Zac is one of the best Transport Companies I have ever used, and you will find their rates comparable to other transport companies, if not lower. Zac, the owner of this company is honest, professional, caring, thorough, and lastly, treated my dog as if she was his own. The communication and pictures Zac sent us in text form, kept us current throughout the trip. Zac and myself kept open communication from the start of his trip to the arrival. When Zac arrived to his destination, his phone call to the person responsible to hand over my dog, was no where to be reached. Zac left a detailed message as well as I did. No response for hours. When the call was finally returned, they made no attempt to make it possible to pickup my dog until the next morning. This caused Zac to stay overnight. This expense was never planned. The next morning Zac was on time again at the stated address. Again another delay. My dog was being washed. At no time did Zac display any signs of fustration to me nor the kennel. I could only guess the inconvenience, time and money Zac was loosing while the clock continued to tic. Zac took this unforseen situation like a trooper. Never charged me for the time wasted, nor the overnight hotel stay. Cerulean Pear Pet Transport is a relatively new company, but do not underestimate their reliability. I foresee this company's growth in the next generations to come. I can't say enough positive comments about his company. Please, do not hesitate to try them. In fact, I am using them again this week for the second time.

I've used CitizenShipper a few times now, and this was by far my worse experience. Upon pickup, I paid my invoice for $900. However, she "broke down" a few blocks away claiming the money didn't show up on her account (PayPal takes a few days to clear) and I ultimately had to give her an additional $400 in cash because she had no gas money or emergency funds. Who would ever travel cross-country without any backup funds?! The whole trip took about 3 more days than I was told and I had to ask for updates, she NEVER gave me 3 updates a day like I was promised. Also, she only gave me one picture of my cats the whole time. After we set up a drop off time and date, she showed up 12 hours late and avoided giving me her direct location the whole time. Also, my cats' kennels were covered in feces, especially their fur. CCAD is a complete scam, never work with them if you love your pets. I'm even reporting CCAD to CitizenShipper to take them off the platform entirely.

The driver was really good, But when he finally arrived at our home, almost 4 hours late. Our 3 month old puppy Murphy was covered in dog piss and dog crap. After a bath he drank so much water he started throwing up water I don't think he was given any food either . No more pets for that drive!!!

Not only was his price lower than all the other offers that were made he also delivered my dogs from Myrtle Beach, SC to Akron, OH same day. I was in a secnario that needed a quick pick up and delivery and Tobey was able to deliver quickly. I set up the account on Tuesday afternoon and by Friday morning he was picking up the dogs which were then dropped of Friday late evening. Shane and his wife helped transport our 2 dogs from CO to PA. They were very attentive to our dog's needs including certain dietary restrictions we had with one of our dogs. Shane knows all the good rest spots and stopped at one to let our dogs (and others) run around a dog park along the way. The dogs really enjoyed that. Communication was good, HOWEVER, they kept (2) 50lb dogs in each kennel that was barely large enough for one dog....and they traveled like this for 4 days. I will never ship with them again! We were told that the dogs were only going to be doubled up for about 8 hours...that was a complete lie...I'm not sure how much they care about the animals, but from what I saw when he picked up, and what I was told when they were delivered....the only thing they care about is your money. I hope this helps you make the right decision.

R&M was fantastic! They picked up my grandmother's dog, Poopio, from the vet in Jax, FL at the time they said they would and drove him up to her in Virginia. They gave updates along the way and were very responsive and kind. I am giving Emi 5 stars for exceptional service. Our transport took place in the winter of this year. There. was massive amounts of snow and storms. Highways were closed. Many mountain passes were blocked. Emi kept in constant touch with me and navigated this trek with calm flexibility. My dogs had a great time playing with her dog and another pup that was traveling with us. This was my first time transporting my dogs and I was a little nervous. I sent along a sedative in case they were unmanageable. She never used it. She said it was never needed. Both dogs were responsive and easy to manage. I just booked her for our return trip. I am so grateful to have found competent transportation for these dogs.

I wish I could give less stars. This woman is a liar and a scam artist. She assured me prior to me accepting her bid that she could pick and deliver our puppy the next day. Everything was "yes ma'am" and polite. Luckily I also told her cash on delivery only. Once booked she suddenly was far less polite and less willing to communicate. She refused to tell me when she would be picking up my puppy. Always a delay... "in the morning...," then, "after we get our coffee...." Then when I contacted her because the day was half over and she still had not been able to give me a time for picking up my puppy, she told me she wasn't sure when and that she was having "issues." Then she told me she left her wallet in her car and it was stolen. I told her that I was sorry but that I would not send her money. Cash on delivery only. When i asked her if I needwd to find another shipper, she said I didn't. She did not pick up my puppy the day of pickup. She aasured me she ciuld get him the next morning.Then nothing. She next contacted me and told me she would pick him up at 3:15... then said no 6pm because she put the wrong address in her GPS and went to one of her last deliveries. She was rude, argumentative, and refused to provide any real time line for pickup. In my opinion this was made worse by Citizenshipper because there is no ability to talk to anyone in live time from the site. Also because they had given her there nod of approval and because with there policy on cancellation I was afraid to end the transaction because I did not want to pay this woman for nothing. I actually think that may have been this woman's goal... because if you cancel within so many hours or days, she is still supposed to get a percentage. Either way this woman is a scam artist. I was uncomfortable and concerned about how my new puppy would be treated. I honestly have some concerns that she may have drugged him. She did not pick up our puppy until about 10:40 pm a day after the entire transaction was to take place. He was supposed to be picked up and delivered Monday. He was picked up around 10:40 pm Tuesday and not delivered until around 3am Wednesday. Do not use this shipper. Perhaps consider a different company all together. This woman made this entire transaction into a long drawn out nightmare.

