I will ask. •I am an attentive and defensive driver with a clean driving record and full coverage insurance. •I stop driving to communicate by phone or text. I will never put your pets or myself in danger. Phone calls and texts are answered in a timely manner. •During the transport I will contact you with updates (pictures or videos, and ETAs). •You are urged to follow me in real time using the Life360 GPS tracking app during the trip. I will send you a link shortly after you book my services. •I have a great relationship with my clients. They love working with me because I offer detailed communication, a fair approach to pricing, and complete honesty before, during, and after our journey together. I am equally blessed to have earned referrals and repeat business from them frequently. *I will sometimes take time off from driving. At those times, I delegate my routes to colleagues who are qualified, verified, and like-minded, have been personally vetted by me and background checked here by CitizenShipper (CS). I may mention my partner during our discussions here on the platform so you are not led to believe I am your driver. Please address any concerns or questions in advance to booking my services. About PETS: *Above all else... SAFE, SECURE, COMFORTABLE, and STRESS-FREE* •All pets must be 8 weeks or older to be legally transported, per USDA regulations. •USDA regulations also require 2 forms from a veterinarian before transport of your pet. (Vaccination records AND Health records). •I can properly and safely transport unique/exotic pets as well as fur babies. •I utilize USDA approved hard plastic crates that are secured inside the vehicle. •I offer bedding of all sizes (although if your pet has these items and other comforts, I recommend using those). •I provide fresh bottled water 24/7. •I provide food (that is supplied to me at pickup) according to your preferred amount and schedule. Special diets discussed in advance can be arranged as well. • I provide frequent potty/leg-stretching breaks in quiet pull-offs (parks, rest areas, etc.). •I can administer medicine to your pets if supplied by you or the breeder, with the prescription or directions from the veterinarian. •I meticulously clean, sanitize, and fully dry all surfaces between each pet transport. •I will never leave your pet unattended or subject them to harsh temperature or weather conditions. •When overnight travel is involved, your pets and I will stay in pet friendly hotels or KOA sites. It is more safe to be rested and alert while traveling AND most fur babies appreciate the opportunity to unwind as much as i do. (All expenses incurred are included in my up-front cost!) About PAYMENTS: •Although I prefer payments in advance, I understand that some customers may be reserved about their transporters at first OR they may not be able to afford a full payment at time of booking. In those RARE cases, I am willing to accept a 20% deposit at booking, half payment at pickup and remainder of payment at delivery, as long as it is financially possible to complete your transport without full funding. Discuss payment options before booking if advance payment will be a burden or strain on you. I will work with you if at all possible.. •If I need to cancel services before transport, the 20% deposit will be refunded. •If you cancel before or during transport, the deposit and any monies paid thus far are non-refundable. I am USDA and Insured, with this in mind please understand each pet will need to ride in a carrier or a seatbelt harness, they will need a puppy health certificate (8-16 wks old) and utd shot records, if 16weeks and older. All dogs over 16week old will have potty and play time every 2-3 hrs. My wife does the scheduling and sends updates to you so I dont have to bother with the phone while on the road, I update her at gas stops and send her pictures to send to you. She also takes care of speaking with you on here. I drive a 2019 chevy express and only travel with 5-6 pets at a time depending on size, we do offer private rides, but please keep in mind that cost more then a shared ride. All pets have their one on one time out to play and use the bathroom, no two pets unless from the same family go out together. Puppies 8-16wks old will never be out on the ground and will have their puppy pads and carrier cleaned as soon and they mess it. We have pets and have had them all our lives, so you can rest assured when your pets are with me they will be treated like my own and will be spoiled.

My wife and I drive a 2016 Ford Transit 150 Van. We have been transporting dogs and cats for 17 years. Buckeye dog hauling has been in business for 20 plus years and USDA Certified, and insured through Pet Care Insurance. We don't require payment upfront, just at delivery. We have done alot of personal transportation for hunters that go out to Montana and the Dakotas every year. Your pet will be comfortable as possible and treated like one of our own. We also supply our own sanitized crates, food bowls, and water bowls. We do stop every 4 to 6 hours for potty breaks. Puppy's 12 weeks and younger do not touch the ground, any messes are cleaned promptly. They will also be interacted with (possibly spoiled :) The dogs are never left alone. If weather gets bad we may get a pet friendly hotel. They stay in their crates, but if I am not able to get a room we all stay in our van. Plus we do have experience handling the bigger breed of dogs. Animals have always been a big part of our lives and we are passionate about our business.

We have 10 dogs in our care (which costs a nice chunk of change,) so we offer high-quality, limited-pet, cross-country transports in order to sustain our sanctuary. We only have up to 4-5 crates in our van at a time, so you know that your pet will get individual care throughout their trip.
