Melisa was great and took very good care of my boy Johnny!! Excellent communication throughout his whole trip. Melisa kept me updated every couple hours. She was fantastic!!

CJ was amazing throughout the entire process! He kept me updated with photos and messages, took great care of my dog Lucky, and made sure he was safe and comfortable the whole way from Los Angeles to Atlanta. Communication was clear, timing was reliable, and everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Our recent journey with Hayley’s VIPaws Express was exactly that — exceptional in every sense. From the first inquiry to the final handoff, every interaction was marked by grace, professionalism, and genuine compassion. We entrusted her with transporting our new Basset Hound from Eldon, Missouri to California — and what we received in return was so much more than a transport service. Hayley is not simply a driver — she is a caregiver, a companion, and a calming presence for animals in transition. She approached our puppy with kindness, patience, and the instinctive understanding of someone who truly loves what she does. She earned his trust without rushing, ensured his comfort at every step, and provided consistent, heartfelt updates and photos that put us and the breeder completely at ease. James was wonderful and kept us updated the entire time taking my mom’s cat from Florida to Pennsylvania. We always had his location and received updates as well as pictures and videos the entire trip. Definitely would recommend choosing him to transport your animal.

MJ did an amazing job transporting our West Highland White Terrier (Zales) from Los Angeles Airport to Morenci, AZ. From the very day I decided to use their service for this job, MJ stayed in touch requesting updates to make sure everything was still as planned. Since, Zales was traveling from Peru there was the possibiliy of plans changing. But MJ was very understading and flexible. Once he got Zales he communicated with me throughout the travel and gave me updates on where they were and when he expected to arrive. He arrived without any issues. Zales was in very good condition, active and in high spirits when they arrived. I am very grateful to MJ for taking such good care of our Zales. I highly recommend Mahasins LLC to everyone who needs transportation service.

The service and communication was outstanding and it truly exceeding my expectations. I was completely impressed with their professionalism, over all communication and customer service. Pricing was middle of the road, above average, fair and transparent. Definitely with the end result being you get what you pay for and I will reach out to Jeffrey and State by State Carriers again. If you want piece of mind in knowing what's being shipped is going to get done right, then use this service.

Drew kept in constant communication with the breeder and myself as he transported my pup from Denver to Cornville. He took pictures at every stop he made. in addition to written texts. I certainly recommend him!!!!

Bradley was great every step of the delivery of my Corgie puppy. He drove tirelessly from Cherokee Oklahoma to northern ohio. He did everything he said he would do to get the puppy to me. Did a great job, I would definatley recommend him. Very very nice he was.

She was excellent. Got my dog to his destination at a reasonable time and was very flexible!! Would definitely use her again.

We had an outstanding experience working with Howard to move our van full of belongings from California to Minnesota. From start to finish, he was communicative, flexible, and incredibly professional. I can’t speak highly enough of Tammi! She was incredibly responsive, friendly, punctual, and kind throughout the entire process. I was beyond excited to pick up my pup, and during her drive from Alabama to Charleston, I called her and we ended up chatting for hours. Tammi was not only sweet and easy to talk to, but also impressively knowledgeable about so many different animals. When she arrived in Charleston, she even joined me for a walk with my new pup and shared some wonderful advice. As someone who had never done this before, I truly appreciated how easy and reassuring she made everything. I wholeheartedly recommend Tammi—she went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more grateful!

Nothing less than five stars for this review. Joe was excellent throughout the entire process of shipping my boat from Florida to New England. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone in need of shipping a boat. Communications logistics and operations were phenomenal from scheduling all the way to the arrival in my driveway.
