Welcome to Fetch N' Fly! 🐾 We are young parents who are deeply devoted to animals and travel. Our journey began years ago as breeders with our own fur babies, where we gained valuable insights into animal needs and comfort. This experience sparked our love for animal transport. We have been professionalizing in pet transport, air and ground for 5 years and genuinely love what we do. Rest assured whoever is taking care of your precious pet’s trip at Fetch n’ Fly will make sure you and your pet enjoy the experience every step of the way 🐾❤️ •Ground transport vehicle: Brand new, luxurious, spacious Mercedes Benz Sprinter crew van with heating and cooling for year round comfort 🚐✨ • Air Transport: Speedy service! Service dogs and smaller animals fly in style seated right next to us or in a soft-sided, ventilated and airline approved carrier 💺🦮 *Cargo transport available for larger animals and non-brachycephalic dog breeds* ✈️🐾 • Individual rides upon your request: Every animal is unique and some need more t.l.c than others so in the event you prefer a more intimate ride or flight we offer more personal one-on-one transports for your pets too just let us know 🐕‍🦺🫶🏻 •Frequent stops: Every 3-4 hours for walk, play and water breaks. We provide clean and brand new toys and balls for a really good stretch 🎾🦮 •Custom care: Adherence to food break instructions to ensure pet's comfort. We provide quality food and treats for your fur babies as well ❤️🦴 •Real-time updates: GPS tracking available as well as flight tracking for you to monitor your pet’s journey 📲🗺️ •Updates along the way: Contact with us is available 24/7 via text and call or FaceTime! Regular pictures and videos to show how comfortable and well-cared for your pet is 📸❤️ • Clean: We disinfect every single surface after every trip so your precious fur baby can ride in shine. We provide new toys and bowls because let’s be honest strangers don’t share utensils or drinks so pets should be treated the same! 🧼✨ •Soothing environment: We get the appropriate rest needed to start our routes at night so your pet can ride through the night with a piece of mind. Classical music is played throughout the trip to keep your beloved animal calm 🎵💆🏼‍♀️ •Medication management: We’ll administer any required medications for your pet as per your instructions 🔔💊 We aim to provide peace of mind with transparent payment options—half due upon departure and the remainder upon arrival—accepting Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Chime for your convenience. Hatem provided excellent service from start to finish. She answered all of my questions and concerns before the trip. She kept me updated, sent me pictures, made frequent potty breaks, and shared her location. Very punctual and accurate with timing. Would definitely recommend her to anyone I know and will be using her in the future. Wonderful women wonderful job.

Right off the bat Hatem was absolutely amazing! She Made me feel so comfortable about letting her take my 2 grand-fur babies (Alpha & Cleo) on a 1500 mile trip from Massachusetts to Florida! (American bullies) My son was freaking out himself but once her husband showed up he was sold! What great people! So communicative, friendly, & responsible! The stars couldn't have aligned better for us to meet these people! Such amazing individuals! We were informed of everything, every step of the way! Pictures and gps also helped! Thank you guys so much! We would definitely book with them again.

I would so recommend. She transported my Shiba Inu named London. She transported London from Brooklyn to Miami. She kept me updated throughout the entire commute, sent me photos, and made sure I knew exactly how my London was doing. I am super thankful I was able to find her on citizen shipper. She definitely made my moving process so much simpler and my mind was at ease throughout my dogs commute knowing she was in good hands. Thank you so much!!!!

This lady was so kind & followed through with exactly what we agreed on & what my expectations were. Was scared to death to put faith in anything I was unfamiliar with when it came to my dog / ❤️. She gave me an extremely fair price and I couldn't expect.her to handle my transport any better

Hatem and Frank were great! So prompt picked up and dropped off exactly at the time we scheduled. They had a tracker the whole time and kept me updated the whole trip, along with pictures dog walks. They are both caring , compassionate animal lovers and great people. They spent so much time answering all my questions and their price was the most reasonable and fair on the site. Highly recommend!
