If no one is available to receive the pet and/or we are unable to contact the responsible party, there will be a daily fee of $150 per pet to defray the cost of care. The party ordering the transport will be responsible for these charges. We recommend that alternative arrangements be made in the event the person responsible for receiving the pet is unable to do so. The receiving party MUST be available 24 hours a day. We give a 30 minute grace period for deliveries, any time after that will be charged the daily fee. We keep in constant contact for Pickup/Deliveries so no pet is sitting and waiting. On multi pet transports we cannot make adjustments to our route to accommodate certain drop off times. Receiving party needs to be available at all times on estimated delivery date. If you can not be at drop off location at the time of delivery someone else must be there to receive pet. In event this happens balance of transport fee is due to driver before drop off. Pets will not be released until payment is made and cleared with driver. If COD is agreed upon while booking and no one is available to receive pet then breeder/seller is responsible for the transport fee and return transport fee to return pet to breeder/seller By booking us you agree to the terms above. A few small but important details- (please read this through carefully🙏)I provide basically everything but do ask you send along enough food for the trip .To conserve space- I cannot bring along more than what is needed for the days your pet will be with me. I cannot bring along luggage or bulky items of any kind. All dates and times given are approximations but are accurate 99% of the time. Please have a backup plan in place for that 1%. Although delays are rare, they can happen. In the event you are not available for pickup or drop-off when I arrive the transport is subject to cancellation depending on the urgency of my current schedule. I often have a string of transports scheduled along a route in a given week and I may not be able to hang out and wait for you to get off work for example, as much as I would like to. For drop-off the option of a pet resort or similar option can be utilized if you book with me and are not available at drop-off. I pull and rehabilitate pups from high kill shelters before placing them in their forever homes. I also Rover for many local clients. I’ve been training dogs for the last 20 years and have a deep love of all animals. While working in rescue, I recognized the need for reliable and SAFE transportation of pets. I’ve traveled cross-country with multiple dogs and cats of varying sizes and have significant experience handling flight risk animals. Your pet’s safety and well-being is my utmost concern. All kennels on board are Rufflands or Lucky Ducks. These are crash tested kennels and the safest rides for your pets. Crates are sanitized after each animal, as well as bowls, leashes, etc. Healthy travel is very important to me. Pets will be inspected at pickup for ticks, fleas, and/or injuries. Any pet found to have pests or deemed unfit (physically or behavioral) for travel will result in a cancellation of transportation and loss of deposit. Proof of vaccination will be required within 48 hours of pickup. Failure to provide records may result in the cancellation of transportation and loss of deposit. Solo VIP travel is available upon request, as long as it doesn’t conflict with previously booked clients. Solo VIP travel will require a significantly higher fee. Flight nanny experienced. If you wish to fly your pet in cabin, vaccination records must be provided at least 72 hours prior to flight. Any cancellation after ticket has been booked will result in the loss of deposit. Please pack enough food for the duration of the trip, as changes in diet can result in upset tummies. Please provide the following for travel: harness, collar, and two leashes. Pets will be double leashed when outside of the vehicle. This is to ensure the safety of your pet, especially for more skittish travelers. If you are unable to provide these items, please advise within 48 hours of pickup. Payment over $1k: A 50% deposit is required at booking and can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or Apple Pay. The remaining balance must be paid at delivery. I also accept payment via Stripe, which offers payment plans for your transportation needs. Any bookings under $1k are due in whole at the time of booking. Please reach out for more information. Cancellations: Must be made 48 hours prior to pick up to allow for route alterations. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to pick up will result in a loss of deposit. Damages: If your pet causes irreparable damage to crates or items on board, you will be assessed the cost of replacement. While I have several high anxiety gun dog crates on board, they are not above destruction should you have a particularly challenging pet. I have developed abilities, and have gained extensive experience; with MANY animals, including receiving an AAS degree in Horse Science! 🐎 I also am a dog trainer 🐕. I have worked with, and trained, many different breeds, but I guess my specialties are Service Dogs 🐕‍🦺 and Protection Dogs 🐺. I love working with puppies and giving them a great, positive start. With young puppies, less than 12 weeks old, if you desire, we offer a ‘No Feet On The Ground’ policy; meaning we won’t endanger their health by taking them out onto potentially contaminated ground. But we will keep them bedded in clean, soft blankets and towels. Any that gets soiled will be IMMEDIATELY removed and replaced. We use a pet-safe disinfectant as needed during these clean-ups, and to entirely clean crates between pets. 🐾 Cats, are a specialty of mine (I’m a cat behaviorist, and feral cat rehabilitator; and I have never been without at least one cat at any time since I was 2 years old!). Cats will, of course, stay in their crates for the entire journey. But they will be softly bedded, and have 24 hour access to cool, clean, filtered water. In addition they will have access to a litter box; and food as directed by you. And, of course, lots of love and attention!! 🐈‍⬛💜 I make a promise to provide: 1) Safety 2) Quality Care 3) Comfort 4) Love and Affection. 5) Keeping you updated. 6) (Dogs) Leash-training done in a gentle, non-stressful way (for those who can be taken out to potty and exercise). 7) Getting your pet to you in good time. Notice that safety, comfort, and a couple other things, take precedence over speed. If it’s not safe, I will slow down, or even stop for a bit. All pets will travel legally in an approved crate, that is securely fastened, as the law requires. But we will definitely give your pet lots of love and cuddles when we stop 😁. I'll make sure it has a comfortable, clean and dry bed 🛏 , that it is at a pleasant temperature 🌞 (there are separate climate controls for the cargo area); and will always have access to cool, clear and clean water 💦💧 (only filtered/bottled water, no tap water, to reduce chances for digestive upsets). I will make sure to give it scheduled meals 🦴🥙 (provided by you. However I will provide food, that is the HIGHEST quality, if it’s needed); and to stop often for elimination needs, as well as for exercise and for psychological needs 🦮. In addition, I am experienced with administering medication (by any method) if your pet should require it. Additionally you can receive these extra pet services if you desire: 1) Nails trimmed on cats and dogs (no charge😀). 2) Light grooming (brush and comb-out) on cats and dogs (no charge 😁). 3) GPS locator attached to the pet (no additional charge, but only a limited number available). 4) Microchipping at cost (approximately $12).
