Chris and his wife were awesome to deal with! Maintained professionalism and delivered my pup in time. I was pretty upset when the original transporter flaked on me and stopped answering any of my messages (not found on this site). I was bummed because my girls birthday celebration was coming up that weekend and I wanted the puppy to be their surprise. Thank God I found Mobile Deals.... sounds generic but no. They quickly helped me out and happened to be en route towards the direction of our pup... They gave plenty of updates via pictures and videos. I received a bid from Amanda for a shipment. Communicated with her for almost 2 days while trying to iron out all the wrinkles. Once that occurred, I accepted her bid. The morning after the i accepted the bid and paid my booking fee, my entire conversation with her disappeared with no way to contact her and no sign of her trying to contact me. The company does not have a phone number to contact anyone so you have to send an email in which they say will take 24hr to respond. I eventually did some digging and did find a phone number, left a message on a cell phone that was some guys personal phone. A "customer service rep" named Matthew did call me back and said that Amanda A had likely deleted her account because she had to cancel my delivery. Apparently, the company charges the drivers a 33% cancellation fee if they reach a 20% cancellation rate, which this would have been for her. He said she probably deleted the account to avoid the fee. He supposedly processed my refund but said it will take 1-3 days...yea, we'll see. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVER....OR THIS COMPANY FOR THAT MATTER....SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Jose is very easy to communicate and very nice! He was so patient to answer my any questions! My cat was nice treated during the transportation and the diver sent me the pictures and also share the google gps to me so I knew the location they were. Although the arrival time was delayed due to the weather, they do take breaks to make sure animals get some relax, but I totally understand. They are very professional and knew animals well. They are not only do the transportation but also care about animals. They do take the deposit, and you just need to pay the rest when you get your baby. Overall it’s a very professional and trustable company.

I can’t say enough about Tamara and especially Kevin! I setup transport for my two cats from San Andreas California to Lake Dallas Texas. It was a two day trip for Kevin with both cats. He kept me updated on how the cats were doing and even let me know that they enjoyed listening to Jimmy Buffett. He and Tamara were very friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. Kevin even texted me the day after delivering them to find out how they were doing! I don’t know if I’ll ever need another pet transported but if I do I will definitely be contacting Tamara and hopefully have Kevin again for delivery. Wow!! I have raised Top Quality German Shepherd Dogs for 30+ years.. I have obviously shipped many puppies and had them shipped to me but used the airlines. I never really liked that method but had little choice. I needed to get a Male puppy shipped to me recently and I researched other methods. I came across Michelle and her husband on citizen shipper. She just happened to be near Utah, where the puppy was and were heading back east.. we negotiated a price and Michelle was able to pick him up and bring him to me. Not only was Michelle professional in every aspect but she took care of my boy like it was her own. Michelle also has a live GPS tracking link so you can see right where she is every step of the way. Joe was incredible, we under estimated the weight, and the seller didn't include crown molding in the dimensions, all of this created quite an issue with loading and unloading, having said all this, he was able to overcome these hurdles, he delivered quickly and with his help and some friend's help we got it out of the vehicle and set up, without Joe this would never had happened, he is just all around great, we are extremely pleased with the service.

Shawn transported our dog from Phoenix to Seattle. His quote was very reasonable compared to other shippers. He picked her up at the agreed upon time. Our dog rode in his van, in her crate. There were two other people traveling with him, everyone seemed very friendly. I received pictures of our dog walking on the beach on a stop during the trip up. Shawn stayed in communication with us, giving us updates as he was available. Our dog arrived at our family’s house in good condition. We were pleased with the transport and would use his service again.

I wish I could give this whole experience ZERO stars, so I will settle for one. Word of caution, Susan Cady is a scam artist given her interaction with me. This was the most disastrous experience I have ever had. On April 17th, we agreed upon a pick-up date of May 16th for my six greyhounds. On May 14th, I contacted Susan to confirm a May 16th pick-up. She informed me that she was running late and needed to change the date to May 17th. On May 17th are when things started to quickly unravel. I contacted Susan that morning around 8:30AM and she claimed she was about 5 hours away. At that time she informed me that she had no space in her primary transport vehicle and asked if my six greyhounds would be comfortable in a Jeep Grand Cherokee (going from San Francisco to Chicago. I informed her that I was not comfortable with that arrangement. I was in the middle of a cross-country move and she asked me if I wanted to cancel. I explained that this was not an option given all the other things in play with my move (cars being picked, furniture being picked up, etc.). Susan attempted to find a suitable transport arrangement since her Cherokee would not suffice. She found a U-Haul cargo van and informed me that I would have to pay for the van and any additional mileage she would incur while transporting my pets. Keep in mind that with this new vehicle, she was not planning on going directly from my home in San Francisco to my new home in Illinois. She would be heading south to Los Angeles, CA; then east to Buckeye, AZ; then north to Olympia, WA; then east again to Missoula, MT before actually heading Illinois. By the time Susan arrive at my location in San Francisco, the U-Haul facility was closed. Susan offered to pick me up on Saturday morning (May 18th). On Saturday morning, her second driver (a 20-year old who had never transported dogs before) arrived at my home to take me to the U-Haul facility (my cars had been picked up the day before). Susan had left in her primary transport vehicle and headed down to Los Angeles leaving her 20 year-old to manage the situation. Ken, the 20 year-old, took me to the U-Haul facility where I acquired the cargo van. We brought the cargo van back to my home and loaded up the greyhounds in it. Ken gave me his contact information and I reluctantly sent him on his way. About 20 minutes into his drive, Ken called me and told me Susan instructed him to not head south or east, but north to Portland, OR. I called Susan to find out what was going on. She informed me that Ken was meeting her in Burbank, CA and they were then heading to Arizona. I told her she had just lied to me and she got irate. After further consideration, I called Ken and asked him to return my pups to me since he had no practical experience in pet transport and would be responsible for caring for my pups until he met up with Susan some 9 hours or more later. Upon doing this, Susan informed me that I still owed her the transport fee even though I had to pay for the rental car that Ken was driving illegally (and was not old enough to drive or was a legal adult). I found Susan to be completely unprofessional and lacking in moral integrity. When you as the courier make a mistake, you are responsible for any costs to make it right. Instead, she pushed the costs on to me (including all of her additional stops and mileage penalties that I would be responsible for paying) and then told me I still owed her money when her second driver was incapable of taking adequate care of my dogs for a long trip. What a nightmare and glad I have my dogs back in my care and I'll be making the trip myself.

