Marana took great care of our new puppy Harper, a 13 week old Chiweenie, transporting her from Salt Lake area to Seattle. She was very knowledgeable and even came in to show us how to groom Harper's nails. Harper chewed through her soft crate along the way and Marana replaced it on the spot just asking we reimburse when she arrived. A couple weeks after she brought us Harper I was using online banking and inadvertantly wired Marana $100.00 instead of the intended person. Marana kindly sent the money right back. She is top notch.

Eric was extremely informative and helpful in regards to this kind of service. I live in Ma and my new 11/week old Shipoo is from Very Special Kennels in Mo. that’s approximately 21/ hours, pretty far so naturally for a newbie like me I would be very concerned and worried. But Eric was very attentive to my concerns by updating me with my pups status, with frequent follow pictures and texts. He just is genuinely, kind and nice and he made me and my pup, Peanut feel extra special. Fantastic experience having my 8 week old cavapoochon delivered from Salt Lake City to NY. He had to stay overnight due to lack of direct flight but the puppy was well taken care of, even traveling first class on both legs of the journey and was delivered safe and sound. Company was in direct contact through text and lots of pictures to make sure the little guy was being well taken care of during his journey. It was a great experience and very affordable. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering them for their pet transport!

Andrew is very responsive, very on time, and very friendly. Every time I message him, he gets back to me in 10 minutes. My trip was from State College PA to Houston TX, Andrew picked up my cat at the airport in State College at 1:45 EST, and arrived Houston at 7:30 CST. He sent me updates throughout the trip, so I was aware of my cat's condition at all time. I would never let me cat sit in the cargo nor three days in a vehicle, so if you are someone looking for long distance cat transportation, I would strongly recommend Andrew.

Gary was absolutely terrific. It was my first time having my cats transported and I was so nervous. Gary had amazing reviews, and when I contacted him, I found him to be engaged, attentive and professional. His price was among the best, but that was not the reason I chose him. Gary and his wife picked up my cats on the day I requested. He asked if the pick up time was acceptable to me (it was), and that it would allow him to have the cats leave Boston on. Saturday morning, and arrive in Florida at my door Sunday evening. I bought a litter box that would have taken up most of the carrier, but thankfully, Gary brought one just in case, and we went with his. Gary never mixes pet families, which I loved. I thought the trip would be stressful enough for the cats as it were. Gary and his wife Both have a wonderful way about them. Thry made me feel as comfortable as if a family member was driving my cats down. I got updates multiple times a day on how the cats were doing, and where they were at different points of the trip. Gary really understands cats (and I am sure he is just as great with dogs). He told me about his experiences driving other cats and their typical eating patterns and behaviors. I felt from start to finish that my cats were the priority of the trip down to Florida, and that they would never be in a compromised position, or left in the car for any length of time. I cannot recommend Gary highly enough. He will be my go to every time. Thank you!!

We couldn't have asked for a better person to transport our new puppy. Buffie kept in constant contact with us, and sent picture updates the entire way. The adoption center even tried to give her the WRONG puppy, and she recognized it and alerted them to go get the right puppy ?. She collected everything for the drive, plus extras. She even got our girl home the same day like we had hoped. I would absolutely reccomend her services to anyone, she was fantastic! Im so glad we chose her, it could have been a disaster otherwise!

I can't rave enough about our experience with Bentley's Buddies Transport! This was our first time using this kind of service, and I have to admit we were a little nervous. Purchasing a new puppy that was 9 hours away and not wanting to make an 18 hour Round-trip ourselves, I went online and found out that citizenshipper offers drivers that will bring your animals to you! I found Pete almost immediately and he made our first booking an easy one! Ed drove my Lab from Saint Louis to Nashville. We communicated on the way to check on the progress and on the dog. He was very friendly and my dog liked him and got into his car with no issues. He told me exactly the time he was picking her up and when he dropped her off. It all worked out perfectly and he timed it very well so she could be picked up on time. The company we used to ship our last pup was unavailable, and flying our animals is not an option. I got many offers and bids for my pups transportation. I scoured everyone’s rating, reviews, completed transports as well as cancellations. Randy was the most exceptional candidate and that was BEFORE I spoke with him. Not only did he have 4.9 stars with well over 100 successful transports and amazing reviews, after speaking with him, he eased all my worries and doubts and concerns. Randy has worked with and trained dogs of all kinds for hunting, police, and military purposes and has worked lawn detail for the Whitehouse. so He has managed a vet clinic, has a medical background and education with dogs, and knows canine first responder training. He also carries a support canine when he transports your animal so that your pet is more calm and at ease. He sent multiple updates and pictures Via text throughout the trip as well as had phone Conversations. AND to top it all off, he had the best offer out of all the bids! To say he was expectational and overqualified is an understatement. He was and is truly a blessing. I will no longer use any other service or person for transportation. He utilized an app that allowed me to track our pet’s every step of the journey, and he kept me informed at all times. He sent pictures of my pet throughout the journey, which really helped keep the anxiety at bay. I could see Mookie starting to get comfortable with Hunter and even looked happy toward the end of the trip, despite not knowing where he was headed! I needed to get my 2 kitties from Colorado Springs to Northern Iowa and I found Sparks Enterprises on Citizen Shipper and I sure am glad I found them. What wonderful people and I felt 100% at ease with having them transport my 2 girls! From the moment they arrived until they were delivered to my mom they kept me fully informed about how the trip was going, how the kitties were handling the drive and even let them sleep with them on the bed at the hotel they spent the night at!! Lisa got the job done! It was my first experience with hiring a shipper and I learned a lot. Lisa was towing a boat so bad weather delayed her 2 days for puppy pick up. Thankfully the buyer was ok with that so no harm done. Having a sizable boat with her caused some inconvenience with coming in our lane. The only other surprise was I believe her dad took over the trip for the last couple hours so Lisa actually didnt deliver them herself. It all turned out ok though and they arrived safely.
