All I can say is amazing! I was so nervous sending both my fur babies to be transported and they calmed my nerves! I received multiple updates, pictures and videos and my doggies were delivered safety and happy. Thank you again for everything!

Frank was fantastic from start to finish! He was very communicative from the moment I accepted his proposal to the time he delivered our puppy. The journey was a long one, but our puppy arrived happy & healthy. Frank has a very nice, and large, sprinter van that accommodates all is 4 legged passengers in style. His crates are large enough for any size dog and he is equipped for long journeys with proper bedding, food, water, etc. He also provided constant updates throughout the trip with videos and pictures of our baby eating, drinking and walking in several nice spots along the route. I appreciated the ability to follow his journey live on my phone and always felt welcome to ask any questions along the way. Frank is passionate about animals and it shows and I would not hesitate to use his services again should the need arise. Thank you Frank for a fantastic experience and God Bless!

While I messed up on my end and wasn’t able to have my dogs sent to us (100% my fault). I can confidently say that I had a really experience with them and the customer service is 10/10. They are so kind and passionate about what they do, I would 100% recommend Fetch N’ Fly to anyone who needs their pets transported.

Hatem provided excellent service from start to finish. She answered all of my questions and concerns before the trip. She kept me updated, sent me pictures, made frequent potty breaks, and shared her location. Very punctual and accurate with timing. Would definitely recommend her to anyone I know and will be using her in the future. Wonderful women wonderful job.

Right off the bat Hatem was absolutely amazing! She Made me feel so comfortable about letting her take my 2 grand-fur babies (Alpha & Cleo) on a 1500 mile trip from Massachusetts to Florida! (American bullies) My son was freaking out himself but once her husband showed up he was sold! What great people! So communicative, friendly, & responsible! The stars couldn't have aligned better for us to meet these people! Such amazing individuals! We were informed of everything, every step of the way! Pictures and gps also helped! Thank you guys so much! We would definitely book with them again.

I would so recommend. She transported my Shiba Inu named London. She transported London from Brooklyn to Miami. She kept me updated throughout the entire commute, sent me photos, and made sure I knew exactly how my London was doing. I am super thankful I was able to find her on citizen shipper. She definitely made my moving process so much simpler and my mind was at ease throughout my dogs commute knowing she was in good hands. Thank you so much!!!!

This lady was so kind & followed through with exactly what we agreed on & what my expectations were. Was scared to death to put faith in anything I was unfamiliar with when it came to my dog / ❤️. She gave me an extremely fair price and I couldn't expect.her to handle my transport any better