Michael is a wheeler dealer. He offered to pick up my dog by driving straight trough on Saturday May4th. I said that Sunday would be easier for Him. He said OK Sunday, May 5th. He arrived on Thursday, May 9th. This caused me considerable stress because it was an imposition on my kind neighbor who was keeping the dog, but at least I Knew he was safe. He said it was a 19 hour drive to me on Long Island and he would go right through because his wife was with him and they took turns. He picked up the dog alone on May 9th. After he picked up Marley, he would never say exactly where he was. About 2 days later he said 5 hours away, but no location and his car was broken, He was very hard to deal with, never specific. I offered to have a friend meet him and take the dog, so that he could avoid New York City ( I just wanted the dog back). He said "it was not necessary, I had paid him and it was his responsibility”, but wouldn't give a location. Sometimes he didn't answer my texts for hours and then sometimes he would chat for a while. He finally did deliver my dog, with another driver 4 days later on Monday May 13th. It was really a 9 day nightmare for me. This is the 5th time I have had my dog transported, the other four were fine, but the driver you pick is very important. To say something good, I had given him a duffel bag to transport, and it arrived just fine.

Very nice people who made us feel comfortable with the process. You can tell they love animals. They updated us and sent a gps tracker so we could see where they were at all times. We would use again.

The driver was very accommodating. I planned to have my puppy transported to me very last minute, but the driver was able to pick up my pup no problem and very quickly (due to the fact that the driver was already really close to the origin of my pup). We ran into a few payment processing problems, which made me worry that the driver wouldn’t be able to pick up my pup, but the driver was still willing to pick up my pup despite running into that problem. Picture and text message updates were sent to me as soon as my pup was picked up and throughout the trip to me. Despite stopping for sleep, potty breaks, and meals, the driver arrived to me quicker than expected which was great! I really recommend everyone to pick this driver if you want your pup safe and to arrive quickly to you.

I am just sorry I didn’t leave this review sooner being they have done this to so many people. When 1st contacted she was great . After we agree on 50% down witch I didn’t like being app doesn’t want that I still send money . She wanted Walmart to Walmart witch I didn’t want to do at all so we agree on a cash app witch was in totally different name witch scared me . My puppy was only 15 weeks old and was told this trip would only take 2 days at most . They picked up my puppy 2 days late ! I should have stopped it rite there . They ended up having my poor puppy for over 4 days and during these 4 days was complete hell ! She called me 43 hours into the drive telling me they can’t drive anymore being they were robbed in middle of the night when they were sleeping in motel . I ask for pictures of motel never revived . They demanded more money up front or they couldn’t keep driving so I was forced to go to Walmart and do this . Next day I was massage by them saying she was having a miscarriage and it would be 1 more day before they could start driving again . After I have paid them over 400$ dollars at this point . 3 days into to this I just wanted my puppy home and begged them to bring him home ! Offering them more money to get him because at this point I could tell they were on drugs and would do anything for money . So costed me over 600$ to get my poor puppy home . When he finally got here almost 5 days later he had a terrible smell and was shoved behind the back seat when he was supposed to be in open back seat . His eyes were completely crusted shut and he looked like he didn’t have food or water for the entire trip . These people are 100% on drugs and should not be transporting puppies or any dog for that matter ! I never received any updates or pictures unless they needed more money then they used my puppy to get more money out of me ! Do your self a favor and stay away from these people. They seem like nice people but I think drugs have taken over there life’s at this point . He is lucky I didn’t beat the shit out of him ! My poor puppy was so hungry and thirsty when he got home he eat 2 bowls of food and 2 bowls of water this was heart breaking to me . Took me 3 days to get that terrible smell off of him . They were smoking in car and smelled like smoke witch means my poor puppy had to smell that for 5 days. I felt bad for these people and didn’t leave review rite away witch was big mistake .

I'm going to try to be as fair as possible with this post. I hired Nelly to deliver a Harley-Davidson motorcycle as well as a couple of other items that came with it. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1) Price was better than anyone else 2) delivery was timely 3) everything was delivered and nothing was missing. Cons: 1) Dishonesty, Nelly lied to me about how the bike was stored and that it was never removed from the trailer to deliver other items. What Nelly didn't know is that the person she picked the bike up from were my parents and they told me how the bike was loaded. 2) The bike was scratched in two different places and had rub marks because of the way it was reloaded. 3) Nelly continued to add pick ups to her route that prolonged delivery. 4) She was 1.5 hours late for pick up and 1 hour late for deliver. 5) When Nelly arrived for pick up her trailer was fully of someone else's furniture when my father had to remove himself in order to fit the motorcycle. If honesty and timeliness are important to you, you may want to find someone else. If what you're shipping can't be damaged and doesn't isn't worth much then Nelly would probably be ok.
