Pickup and delivery dates must be discussed prior to booking. *When booking with us please understand we drive throughout the day and night so we DO NOT have the ability to wait. If you are not flexible with times it NEEDS to be cleared prior to booking* ---- SoCal, Baltimore/DC, Seattle, and NYC are intentionally planned to be done during the late night/early morning due to the incredibly heavy traffic in the area. FAQ are at the bottom of the page ALL items must fit within a large gift bag or backpack. If there are additional items that will not fit in that size we need to know prior to booking. If there are additional items our ability to transport them is subject to availability and an additional fee may apply For shared transport payment is required in full upon delivery for ground transportation **make sure the person who will be completing payment is either at the delivery location or will be available when we get there to deliver as we are unable to leave until receiving payment and charge $50 for every half hour we have to wait** For flight nanny jobs and solo trips 50% non refundable deposit is required after booking and the other 50% is due upon delivery. * We accept payment upon delivery with cash, cashapp, zelle, or venmo. We are usda certified, red cross pet cpr/first aid certified pet transporters. We are open and honest about everything we do and will answer any question. We strive for 100% pet satisfaction. The safety and care of the animals we transport is what's most important to us. We hope to help you transport your pet to their home safely, quickly, and with passion and care. We're a family owned and operated company. Thank you for your time no matter your choice we wish your pet safe and happy travels. But remember there is no better couple to transport your paws than a couple of paws. **Frequently asked questions** Q.) Are there any hidden or extra charges? A.) The only charge other than our bid is a fee citizenshipper charges for the use of their site, the citizenshipper fee is NOT included in our bid. Q.) How many pets do you transport at a time? A.) We average at 4-5 at a time, however the exact amount just depends on the sizes of each pet. Q.) Do you require crates? A.) We do not require crates for non aggressive dogs. If your dog is not friendly with other animals they would have to ride in a crate. If you prefer your pet rides in a crate let us know so we can have one available. *We do a max of 2 free roamers at a time except when picking up more than 2 from the same household and free roaming is on a first booked first choice basis* Q.) Do you recommend we get something from the vet for anxiety? A.) Yes, some dogs do absolutely wonderful the entire time and do not need anything for anxiety, some dogs are super anxious and would definitely benefit having something for anxiety. It would be better to send something for anxiety and not need it than not send it and your dog is one who would benefit from having it. Q.) What kind of vehicle do you use? A.) We typically use rental minivans Q.) How does this all work? A.) After completing the booking we get the addresses and phone numbers for pickup and drop off. We send you a picture upon pickup and 2-3 pupdates a day. We try our best to do it around breakfast, lunch, and dinner however we cannot guarantee the exact times. We stop every 4-5 hours for bathroom, walking, and water (Pets are not let out during any extreme weather conditions) Pets will be fed based on the schedule given to us by the breeder/owner. Q.) Is your quote discounted already? A ) If the description mentions that you're military, senior citizen or first responder the bid will include the discount. The quote without our 10% discount is what will be charged in the event proof cannot be provided if asked. You must book at least 1 week out to qualify for the discount. *Pets going to or coming from the North West (Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana) between November-March are not eligible for the discount* Q.) How do you transport cats? A.) We feed based off of the schedule provided to us by the owner, water bowl is attached to the door of the crate and is filled halfway at each stop, a litter box is placed at the back of the crate and is cleaned 2x a day. When picking up from the same household we do 1 cat in a medium crate, 2-3 cats in a large (36 inch) crate. Q.) Can I provide my own crate? A.) If you have a PLASTIC crate you can provide it we just need to be informed beforehand. We cannot transport pets in metal crates due to USDA regulations. Q.) Do you offer flight nanny services? A.) Yes, we have flight nannies if you specify in your description that you prefer a flight nanny we will give you a quote for airport to airport travel; if you want/need a pickup or drop off from a location other than the airport make sure to let us know for an updated bid. Q.) How long will this take? A.) Unless there are extreme weather delays all trips are under 5 calendar days, the average is 2-4 calendar days. Q.) Is this door to door service? A.) Our ground transportation is door to door service except for locations on a military base, if on a military base we can meet right outside of the base or a location nearby. Q.) How long are dates good for? A.) Dates are only good for up to 24 hours, after that you would need to reconfirm prior to booking due to potential changes or spots no