We proudly maintain a 0% cancellation rate and operate as a dedicated duo team, transporting a maximum of four pets at a time. This allows us to provide individualized care, constant monitoring, and a calm, low-stress environment for every pet onboard.

🍼 Puppy-Specific Care — No Paws on the Ground
Puppies follow our strict “No Paws on the Ground” policy, designed to protect their fragile, developing immune systems from exposure to germs, bacteria, and illnesses commonly found on floors, rest stops, and around other animals.
Puppies are carried or transported only in brand-new carriers (yours to keep) and are never placed on public surfaces. Each puppy is sent home with:
✔ A new carrier
✔ New bowls
✔ A soft blanket as a parting gift
🧴 Comfort & Special Needs
• Bottled water only (never tap)
• Disposable bowls available if personal bowls are forgotten
• Experienced with elderly, disabled, fearful, and anxious pets
• Comfortable administering medications as needed
Booking & Payment
-50% deposit required to secure transport, within 24 hours of booking.
-Remaining balance due at time of pet pick up.
