Brenda was great! She drove all the way to our location and brought the dog to us so fast. She left the day requested and got to us as soon as possible. She was wonderful with updates on arrival, how our dog was doing and where she was. Brenda also treated moby like family. Unable to answer how my experience with him transporting my shipment was because he cancelled last minute.. He was supposed to pick up Saturday 11/02, I had not heard from him since 9 am on 10/31. I messaged him numerous times on 11/01 asking what time to expect him on Saturday. I get an email this evening (11/01) which is probably 12-16 hours prior to him supposedly picking our shipment up, stating that his customer had an ER trip that set back his delivery and he won't be able to make it to bring our shipment to its destination by the required time but that he would hold it for a month and deliver it when our customers were at their cabin at the end of November. I am a VERY understanding person and I know that things happen unexpectedly. What I do not appreciate is being left hanging 12 hours before this is supposed to be picked up. I find it very hard to believe that I was having no issues messaging him all day but he supposedly was unable to send me messages and had "been trying all day." I would have rather him have been honest from the get go and told me 3 days ago that our time frame was going to be tight.. I had 2 other people that could have taken it.