longer being available. Q.) Do you have issues with communication? A.) It really depends on who you ask, the people who you are communicating with are the transporters that have your pet. We do not stop at hotels at night to provide faster transportation and by doing that our drivers sleep in shifts. So sometimes it takes longer to receive a response, if one driver is sleeping and the other is driving you will not receive a response until we arrive at a gas station and are able to safely respond to your message. Q.) Do you transport agressive pets? A.) Yes, if they're aggressive towards people they are to remain in the crate for the entire duration of the trip. Food and water is given through the crate and pictures are taken from the outside of the crate. If they're good with people just not other animals then while the car is in motion they are in the crate but they're let out at stops and just kept away from the other pets. Q.) Can my pet have a blanket/toy with them? A.) You can if you'd like to, however if you decide you want it with them you are accepting that we cannot guarantee the condition of how it arrives. We transport multiple pets so the item may get damaged from play, pee, poop, and/or vomit. Q.) When will you be able to give me a timeframe for pickup/drop off? A.) The day before pickup/delivery is when we'll have our most accurate timeframe (2 hour window) but it is not guaranteed if there are circumstances beyond our control. We can give you a rough estimated time before that based on what our previous trips would typically be but our most accurate time frame will be given the day before Q.) Do you drive in the snow? A.) Yes we do, we try to avoid it when reasonably possible however since we do trips year round it's sometimes unavoidable. We ask for patience and understanding with delays or slight changes in the schedule as safety is our #1 priority and we will not drive in a way that causes further risk to our safety or the safety of the pets who we are entrusted with. I keep a very close eye on the weather forecast throughout the entire trip and may have to adjust the specific route we take based on road closures and the severity of the weather conditions. If it is too bad or have to stop because of road closures we will get a pet friendly hotel room where we will stay with your pet until we are able to continue and keep you updated as normal. Q.)What information is needed from me? A.) We need a copy of the shot records, any pickup/delivery addresses and phone numbers, any and all medical conditions (failure to disclose releases a couple of paws from all liability) Q.) Do you offer GPS tracking? A.) This varies by trip, we have worked with several high profile clients and require a signed NDA. When we are in situations like that we are unable to provide tracking. The trips where we're allowed to share GPS we share it via Google maps. Q.) Do you smoke? A.) I used to, I finally quit (yay) in November 2021. *By booking with us you are agreeing to all of our policies and procedures as listed in our about me section*

I mostly use minivans to transport ‼️ Need your car transported as well?? I can also transport your animals in your own vehicle. And you can load up your vehicle with whatever you like. Ask for details. Pet and Auto Insurance Red Cross Dog and Cat First Aid Certification Animal Behavior College Pet CPR, CPCR, and First Aid University of Texas Animal Behavior College in California Newburgh Theology Seminary & Bible College Hello. I am Christian Meyer. I work with a rescue in Texas with my family. I started this venture doing rescue work and it quickly turned into cross country transporting. I got my start here on Citizenshipper in April of 2020. As of this year I have over 400 transports with CS and over 1500 transports all together from repeat clients and referrals. I rent sedans and small SUVs to transport in and occasionally my Chevy Silverado pickup with King Cab. So I do not carry a lot of animals at once, usually one to three. I have built my reputation for my communication and my care and attention for my animals that I transport. I take their stress very seriously and try to bond and comfort them on their cross country journey. From the moment you are reading this right now all the way to delivery our communication and availability "is second to none" "systematic and thorough". From pick up we will contact you every 2 to 3 hours with GPS location markers, photos, and updates on how your pet is doing. Preparations before transport we contact you a week before pick up and the day before pick up and are available anytime for last minute changes, concerns, or questions. We are heavily experienced in 8 to 10 week old puppies all the way up to elderly dogs that require assistance, medication, and special care. We work to establish a bond with each animal that we transport and try to connect with them to let them know that we are there for them. Though there are many aspects as far as navigation, car maintenance, scheduling and whatnot, caring for your pet is our first priority. I am certified in Red Cross animal first aid as well as CPR and CCPR certifications. Please see my reviews and photos to get a good idea of how we can see if we are a good fit for you. CANCELLATIONS: All deposits are non-refundable. However if for some reason we would have to cancel on you, you would receive 100% of your deposit back.

