I am a retired nurse of 18 years and have 4 1/2 years into my Animal Science Degree. I own and operate a horse rescue (Tri-County-Horse Rescue). I am insured for shipments up to $50,000 dollars. I have transported 45 shipments this last year without difficulty. From cats, dogs, horses, llamas, Bengal tiger, RV"s (bumper pull and gooseneck), motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATV"s, UTV"s, scooters, household items, whole households, cars, trucks, heavy equipment, trailers, birds, freight, cattle, boats, yachts, sailboats, and some I may have forgotten. Pictures are taken when I pick up and sent to client and when its delivered. When it takes over 20 hours, I never leave anything unattended. I sleep at truck stops in my truck. Animals always ride in my backseat of my 2017 Ram 2500 4x4 with plenty of water and bathroom breaks. I always send live GPS to clients so that they know exactly where I am at all times. We've been doing pets delivery for a while and we're really in love with this business. More then 300 puppies, kittens adult dogs, rabbits, and other beautiful animals had traveled with us all across the US. Hundreds of happy customers and their adorable babies are our best motivation in what we do. We know how precious our riders to their moms and dads, so we're making sure both our clients and their babies are feeling great during the whole experience. We stop every 4-5 hours to check on our passengers and update our customers with pictures and all the information they may need. I will provide plenty of Love and Attention to your pet! ⭕ Important Information: Bathing Requirement: ALL companions must be bathed and dry upon pick-up. Client's Supplies: Clients are encouraged to provide their preferred food, harness & leash, bedding (e.g., blankets, towels), chew toys, and kennel/crating. However, we do offer these supplies as well. Reservations: We welcome reservations on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability and rates are subject to change. Solo Trips: Solo trips are available at a higher rate and must be requested. Please do not assume your transport will be solo unless specified. Accommodations: We stay in pet-friendly hotels only when absolutely necessary, meeting our cleaning and accessibility standards. We stay with the animals at all times, taking routine rest breaks at Travel Centers. Overnight driving is avoided whenever possible to prioritize safety for us and our passengers. Citizenshipper Fees: Please note that Citizenshipper fees are separate from our price, and we cannot access information on their charges. Medication Requirements: If your pet requires medication, we will need a note from the vet with dosage instructions. Availability Check: Please check my availability before accepting the bid, as the schedule may change within minutes. ⭕Our FAQ: 1. How long will the trip take? A: We offer next-day delivery for trips up to 1000 miles. Longer trips may take 1-2 days, depending on the destination. 2. Do you stop for a walk and food? A: Yes, we stop at least twice a day to walk your pets, provide meals, and ensure their well-being. Pets are not let out during HEAVY rain, blizzards, temperatures above 95°, or sandstorms. Pets are fed based on the schedule provided by the breeder/owner. 3. Do you send updates along the route? A: Absolutely. We'll update you every 4-5 hours with pictures and information about how your pet is doing on the journey. We stay in touch continuously for a worry-free experience. 4. Do you have certification? A: Yes, we hold USDA certification for pet transportation. 5. Will my pet travel in a crate? A: Usually all pets are travelling in crates to insure their comfort and safety 6. How many pets will you have along the route? A: Normally, we transport 2-3 pets on one trip, depending on the schedule and destination. 7. Are you offering VIP-rides? A: Yes, we offer VIP (solo) rides starting at $1 per mile. 8. How do I pay you? A: After booking, we request a 50% deposit. You can conveniently make the deposit through Zelle using the phone number provided. Additionally, we accept payments through Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and Credit Cards, with a 3.5% fee for the latter two (PayPal and Credit Cards). Feel free to choose the option that works best for you. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. We can certainly discuss any preferences or arrangements you may have. 9. Are you offering GPS tracking? A: Yes, we can provide real-time location tracking for an extra $50. For VIP solo rides, this service is complimentary. 10. When will you be able to give me a timeframe for pickup/drop off? A: The most accurate timeframe (a 2-hour window) will be provided the day before pickup/delivery. However, it is not guaranteed in cases where circumstances beyond our control arise. 11. What information is needed from me? A: We require a copy of the shot records, pickup/delivery addresses and phone numbers, and information about any and all medical conditions. 12. Are there any hidden or extra charges? A: The only charge, in addition to our bid, is a fee charged by Citizenshipper for the use of their site. We do not impose any additional charges. 