Bill is great. He also satisfied all my following concerns. Try to find a driver that will put up with all this from a customer: Are you the actual driver? Will he also transport the dog bed and toys he already has in his possession Are you bonded and insured Do you provide a clean (parvo free) carrier? Will my dog be is a temperature controlled compartment? Please provide the pickup location folks with a copy of your drivers lic at the time of pickup? How often will you stop for potty breaks and stretching his legs ? How much will it cost? How long will it take? Will you be the only person responsible and delivering my pet? How many animals will you be transporting while your in possession of my dog? Do you (the driver) have backup funds in case of a breakdown or emergency?

All aboard is a great very professional company supplying an incredible transport service for loved pets. The driver (Tina) was very responsive and very quick to respond. She thoroughly explained the process, the van she uses and the time frame for the transport.. She was on time ,very friendly and caring and had the safety of the pet as top priority. Tina transported my 8 month old puppy to southern CA in just a couple days. She kept both me and my daughter, who was receiving the puppy updated all along the route. She also posted pictures on Facebook every stop she made so we could see how she was doing. Platinum Pet Transport to the Rescue! We scheduled two trips to complete our move to Florida from Virginia: the first to transport the cats and one car and also to meet the movers at our new home and a return trip a few days later to pick up the second car and drive it to Florida. We selected a carrier for the cats more than three weeks in advance, and four days before we were scheduled to leave the carrier contacted us to let us know they would not be able to make the pick up at the time that was initially agreed upon. We continued to try to work with them, but the circumstances ultimately deteriorated to the point where the cats were still in Virginia when we returned to pick up the other car. At that point, we terminated the contract with the original carrier and requested new bids. Platinum Pet Transport was one of the services that submitted a bid. I explained what had happened. I said we were hoping to leave for Florida the next morning. I said we could get the neighbor to come to the house and let them in to pick up the cats later in the day if necessary. Platinum Pet Transport said they had a 5:15 a.m. pickup in Pennsylvania and then they would head to Virginia. And they arrived at our home in time for us to meet them and turn over the cats ourselves. They said they would have the cats in Florida by Sunday. We got back to Florida around 2 p.m. Saturday and shortly after that we received a message from them saying they were in the Florida Panhandle and were headed our way on the Atlantic coast. When they arrived, it was clear that the cats were very comfortable with them. It was also evident that that liked our cats. The primary reason we scheduled the transport in advance was to try and make sure the pets didn’t end up being that 11th hour incident that always seems to emerge. It didn’t work as planned, but Platinum Pet Transport made the transition back on schedule seamless. And for that we say thank you!

As it turned out he is based out of Phoenix where my dog Dumpling was, and than I knew Adam was my angel, he was going to bring Dumpling to her new home. Lenny was AWESOME. Having to rehome my sweet 9 year old 100lb pitbull was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. John was absolutely amazing. I was incredibly worried because my dog is usually very skittish around new people, but they were pretty much best friends from the start. He was great even before I officially hired him. He answered all my questions and gave me advice when I needed it. Crystal was amazing! When looking to find a transport service to move my shy, nervous, and hyper submissive little Australian Shepherd from Phoenix, AZ to Greensboro, NC, Crystal’s reassurance about the trip, even before pick up was great! The day of pick-up she took some extra time to let my dog warm up to her before loading him up, even taking him on a short walk with me and my girls. We received daily videos and messages letting us know how Teddy was doing throughout the trip. My two girls loved the gps link Crystal provided, as they could see where their doggy was every step of the way. She even went above and beyond, offering to take him by a pet wash to get him all cleaned up before delivery. Luke surprisingly let me down. I was sceptical of using a service like this since it was my first time, but after reading reviews I did feel a bit better. Our original plan and price was ideal, but now I know it was because he wasn't a professional. The communication at first was good, but then the day of travel started and it was an absolute nightmare. Luke DID NOT plan probably at all. He first had a "delayed" flight to get my puppy, which he switched. Then the second flight the "door wouldn't lock on the plane", which then made him undoubtably miss his connecting flight to me. Once he reached my puppy and missed his flight, he needed to find his fourth alternate route. He delayed the puppy drop off by a little over 3 hours then our original plan, due to negligence. He also let his phone die so I was nervously waiting inside the airport looking for someone I had never met holding a puppy. Once we finally met, the venmo app was acting up resulting in me pulling out money and also electrically sending money to Luke through my bank for services rendered- the electric payment accidentally doubled so he had to give me cash back. Then Luke mistakenly thought I didn't give him the correct amount and insinuated I tried to short him on payment. The whole day was a disaster and I'm disappointed. I hope this reaches his page so others are aware too.

My dog's transporters were very good. At times it took some time to get a response but eventually I did. They drove over 1500 miles and delivered my dog safely. He was covered with bedding (hay), which needed to be picked out and needed a good bath, but that was the only negative thing. The young couple was very nice and we are so glad our dog was delivered safely.

Driver never returned our call, I was charged a fee by Citizen Shipper for service that I never received. I was not able to obtain a delivery and my case is now closed. Very disappointed of the unprofessionalism and lack of response I was provided. I emailed Citizen Shipper and no one has responded either, no refund and no service!
