Paid the $100 fee and paid another $100 to get my dogs health cert. everytime someone was planned to come pick up my dog, something would happen. Then I could no longer get in touch with anyone in order to reschedule

Should be zero stars, but the minimum you can put is one star. I was and still am highly disappointed by Delivery4You. I booked them as my driver and he seemed to be very friendly and helpful at first. However, 5 days before the pick up I informed them that I used to be in law enforcement and like to know who I will be working with directly, so I asked for the names of who would be picking up our dog, and never got a response. I followed up later that day with a call and text messages. And got no response whatsoever. Tried following up the next day but still did not receive any contact back via call, email, or text. Then on the day before pick up I tried messaging again to confirm pick up time and if they were still going to show. NO RESPONSE STILL. They NEVER SHOWED to pick up our dog and REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE. Had to cancel and find another driver, but that of course pushed our pick up date back a week and a half. Overall Delivery4You is: Unreliable Doesn't communicate Doesn't follow through Cannot be trusted to do their job Save yourself the time and hassle and find someone else. -----------------------------------Driver's Response---------------My company, Deliver4you, never received any communication from this customer except on the website prior to booking. I tried to reach out on the phone number provided and was met with no response, not sure if maybe the right number was posted? Regardless was never contacted after booking until I received a cancellation notice, my drivers were in northern Cali waiting on directions to the pickup for as long as possible but I had other shipments that needed delivered. Could have just as easily contacted the website to inform them they were unable to communicate with me and this could have all been resolved, no need to post a negative review for a service that wasn’t used. This customer is completely entitled to their opinion but compared to other reviews this one seems out of place or a simple miscommunication somewhere.

I would give no stars. He lost my dog - he had a disgusting woman with him who said my dog stunk - they showed up with out a kennel. My dog is missing. I could not reach him on his phone. He said my dog jumped out of a window at a Starbucks. I’m distraught and Citizzenshipper did not answer any of my urgent messsges to them via email and text. Horrible company reporting to better business.

I couldn't have asked for a better transport or person. My Doberman, Gunner (86 Pounds) was transported from Louisville, KY down to Austin, TX. Gunner is a rescue and has anxiety issues like you wouldn't believe. He ended up giving David one hell of a time, to put it lightly. David was nothing but nice, sincere, helpful, and understanding. Not only of Gunner and the trauma/anxiety that comes with rescue dogs but of dogs in general. He kept me updated on how Gunner was doing throughout the trip by both call and text. He inquired about how the move was going on my end and again was nothing but sincere, genuine, and helpful. He excelled where other transporters would have most likely lost their cool or blew up a bit at Gunner's anxiety driven behavior. I highly recommend David if you're looking for a quality person who's nothing but helpful, knowledgeable of dogs, sincere, and understanding. He really does go above and beyond when it comes to helping your animals as well as you. I can't thank him enough!

Cody transported my Lab from Utah to Washington in January. It was supposed to be a 9 1/2 hour drive, but because of horrible road conditions, it took him 21 hours. He was absolutely fantastic.