I should have listened to my intuition. Like everyone else here this woman has also been dishonest and Im so disappointed in her for she knows better... People like her are a real disappointment, stealing from people. I hope she gets caught and put in jail. She tried to get me to set up a money gram, do walmart and western union and put it in her husbands name Sean Case. She had also explained that she had left her ID in Florida hence why her so called husbands name had to be on the receiver end to accept cash transfer. I eventually ended up paying her via pay pal and said this would go to her friends account. I sent a 50% deposit of $250 to a Mckala Beltowski. I found them on facebook and twitter and will be trying to reach this person to try get money back or an explanation, not sure what the police can do but I am seeking legal advice as I would not want this to happen to anyone else. My husband & I just had a baby 6 months ago, and are on a very tight budget. Im really disappointed that this has happened ,and i prayed despite my gut feeling that this woman would do good and come through. Unfortunately now I have to figure out how to get my cat transported before we my husband, baby and I move on Saturday.

If I could give a -10, I would... The short version is that I paid Barbarita a 50% deposit, but was left in the lurch at the last minute and had to transport my dogs myself... It was a nightmare, but I'm glad I did not entrust my dogs to this unreliable, dishonest, person. I was moving from Washington DC to Texas and hired Barbarita to transport my two goldendoodles. She advertised a very low price and with just one review on her page, I decided to hire her when she promised to provide references. Citizen Shipper does not allow the exchange of that information beforehand. Perhaps I should have known better, but I believed her when she said she'd been transporting dogs for years and "to trust her." I asked for the promised references after paying the 50% deposit through Moneygram, which she called and texted she was having issues receiving. If I had not been stern, I'm sure she would have tried to shake me down for more money. Instead of providing actual references, she gave me three e-mail addresses; two were returned with the message "e-mail nonexistent" and the third was an email for a person with her husband's last name, to whom I'd addressed the Moneygram. When I asked if they were related, she assured me they were not and tried to make jokes. Uh, yeah, right. I was scheduled to leave at 6:30 a.m. on a Wednesday morning, which I emphasized from the beginning was very important. I explained we were traveling on a deadline and Barbarita assured me she could arrive that morning. The night before, around 8 p.m., she called and said she could come at 3 a.m. and I agreed. She texted a little later and said she had a Great Dane with her that she needed to drive to Connecticut first, because he was "edgy" so she wouldn't be able to be at my house until that night. Again, Barbarita knew I was on a deadline and had to leave that morning. I had to make other plans late that night, on top of all the stress of moving. It was a very negative experience, to put it mildly. Barbarita told me she'd issue a refund once I arrived in Texas, but I've texted her a couple of times (not more, because I doubted she'd honor her word based on my interactions with her) and surprise, surprise, she's gone mute. Deal with this person at your own peril. She's incompetent at best and at worst, a thief.

I was pleased with Doggie-lift. My puppy was being driven from Tenn. to NY and I needed a Friday delivery date. My puppy was delivered on Friday, I was sent frequent pictures and updates. Gina was in communication throughout the trip. My puppy arrived happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend her.

Put your mind at ease... Luis is the absolute best! I was VERY nervous having my precious full breed Birman kitten transported from Virginia to RI. Luis kept in touch with me along the way as well as sent me pictures so I can be assured my precious cargo was doing well along the trip. Luis had to drive thru very stormy weather in order to get him to me and he arrived safe and sound. Would definitely use this company again. Rates were very good and his vehicle (Chevy Equinox) was brand new and clean. Thank you Luis!

I was very happy to have my rescue dog safely delivered by Luis from South Carolina to New York. This was an A+ experience from the very beginning. I received a phone call from the shelter contact immediately after they set on their way. She told me Luis was a very nice young man and his transport vehicle was very clean. Luis battled severe rainy/tornado like weather and holiday traffic with the ease of a seasoned professional. He kept me updated with map tracking and phone calls on the way. Autumn arrived happy and clean and I could tell she was well cared for. Luis interaction with her and the other dog on transport told me what I already knew. He’s a good, kind man who loves animals.
