This experience was great! From the start, Pets & Us was communicative and friendly. During transport from Nevada to Missouri, we got multiple updates per day and photos. Our dog was delivered across the country on time, safe, and happy. Thank you again!!

Puppy arrived in great shape and on time. The cost of transport was very very fair. Updates were consistent. They were very accommodating and great to deal with I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We received periodic updates and were left without any worries. Daeja was well taken care of during her journey and got to us safely at our destination so glad we went with this service. They really are extremely helpful and the service was superior.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I was very skeptical of doing a transport service at first but after speaking with them on the phone, i decided to go with them. The sent pictures and kept us updated the whole way. Changed potty pads frequently took amazing care of our new puppy. I would be more than happy with going with this service again. Just absolutely thrilled, words cant describe!

Tray and Desmond made this process so easy! They took exceptional care of our pup and kept us updated throughout. It is always nerve wracking putting your precious baby in the hands of “strangers”, but once I met Desmond, my mind was at ease! I was real nervous paying strangers to transport Clementine, but Tray was great! His service is legit, and he sent periodic updates and pics during the drive and delivered little Clem healthy and happy. :-)

Tray and Desmond were great. It was my 1st time using CitizenShipper and their services couldn't be better. Both Desmond and Tray were very responsive throughout the trip and constantly updated me on the status of my pup [sending pics as well].
