While our retired working dog did arrive on time, his condition upon arrival was unacceptable. He was picked up for transport to our home after flying in from Europe. This was a long, stressful trip for him. When the drivers dropped him off the first thing they told me as they unloaded him was that he had an accident and “tried to clean it up as best they could”. I don’t see that to be the truth. He was covered in his own feces in a filthy crate, and his bowl was full of water and feces. The newspaper bedding was saturated, and the wall of the crate was covered. We weren’t told how long he was in the crate with the mess either. While we understand things happen, we can’t help but be disappointed in how they handled his accident. I have emailed them directly before writing this to try to resolve the issue we had, but have not heard back. We are not people who want to leave negative feedback, but we feel it’s necessary to let this be known so they can be more aware and proactive in the future with the care and attention for peoples pets.

i needed to transport a rescue dog from Florida to Pennsylvania .I am located in the Midwest. Craig from BFF Transport responded right away. Craig had to pick the dog up from a vet in Florida, He did not hesitate at providing identification information for the vet. He was on time, I was able to track him the entire trip. the camera to watch the pet was not working, so he texted me pictures, potty info and how the dog was doing at each stop. he took excellent care of the dog. When he delivered the dog to the new owner the dog cried and wanted to get back in the car with Craig. The price was great for a rescue group. i would HIGHLY recommend Craig to anyone that needs to transport a dog. He really cares about the dogs he transports. It is not just another transport.

Emi (Marana Cottier), helped relocate our 90lb sheep dog from northern California to Tennessee. During the booking process she explained her process in detail. Explaining everything from how she cares for the pets as they travel, what their daily routine would be, what we needed to provide for our dogs trip, how much her services cost and how to remit payment. She requires payment in full at the time of booking. This of course can raise red flags or sound alarms in your head if you've had bad experiences with pre-payment in the past. Her very sound explanation made perfectly good sense to me but didn't offer me any comfort or provide me with any sense of security. However, after speaking with two of the many references she provided I felt very comfortable meeting her pre-payment requirement. Emi, was very responsive during the entire process. She also provided daily updates, including photos of our dog (and his temporary travel companion) during the trip. Of course there were a few bumps along the way but Emi was transparent, flexible and reassuring through all of these challenges. Most importantly she was clearly very attentive and caring for our dog. He arrived looking very good, and as pleasant and happy as he was prior to their long trip. Emi cares about pets, and she clearly has a love and passion for what she does. If you have a pet that needs relocation I definatley recommend Emi for the job. Your pet will thank you when he or she arrives at their destination.

Citizenshipper has some questionable businesses offering their services. I was nervous as I had one bad experience with the website. I did research and took a chance on MPTransport. I am glad I gave Rick and his team a shot because they went above and beyond our expectations. From our initial call to our dog's delivery in PA, Rick was nothing but professional. He worked with both my wife and I throughout the trip and provided updates daily on how our sweet dog was doing. He was able to accomodate our last minute trip and deliver our dog 1,200+ miles away in just 2.5 short days. I couldn't recommend this outfit more. Since our girl is terrified of other dogs, we requested a private transport with no other animals and paid for that service. We were not disappointed. Jennifer picked her up as scheduled and maintained regular contact with us. She face timed, texted and send pictures. She followed our instructions and informed me that our girl would not eat. She brought treats for her and checked to see if she could give our girl people food. That worked. She was loving with our girl and we would use the service again. This was my first time using this service and was very nervous about having a stranger transport our new (but very large, Old English Sheepdog) puppy to us from Michigan to Utah. The driver was very friendly. She delivered two dogs to us in Massachusetts from Ohio. She kept us updated on her location and status, sending photos and messages to keep us in the loop. She made sure that the dogs were treated gently and with care, keeping them as calm and happy as possible while they were on the road. She drove all the way through with no stops, not even to sleep. It totaled out to nearly 12 hours, but she got the dogs to us as soon as possible regardless of the time. Allen was great taking our German Shepherd. He communicated daily over the course of the trip and arrived quickly to the destination. I was confident that our dog was very well taken care of.