We have been in retail sales/consulting for years. I am a retired US Army officer. We love animals. Gail has been house/pet sitting for over 20 years. I have been a diamond level Uber driver for over 10 years with no accidents. If you have a few small items that we can take with us that would be fine. We have been verified, background checked, have pet care insurance, are USDA certified and have taken the Red Cross Pet First Aid Program (see photo of certificate in photos). Here are a couple of references: Gail is the BEST pet sitter EVER who I highly recommend! She has frequently done pet sitting for me for 20+ years, having taken care of 7 dogs of various breeds and sizes as well as 2 cats, throughout these many years. Gail is kind, reliable, trustworthy, dedicated, and a person of integrity. While staying with my dog, Gail not only does the basic, necessary responsibilities such as feeding, watering, and walking my dog, she also spends time playing with her, taking her on extra walks, and giving her lots of petting sessions and lap time! One can easily see that Gail has compassion and love for animals. I have total trust that my pet is being well cared for while I am away. I must say, too, that my pets have all loved her! They have always been excited to see her when she arrives to stay with them. Helen Parks Gail has watched our cat and dog on multiple occasions. She has done a fantastic job of managing their care while we are out of town. Our cat requires medicine, and she has no problem giving it to him every day. Our pets are very happy in her care. She is very loving and attentive. I would highly recommend her.” -Adrienne Myers We also have 24/7 TeleVet available. I am a 23 combat medic veteran of the US Army and have been certified as a pet first aid expert (see photo of certificate in pictures).

Offering the most transparent pet transportation service on the Citizen Shipper platform. Customers are provided GPS tracking and constant picture updates. Upgraded packages include live temperature monitoring and a video feed over 5G/LTE. I do everything in my power to make this a seamless, accountable process for you and to keep your pet safe, comfortable and well attended to every mile of the transport. 24/7 Veterinarian on call and video conferencing through FirstVet. A few small but important details- (please read this through carefully🙏)I provide basically everything but do ask you send along enough food for the trip .To conserve space- I cannot bring along more than what is needed for the days your pet will be with me. I cannot bring along luggage or bulky items of any kind. All dates and times given are approximations but are accurate 99% of the time. Please have a backup plan in place for that 1%. Although delays are rare, they can happen. In the event you are not available for pickup or drop-off when I arrive the transport is subject to cancellation depending on the urgency of my current schedule. I often have a string of transports scheduled along a route in a given week and I may not be able to hang out and wait for you to get off work for example, as much as I would like to. For drop-off the option of a pet resort or similar option can be utilized if you book with me and are not available at drop-off. The option of an independent contractor to fulfill transports in the event of emergencies can be utilized. Bid price is the final price- I do not tack extra fees for hotels, fuel, etc. The entire payment needs to be squared away by time of pickup with Venmo, Zelle or cash. 50% is due up front. Punctuality in this matter is greatly appreciated- I don’t have access to your bill paying history obviously so it’s just a much better feeling when there is a prompt response. Failure to pay can result in cancellation. To reiterate: 50% of the total fee is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due at pickup! Extremely important-There are a handful of crucial things that need either approval or confirmation such as the dates, vaccination records, weight of your pet, history of aggression, etc. etc. before you book. Thank you for understanding 🙏

Stress free pet transport really does exist. My name is Laurie Tucci from Massachusetts. I am an experienced flight nanny and ground transporter for dogs, cats, bunnies, and birds. I travel nationwide by air and ground so your pet can be delivered safely and comfortably without added stress. I am USDA certified, insured, and have a spotless driving record. I am also a non-smoker. To ensure quality care, I only transport a small number of pets at one time, usually no more than four or five depending on their sizes. This allows me to focus on each animal’s comfort and well-being. My goal is always to create the calmest and most secure environment possible for every journey. I recently added Roy to my team, a longtime friend and fellow animal lover. He is responsible, attentive, and provides excellent communication. Roy assists with both ground transports and flights, helping ensure every trip runs smoothly while maintaining the same level of care and