Frank was GREAT! There was a huge delay since the coast was flooding but he still managed to get to the drop off location on time. He was very communicative throughout the whole journey and took care of our precious cargo like he was his own. Thanks so much!

This was my first time sending a puppy across state lines using a service like this, and Frank made this a painless experience. He took great care of my puppy, was very responsive, gave wonderful updates, and even gave my dad the time of day with all of his questions lol.
