Jaimie and Tray were absolutely phenomenal when it came to get my baby home safely. It is so hard trusting people these days but finding someone you can trust to bring you your new puppy seemed scary and almost impossible. NOT with them… they made it so stress free. Communication was top tier and they were both very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for getting my Doxie baby safely to his new home in Texas!!!

I knew I might have had high expectations as far as how quickly we needed our puppy. The gentleman was so amazing and brought us our puppy from 6.5 hours away. He took amazing care of our puppy and was wonderful at keeping me posted during trip with pictures and updates. I would 100% use this service again. ❤️

We were recently stationed in remote Alaska, and at the last minute the airline notified us that our flight had changed they could no longer ship our pet all the way from Arkansas to Alaska. The only option was to ship from Chicago instead. I was beyond fortunate to find this site and this company. We rearranged our flights to include a layover in Chicago, which made timing absolutely critical. With so little time on the ground, the safe and timely delivery of our pup was everything. Many vendors on this site were hesitant to take on the challenge, and some wouldn’t even place a bid. But this company was different. They stepped up immediately picking up our pup in Arkansas, staying in constant communication, setting up a group chat, and sending frequent updates along the way. When we landed in Chicago, they were already there waiting, pup in hand, making sure the reunion happened seamlessly. Truly, we would not be together as a family in Alaska if it weren’t for them. They delivered our furry family member safely, on time, and within a fair, respectable budget. This experience has forever made them a part of our story, and I will wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who needs to ship their beloved pets.
