Albert was sensational! He was on time, personable, caring, and posted pictures along the journey to let me know my 2 cats were safe. He even provided a large dog crate so my cats could ride together instead of being in smaller cat crates. Tamara and her brother Kevin were great! They brought my puppy to me providing me with videos and photos every step of the way. It was obvious that they loved their jobs and took great care in providing quality transport for my new baby. They even took their time to make a pit stop on Interstate 65 and made arrangements to meet with my sister and niece who were on the road heading the opposite direction so they could see and hold my new puppy before she even arrived to me. I wish I could give more stars. Brenda was absolutely amazing! Casper, my pit bull mix, is unable to fly due to health issues and I had no idea what I was going to do moving across the country. It’s hard finding a company or person to trust moving your baby. I’m so glad I found Brenda! Not only is she quick to reply, but gives constant updates throughout the trip. Price is more than reasonable, she is fast, and truly a blessing!

Pete was wonderful! His initial quote was very competitive, he arrived on time and was friendly and communicative. He treated our dog like his own, sent regular text and picture updates and let me know when she had been safely dropped off with my mom at her destination. I have used many drivers on uship and citize shipper. I can honestly say Joel was the best driver I have ever used. He picked up my pet right on time. I can't say enough good things about Lionel.This was an emergency situation where I had to send a 3 year old American bulldog with a very rambunctious personality to Charlotte ,NC from Chesapeake,VA to live with his owner, who is disabled and was unable to transport him on his own. It seemed like a huge task when I started to look for someone and I wasn't sure I could make it happen. The first driver I booked, who had several reviews, cancelled 2 hours before he was supposed to arrive due to car troubles. Lionel responded immediately and we booked the job. I was a little nervous because I've never had experience transporting an animal before and there were no reviews on his page. I hope everyone reading this knows that Lionel went above and beyond what was promised and got this boy safely to his family in his new home in record time. It wasn't an easy job as he is a large, strong dog and was very nervous. He actually cared for the dog for 2 nights before the trip as the dog (King) had nowhere to stay. He was gentle and patient and made him feel safe. . He was in touch with me constantly. It was a lot to ask of anyone, and I am so grateful for all he did. I hope this review counts as ten as I would wholeheartedly recommend Lionel to anyone who has to consider pet transport. He's kind, reliable, and goes the extra mile, literally and figuratively. Rick was fantastic, if I could leave more stars I would. Pickup from the breeder was slightly complicated there was only a small window during the weekday as he left for work. Rick went above and beyond to make sure he got her in that small timeframe window. He would update us on how Luna is doing and where they are. We got Luna ahead of schedule which was a wonderful surprise. He is super friendly! I highly recommend him!

On Friday 4/5/2019 I contacted Citizen Shipper for a driver to transport a puppy from Huntington, WV to Orlando, FL. I received several bids, decided on Barbarita because their bid was low and pickup would be soon. This Barbarita Person is a Scam. On Fri 4/5/2019 I received this;" Hello! We can pick up Sunday, deliver within 24 hours :The quote IS $231) I decided we didn't want pick up on Sunday because we go to church, so I waited to Monday to contact them. On Mon 4/8/2019 I contacted them and received this (The quote is $231 we would need that up front via Walmart to Walmart or moneygram. And pick up would be Wednesday, delivery would be Wednesday/Thursday :) So I asked how to accept the bid. This was the response :Click "accept bid” next to my name : 419-341-3586 please text me" So I accepted the bid, and texted them. I instructed to" send the $231 to Sean Case in Florida by Walmart to Walmart". Then I was told to send text the reference number to them. So I go to Walmart sent the money and texted him the reference number to them. Text me back "call you tomorrow let you know when pick up. So tomorrow no call, so after 4 pm I sent message the time they pick up pup tomorrow. Their response was " I said Sunday or Wednesday, It's impossible for me to be there today or even tomorrow. after several texts back and forward, they said: You're right my phone isn't acting right due to service. But it's not this Wednesday or Thursday. I can be there next Monday/Tuesday. I told them, I had to explain to the man who purchased the pup why they not deliver. They texted me back saying:" I have the days mixed up. That's my fault. Next contact Saturday 4/13/2019, I sent text asking when they pick up pup. response: We won't be there until Monday Monday 4/15/2019, 8am , I asked what time they come to pick up. Their Answer; Not sure. I message you in plenty of time. So after 5pm sent several text receiving no answer, I also try to call on several occasions with no answer. Keep in mind they had never asked for my address or the delivery address. Tuesday 4/15/2019 morning again I attempt to contact them both text and phone no response. So my wife being Chinese had a Chinese phone she called and a man answered, and I spoke to him. He promised he would be here to pick up the pup by 3pm, but never called or showed up. After I sent several text message they sent message they be here early tomorrow morning. So tomorrow Wednesday 4/17/2019 at 8:40 I sent text asking what time, received unit 1:07 pm tell me to Chill out. So Thursday I sent text , told them they were fired and I expected a full refund. I have never received anything from them. So as resent as Tuesday 4/30/2019 I sent my name requesting my refund but have not received. Again I caution you this outfit is a SCAM.

The driver Luis came to my house to pick up my dog on April 30th. When he came he kept complaining that his car is new and didn’t want it to get scratched or dirty. Well I think if you work with animals you should expect it to get dirty or scratched. They are animals. He never sent me a picture of my dog during the travel because he said the dog wouldn’t stay still. He kept saying that my dog was trying to run away and he kept pulling on the leash. He was not compassionate to the fact that the dog is scared and nervous because he is in a strangers care. I took him to the vet the next day he was dropped off. Severe dehydration and he was starving he hadn’t had food they had to give him an IV and slowly give him food because he was eating so fast he kept throwing up. He finally was released to me yesterday after almost 6 days in the Vet. Do not use his services he is not a professional. He didn’t even want to return the dogs leash. Smh never again.

This has been the most amazing and pleasant experience transporting our German Shepherd from NYC to New Mexico. Tommy, his wife and son were nothing but wonderful. They sure made the move less stressful for all of our family. They sent updates and photos everyday. They delivered him faster than expected as well. Due to our dog's anxiety he was unable to eat during the trip but they provided snacks for him. I highly recommend them for any of your pet's transportation needs.