reliability my clients expect. I am also familiar with transporting pets to Hawaii, which has stricter requirements than the mainland. From quarantine guidelines to paperwork and health certifications, I understand the additional steps involved and can help ensure pets meet every requirement for a smooth entry. For ground transportation, I provide door-to-door service unless a meeting point is planned in advance. My vehicle is climate controlled and equipped with GPS tracking. I also carry a dog ramp for older pets or those with mobility issues. Pets are given regular breaks for food, water, and exercise. For air transport, I accompany pets in the cabin to keep them close and comfortable. In many cases, a flight is a better option than ground travel because it gets pets to their new homes faster and with less stress, even if it means a slightly higher cost. I accept cash (local pickup only), Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and all major credit cards (3% processing fee applies). I also offer financing options for added flexibility. A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours unless I must cancel, in which case the refund is issued within 24 hours. Please confirm availability before accepting a bid as I may request some flexibility with scheduling. I believe in open communication and provide regular photo and video updates so you can see your pet’s comfort during travel. My clients know their pets are cared for as if they were my own, and that peace of mind is priceless. Tips for choosing the right transporter: • Ask what type of vehicle will be used and confirm that it is ventilated and climate controlled. • Confirm how often pets are given breaks for food, water, and bathroom needs. • Ask how many pets will be traveling together and if there will be enough space for them to rest comfortably. • Find out how additional pickups or drop-offs may affect your pet’s schedule. • Ensure the transporter has a backup plan and funds to cover unexpected vehicle issues. • For puppies, confirm that the transporter follows a strict “No Paws on the Ground” policy to prevent exposure to diseases like Parvo. • Ask about awareness of conditions like hypoglycemia and whether the transporter knows how to respond if it occurs. • Confirm that the transporter understands safe practices if using Benadryl and that they only use it when absolutely necessary. • Check their safety protocol in case an animal gets loose during a stop. • Request GPS tracking and regular photo or video updates. • Always verify USDA registration, insurance, and obtain a copy of the driver’s license. There are many caring, responsible transporters who will treat your pet like their own. The right transporter will never mind your questions because they know trust is everything when it comes to your furry family member. I would be honored to be that person for you. Kind regards, Laurie Tucci 🐾💕

My name is Steven Couture and İ currently reside in Lubbock, Texas. İ have an extensive background in delivering food and items through Uber Eats, Postmates, and Roadies. İ enjoy this line of work immensely, but İ have been looking to branch out on my own finding a niche that would bring me great joy and pleasure while having the opportunity to cross cross our majestic and beautiful nation. İ love animals and grew up in a household that always had cats. İt wasn't until my late 20's that İ owned a dog. My first dog was a Dogo Argentino. At his birth, his mother passed after birthing 13 amazing pups, all which İ bottled fed non stop around the clock. My little guy grew to be a big boy. We had a very special connection and never spent one day apart. Shortly after, İ adopted an Albino Great Dane after a frequent customer of mine approached me. This Dane was extra special because she was deaf and this owner couldn't find a home for her. Qadi and Lola hit it off as soon as she let him know who was Alpha! Lol. A match made on Earth. What an amazing experience to go from bottle feeding my very first dog to adopting an Albino Dane that could not hear. You can rest peacefully knowing that İ will take great care of your furry love one(s). İn addition, my second set of pups İ adopted while living abroad in Turkey. Deysi and Dukes, two exquisitely beautiful Cocker Spaniels that she'd like no tomorrow! They traveled the entire country of Turkey and have experienced half of the United States. Dukes was calm and cool, Deysi a bit high strung while traveling by car. But after persistent training, they were impeccable flyers! İ don't have much experience transporting animals, other than my own. But İ can say, İ will treat your furry loved one(s) as if they were my own. They will ride in a clean, cool car. They will have access to water at all times and each will be fed according to your recommendations. Lastly, each pet İ have the opportunity to transport will be given great amounts of attention, love, and care and will arrive at their destination happy and most importantly healthy. İ look forward to working with you and making your pets travel Paws-able!

