I was totally nervous about this process and everything that it entailed. You are always leery when making these kinds of decisions! However Nick was AMAZING! He communicates the entire time he sent me pictures of my sweet girl and he didn’t at all make me feel uncomfortable with the process. I was able to work with his and my budget! He treated my beautiful girl with love and care like she was his own! He even waiting with us to allow us to get acclimated with the puppy! Please, please use Nick for your next shipment! Dave was awesome! He was very patient with me while I was learning how to use this site, my work schedule and the breeders schedule. He texted me when he got my kitten (even sent a picture of him and his niece holding the carrier), sent me updates (text and pictures). His communication is perfect when it comes to transporting animals. I wasn’t nervous at all. He had his own clean carrier that my kitten was happy in. Once I was handed him he instantly started purring; he must of felt stay the whole car ride because he purred then too! Thank you Dave for your time in transporting my little Catsby!

Mike and Randy, if there were 100 star rating, we would send them all to you. Randy picked up Rocky at the vet on time in Kentucky and reassured he that he would be completely cared for and comfortable on his cross country trek. He was kind, caring and informative. He loves his job. This is evident in his demeanor and kind spirit. Mike took care to tell us how their route would work And what the bus would be like for the dog. They sent us daily updates and GPS locations. We ended up meeting in a common city. Randy made sure that Rocky the boxer was settled and content before we left them. Randy and Mike are professionals with tremendous experience. They are certified, licensed, trained and most of all kind folks. If I ever had to hire a transport this would be my only call. Sam was so awesome!!!! He took a bunch of pictures through the trip and communicated through texting me a very detailed update report throughout the trip when they would stop how they were acting what they were doing. Even though my dogs were a handful he never once complained and always said he was happy to do whatever the dogs needed. My dogs were super stressed on their trip and Sam kept a very cool manner even taking pictures of my Great Danes poop because I had expressed concern about his loose stool. He made great time and dropped off earlier than he originally had told me. He made plenty of room for the dogs in his car to lay down and drink water through their trip. He drove from Chicago to Arizona with my dogs a Dane and a small mixed breed and always made feel at easy about their stress levels and if they slept when they went potty and if they ate and how much water they drank. Sam was the best driver and I highly recommend him!!!

This was a horrible experience! Susan was flaky and late for every aspect of this transport. She was 2hours late picking them up, 2 days late dropping them off, and 12 hours late on drop off day. She didn’t update me on times, until I reached out to confirm. Several times I had to ask the same question 3 times to get an accurate response. The responses I got from her mostly sounded like she was inconvenienced by the whole situation. When we finally got our pups, 2 days late, it was midnight. We were told that she could drop them off in the middle of the night or wait for her to drive to 2 other states for drop off! Our dogs showed up frantic, and smelling like feces. One of our dogs had a cut across his nose from rubbing it against the crate... she didn’t feel it was necessary to mention this! She had way too many animals in her van. It smelled awful, and clearly was not a good environment for them. I highly regret using Susan. And strongly recommend you never use her! I regret my decision to!!!!

Brenszees was awesome! I was unsure about having someone else transport my pups but with my moving schedule, it was the safest way to keep them out of a cargo hold of a plane! My pups had to travel with their own kennel due to some moving logistics and Brenszees was more than accommodating. Even helped my bf get the kennel down the stairs at the drop off. I got updates throughout the entire trip. My babies were in the best possible hands- which was a huge relief since I couldn’t drive them myself. Della and her husband Scott were sent to us from above!! They were truly angels transporting my brother’s dog from Orlando to Colorado after he passed away! They are amazing people who love animals and people! They cared for our older dog and gave her so much love and attention that she wanted to stay with them!!! She has faced the loss of both my brother and his wife! She had wonderful neighbors who took fabulous care of her when my brother was hospitalized and until we made arrangements for her to be transported to Colorado to live with my Mom. I believe God was truly watching over her and us to have been so lucky to find Della and her husband to provide the love and care Stella needed???? I would not ever use anyone else to transport my pets!!!! They sent updates and pictures all along the way?? I hope they are in this business forever!!! I can’t give them enough of a rating!!! My honest review after using her service. She was very pleasant, friendly, & made the drive more-or-less in the time she stated. Reliable. She also VERY NICELY transported my cat's stroller and a box of cat supplies. She was driving my two cats from CA to TX. However, she showed up to my place with a small dog in her front seat, which wasn't previously disclosed to me! I don't understand how she thought that was okay?!? I love dogs, but I'm sure her dog made the trip more stressful for my 2 cats, especially as I mentioned to her one of the cats has anxiety. I had to use her though as the cats needed to travel that day. If I'd have known that, I honestly would have at least talked the another transporter offering the same price. She only sent 1 check in photo of one cat and it wasn't good. I could see my fur baby had been so stressed out. I had previously asked her how large her crates were as both cats are large. She couldn't give me measurements but stated 1 was for a large dog and the other, medium sized, so it should be fine. I have no dog experience, so I trusted it was ok. The medium crate, after a litter box was put in, was way too small! My cat could only curl up in a circle for the 12+hour trip! So the photo she sent showed that my cat had trashed her cage. Everything was upturned so that she could lay down and stretch her legs. She was also so stressed she was apparently fighting at some point to get out of the cage, as the photo showed cuts with dried blood on her nose. That wasn't the transporter's fault how my cat reacted, but I do think she should have known her cage would be too small for a cat after a litter box was in it.

Corwyn was so great! He was super responsive during the whole trip and actually sent me pictures/videos of my dogs every time he stopped. He rented an suv and put the seats down so my dogs could spread out and relax. My dogs were actually the only dogs he transported during this trip, which made things much easier/less stressful for them. He made sure they had food and water through the whole trip, and took them on regular potty breaks/walks. They arrived looking very happy and stress-free, so I’m so happy I went this route instead of flying them out to Denver. If you want someone that really cares about making sure your pets are healthy, happy, and stress-free during their trip, Corwyn is your guy!

My experience with Emi was wonderful from start to finish!! Everything that was promised, it was delivered. Right after I booked her she provided me with tons of references and everyone I contacted had nothing but good things to say about her. Definitely a VIP experience, much more personal than a Cargo shipper. She transported my dogs from Knoxville, TN to Roseville, CA. She picked up my dogs as promised, took the time to get to know my puppies and when they were comfortable with her and her adorable puppy, we said goodbye. The fact that she brings her puppy made my dogs feel more comfortable and bonded immediately. I loved the fact that my dogs were not put in a Kennel for hours, instead they traveled in her car comfortably, and even spent the night in pet friendly hotels, instead of spending the night in a car or van. She called me, sent me pics, videos and updates all the time, so I knew where my puppies were. My dogs looked absolutely happy and comfortable with Emi and her cute puppy. When they arrived to Cali to join my husband they even had a hard time letting Emi go! If you're looking for someone that is going to treat your dogs like their own, and make their journey enjoyable, I highly recommend Emi. I was very surprise about the previous bad review, of someone who didn't even get to use her services, obviously someone who cancel last minute and didn't get her money back and now is trying to make damage, totally unfair. I feel very fortunate that I was able to find someone that was able to take the tremendous stress of moving and transporting my babies across country off my plate. I highly recommend her and would use her again without hesitation.

When I continued texting him trying to get a solid time frame so I could work my schedule around the pickup, I hot yo hear about all his problems. He had someone he hire RIP hi. Off, then he had 2 vehicles break down. Then he wasn't sure he had the money to by fuel to get to me. I finally cancelled my shipment. Thankfully Citizenshipper's refunded my deposit I had made to them and helped me find a new shipper that got my puppy to Oregon safely.
