. I don't ever want my pups going somewhere I do not know. As a breeder I must worry about disease, amongst other issues. Both the clients and I tried to get Cherisse to inform us of what was happening to no avail. We pleaded for a call and a picture of the pup. Once Cherisse did contact us it was "I am almost there" which was not true. Finally after many texts from both the clients and myself, she called. Both of us were given one excuse after another with no reality of the stress she had caused. The pup was finally delivered to Knoxville at 7am. 15 hours later for a 6 hour drive. My clients were very upset and closed the door in Cherisse's face. I have a stellar reputation and my clients count on my word. I picked Roadside because they appeared good on paper. I have never had one problem with a driver. In fact the same day as this pup was picked up I had another pup picked up by Noah's Transportation. They picked up and delivered without a hitch to Houston (they arrived sooner the Cherisse). In my opinion, especially if you love your animals, I would choose another company. This was my first time having a pet transported, so of course I was so nervous! I am so glad I chose Hunter to be the one to do this. He kept me calm and communicated with me the entire trip. Lori was amazing with our new puppy Indy. From the moment we started messaging ,I knew she was the right person to transport the puppy from Ohio to New Jersey! She was the only puppy on the ride and got individual attention the whole 8 hours. They took potty breaks and I got pictures the whole time! Respectful, professional, knowledgable and friendly. Kandice went above and beyond in transporting this special rescue boy to my home. She purchased toys for him, gave him a bath and was very communicative throughout his trip, letting me know how he was doing, whether it be that he peed, pooped, ate, or was just doing well on the drive. She even texted a few photos. She stopped for potty breaks and was even more accommodating and considerate when it came to delivering my new boy to me. By this I mean that because of her experience with dogs, and knowing that I had dogs and cats to prepare for introductions and home adjustments to make before his arrival, she thoughtfully strategized her arrival and even stayed a bit to help with the introductions to my pack. There were a few delays, for pick up, due to bad weather, but it is February, and she always let me know what was going on. THE BEST of The Best. I am so Thankful Golden Voyages took amazing care of my two dogs. He is very experienced with dogs. He went out of his way and cared for my girls as if they were his own. They were picked up on Long Island and driven across the country to San Francisco! When they hit Wyoming there was a massive snow storm that closed the roads. He ended up driving South out of the way to Los Angeles and back up to San Francisco. My husband and I will use Golden Voyages every time we need our girls transported. We also gained a friend! I was a complete novice at transporting a pet via air on a 5 hour trip. Jet P was quick to respond with a quote and quick to make it come together at a reasonable rate. The courier who traveled with our puppy kept us posted along the way, and used the layover to allow her to stretch and have some food and water. Be aware that it is a bit difficult to correspond as the system requires a delay. This did make the coordinating more difficult and did cost us extra time in ground transportation and extra cost. We are grateful for the experience JetP had in navigating the necessary hoops.

If I could give more stars I would. I trusted Deborah with my four year old English Bulldog who is shy and bashful. I was so lucky to get a ride for her that was straight to me and her focus was on making sure my dog was comfortable and happy on her journey. I got multiple updates and photos and had no concerns while waiting. I would trust her a million times over. If you truly love your Pet you want the best for them. I got the best pet shipper. I will give an honest review to help others going this route. I canceled my flight due to personal reasons but it seems like everyone gets their pet safely through flight which is the most important part. So it’s probably faster, safer and this guy does all the booking, finds the cheapest flight And hires someone from that state to fly out with your pet to that airport. It’s not the cheapest option but I would guess it’s hassle free and worry free for the other 2 parties involved. Hope this helps. He’s not the best communicator but it would seem he gets the job done. Hope this helps!!

Flight nanny exceeded my expectations !!!! I was perviously scammed two week prior to using there services so I was very nervous to use a online transportation site . They reassured every step of the way and updated me with pictures and flight information throughout the whole transportation of my new puppy . They also went as far as waivering the deposit fee until drop off due to my fear of being scammed again .