13. Is the Citizenshipper fee included in your price? A: No, Citizenshipper charges a fee based on a sliding scale, and they collect this fee upon booking. 14. Can I provide my own crate? A: If you have a PLASTIC crate, you can provide it; we just need to be informed beforehand. Unfortunately, we cannot transport pets in metal crates due to USDA regulations. 15. Do you offer flight nanny services? A: Yes, we provide flight nanny services. If you specify in your description that you prefer a flight nanny, we will offer you a quote for airport-to-airport travel. If you require pickup or drop-off from a location other than the airport, please let us know for an updated bid. WHAT I PROVIDE Food water treats and Chewies Toys EVERY PET GETS A Special Stuffed Animal to cuddle with during their transport so they don’t get lonely I take videos and pictures along the route I connect you to GPS tracking so you can follow the entire route Hand free devices, so you can call or text to check in FaceTime at the time of pick up so you can see I have picked up the right animal I stopped every couple of hours for potty break and exercise to relieve stress. Sometimes more frequently. It all depends on the pet I listen to them. BILLING I do require a deposit paid upfront the night before the transport the deposit is based on the miles number of hours traveling whether or not, we have to get a pet friendly hotel What is needed to travel MOST RECENT COPY OF SHOTS Sent to my phone the night before pick up . I TAKE ZELLE , APPLE CASH OR CREDIT CARDS, but when I do use credit card it charges me a fee to use so that we be an extra charge added to the price of transport. I never charge any extra fees for hotel stays coats or sweaters that I would provide . Also, when traveling in the winter months, I always travel with extra supplies, food, water, generator heated, blankets, extra coats, and sweaters in all sizes I always like to be prepared and I also have AAA so depending on the weather conditions when we are traveling IF there is any delay I hope you understand. I always want to be safe, but I am always dependable and have never been late for Delivery. Here's an overview of the procedure: You provide us with the earliest pickup date, and we guarantee its arrangement within 1-5 business days from that date. The provided quotes cover the shipping of a standard-sized, unmodified vehicle(s), unless specified otherwise in the bid details or discussed in the "questions" section. Additionally, the quotes include door-to-door service (assuming adequate space for a semi-truck to maneuver at both the origin and destination), cargo insurance provided by the carrier company, and allowance for up to 100 lbs of extra items in the vehicle (not covered by the carrier's cargo insurance). It is crucial to document any damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) upon delivery. Following a thorough inspection by the customer/receiver, damage reports should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims for damages must be directed to the carrier company's insurance on file, and our company is prepared to assist in all necessary steps.

We understand how stressful sending your fur-baby off with a stranger can be. I am available before, during, and after your transport. We have done over 2000 transports and over 900 transports off this platform alone. We are dependable, love animals, and safety first. We have grown to have a reliable team of quality drivers all over the country. All of my drivers are either family, friends of family, or referred by close friends. Our drivers use their late model vehicles which are temperature controlled, so your pet is comfortable. All our drivers are background checked by CheckR (through Citizen Shipper). If and when we have a driver that is not 5-star worthy, we no longer will use that driver. We pride ourselves with meeting your needs and time schedules. Our goal is to help your pet get safely to his/her destination with the least amount of stress. Also, to help you, as the pet owner, to have a peace of mind while your pet goes on a mini vacation. We share GPS tracking during the trip. At stops we will update you with texts and pictures. We offer VIP private pet delivery. Your pet will be spoiled and will get extra attention. Your pet is fully insured while under our care via Lloyd's London. Having multiple drivers means we never cancel, as we can send another driver, if one gets delayed. I started this company while living in West Tennessee. I have since moved our office to Lubbock, Texas to be near my parents (ages 85 annd 88). Although our drivers are all over the country, which makes it easy to schedule and have a driver to you quickly. After you book us on Citizen Shipper, we send your paperwork. Once your paperwork (addresses, dates, amount, etc.) is correct, we will send an invoice to you, where you can pay with debit or credit card via Square. We collect 25% at the time of booking (separate from the Citizen Shipper fee, which does not go to us) and then the remaining balance by delivery. We accept debit or credit cards on our invoices.