** While on transport: I keep you posted by GPS pin tracker through text. I will also take pictures every 2/3 hours along( this could be sooner ) the trip when we stop for potty break and leg stretches. I will also keep you updated on how the pet is doing and how the trip is going.. I sleep with the animals weather it be in the vehicle or motel room.. cab of vehicle has climate control. * If you pet has a set schedule I will follow that schedule while on the trip. * If the pet is on medication I am comfortable administering along the trip as recommended. * I do have a lot of leashes and collar's and harness on board if you do not have one available. * all food and water dishes are disposable and only used by your pet on the trip. If not provided for the trip. Please keep in mind that my prices are based on the fact I'm an owner operator and when you book with me to transport i will be the one doing the transporting no one else.. ** I only transport 1/4 animals a trip , I do not transport animals in a cargo trail and I do not stack or cram crates in a vehicle to get more pet's in a trip.. ***As of January 2026 I have upgraded my all my crates to "Ruffland professional kennels". These are an solid kennel and provide more safety for the animal's. Hello!!! I'll start off by giving some background on me. I was raised on a cattle farm with tons of other animals like livestock and domestic. I also hauled equipment , trucks, hay. I'm used to towing flatbed trailers, travel trailers, stock trailers. I myself now own my own farm with livestock and I have been breeding mini Dachshund and Great Dan's for almost 18 years. my son raises and breeds standard Poodles for Bird hunting. My husband is a retired Navy veteran who currently is just staying home maintaining the farm. I have worked with a few different delivery companies in the years and I have worked in transporting cars. I also haul livestock, I transport my own puppies to new homes, I transport for other breeders and there clients. I know what I'm doing and I'm good at what I do. I will get the precious cargo to you safe and sound with communication the whole time. 😺 Transport: cat's will be placed in crates that accommodate there size to move freely with a litter box at all times (disposable cat box never reused). Water available at all times fed per owner's instructions along with any special requests.

Hi! My name is Jani Martin and I've been an animal lover all my life, and an animal "professional" since 1991. I currently raise and show Boston Terriers alongside my pet travel business. It made perfect sense for me to take that experience with safe transportation and care of my own dogs traveling to dog shows, into my travel business. So in 2019, EQ Pet Travel was born and since then my husband Chris and I strive to treat our client's dogs as we would treat any one of our own dogs.... they are part of the family and their safety is top priority. We offer VIP trips as well as group trips for those who need to work within a stricter budget. Pets transported by either method always get individual attention and care. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?! ★ WE FOLLOW USDA SAFETY GUIDELINES! NO wire crates, NO loose dogs in the car, NO off leash walking, NO backseat transports where proper disinfection is not possible! USDA registered transporters have rules to follow.... FEW DO! Safety should come first for your furry family member! ★ We own and breed a Brachycephalic breed. We are experienced in safe transport of all breeds in hot weather. ★ We do not hand your booking off to other drivers you know nothing about. This is owner operated so most of all transports are myself or my husband and I. When you book with US, you get US and OUR EXPERIENCE and you also get our ethics, our safety practices, our integrity. ★ We invest a lot in brand new soft bedding for each trip to decrease stress and increase comfort. Your dogs do not travel on one thin pee pad or in shavings or newspaper or on wire grates. They ride on their own BEDS and BLANKETS, which are not reused with other dogs. Experience, Practices, and Credentials: ★ USDA Registered ★ Red Cross Certified for Cat & Dog First Aid ★ Experienced in many breeds ★ Puppies travel "Paws Off The Ground" ★ Walks every 4 hours ★ Pet insurance on every pet under our care What you provide: ★ Health certificate (within 10 days of transport) ★ Vaccination record ★ Current Rabies certificate (if old enough) ★ Food for their trip ★ A collar and leash for the hand off at delivery ★ Contact information/address for persons sending and receiving the dog NOTE: Be aware that quotes on Citizenshipper made by individual transport companies, do not include the site fee for connecting you to these transporters. What we provide: ★ Crates and soft bedding ★ Food and water dishes ★Walking leashes that cannot be slipped out of ★Photo updates ★Individual walks every 4 hours ★Puppies under 16 weeks travel "paws off the ground" to avoid viruses ★ Special requests welcome ★We also provide endless patience and a sense of humor! What looks like a fun job is actually a LOT of work and has its share of stress and physical demands. It IS fun. It's not easy. But we love it. DISCLAIMER: We mainly transport dogs and are USDA Registered for Dogs and Cats only. Sorry, no exotic animals including Monkeys🐒, Rabbits🐰, Koalas🐨, Dragons🐉, Aliens👽, and Dinosaurs🦖, Wolf hybrids🐺 are a possibility, but we draw the line at Werewolves. Also, we are not legally allowed to take human passengers. This also includes Mermaids🧜‍♀️, Ogres🧌, Zombies🧟 and Vampires🧛‍♂️ . They are still technically people so we recommend you call them an Uber or Lyft. 🚕
